She was so kind as we danced around the idea of sitting on the patio vs indoors. The patio only had about 2 seats and it was windy that day. We decided to sit inside. Michelle was very friendly, and came by often to check in on us. Food: The pizzas are made in-house and very thin, just like the ones I've had in Italy. They have traditional pizzas and their famous "star" shaped pizzas. We decided to order the star Carlos pizza. The pizza blended Spanish/Mexican and Italian cuisines together by mixing Spanish chorizo, avocado, jalapeño, with ricotta, fresh tomatoes, and Italian Parmesan cheese.
