This place lives up to its 2 stars and I gave it its two deserving stars. Service was good. Bartender was nice and attentive. My main gripe was about the food. I came here for the 9er v lions game and it wasnt busy as pluckers was. It made me wonder why? I had originally went to pluckers first but it was super busy so i came here as my second choice. Now i see why its losing business and why it will soon close down just like the red robin across the street from it. My issue was with the food. When i got it, it was not hot. Like it was sitting there and then i finally got it. Im not the one to complain about temperature of the food so i tried eating most of it and i ate 3 before it was just too cold for me. Fries went stale really fast like they were reheated in the microwave. I didnt want to complain and have my stuff spit on. So i muscled to 3 because i was hungry. I stayed til half time, left my fries and took the rest of my wings to go so i can reheat them at my house. But we left during half time to boomerjacks down the street. I have been going to BWW for years now. And it seems every passing year the food gets worse. I just paid $30 dollars for tiny, overcooked barely seasoned wings. 7eleven literarily has better wings. I can understand having bad wings here and there. No one is perfect. But now it's every time I go there, I get horrible wings. And the prices keep going up to boot. I have nothing but goo things to say here. We went for a quick bite before a track meet. We sat at a table in the bar and didn't get greeted right away and I was hoping they knew I was there. Normally I don't care but we were in kind of a hurry. Once the server greeted us and got our drink orders it was smooth sailing. We ordered 20 wings, all flats, salt and vinegar and garlic Parmesan and fries. I love the salt and vinegar wings and this is the only wing establishment I've found that has that flavor. We go to BWW in Bedford at least once a week and that one puts the Grapevine location to shame. Easily. If you're at the GV location, do yourself a favor and travel 8 minutes down the highway and go to a BWW that's worth a damn. Right down the street off Airport Freeway in Bedford. Came to watch the cowboys game and thought we lucked out since the other wing places in the parking lot had long waits. We were sat immediately and that's where the good experiences ended. Food was cold. Trash on the floors and empty tables. Waitress was kind but came got our drink order and half an hour later finally got them. We went ahead and ordered food and an hour later got it. What an unbelievably bad experience. They have a $4 Crown Royal special so I ordered one neat. Waiter was pretty new and asked if I wanted a single or double and I said single and showed him the $4 special on the menu. He delivers it in a rock glass and I ordered a second. Bill comes and they charged me $14 for each. I pointed out they should be $4 and he got the Manager Amanda. She did not care about what I ordered. She just said I consumed two doubles. Never again. Who is the GM and how is the district manager not changing things because this was a terrible experience. We went on a Friday at 3 pm, the bartender was taking care of not only the entire bar area but also the dining area by HIMSELF. So I understand he was busy but he got a bunch of stuff wrong. RUN don't walk as far as you can from this location! This is the 4th time since their "grand re-opening" where we have had horrible food and customer service. Today, my son went to meet with friends for dinner and again, there was an eyelash in his garlic parm boneless wings. He told the waitress who proceeded to say that was just "herbs", even when he pulled it out and showed her it was clearly an eyelash. This made her mad causing her to snatch his wings, veggies, and fries off the table. As he was getting ready to leave (25 minutes passed since the table was cleared without any communication), his waitress comes back and puts a "new" wings, nothing else on the table. He asks her "where the herbs are" since that's what she claimed the eyelash on the previous order were. This made her mad so he just told her he didn't want anything else they had and left. He told me what happened so I called and requested the manager. I was given to Cameron who proceeded to tell me he was aware and that my son was lying. At that time, Christian told him that he was not lying and had a photo proving it. Cameron got upset and said if "we didn't like it and had so many issues, don't come back" and then hung up the phone. I called back and requested the DM and GM's info to which Jonathan stated Cameron was the GM. I then requested his last name to which he refused and put me on hold. Even the bar you can't get away from the smell, although the bartender was nice. The bathrooms smell like a sewage line burst; he was brave enough to go I was not. The 3rd time she said she asked the manager then the 4th time we personally called the manager and he said he had no idea. Then we ordered chips and queso. We were sat down quickly, there was a medium-sized crowd. Now our server, he brought out our food at least 15 to 20 minutes apart so the family couldn't eat together, we kinda all picked at each other's plates. Once we did get our orders, they were again, piece-mealed, so either eat your food while its hot or wait. The waiter would barely linger enough to waive him down to make requests for things like napkins or drinks. I felt like I was a bother. The food was ok. I probably will not return to this particular establishment with my family. I wasn't expecting a Michelin rated restaurant experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings, like I said, low to zero expectations...everything gets a quality of service pandemic pass these days. Ordered delivery through the BW3 web site. They chose to have Door Dash deliver it. Dasher forgot an appetizer, and loaded 2 trays of wings into a bag standing on end, so all the sauce drained out. Called to complain, got a 15 minute run-around because everyone there was apparently a trainee. Promised to refund the appetizer (although I haven't seen it yet), but wouldn't refund the delivery charge. BW3 implied it was my fault for using Door Dash, even though THEY chose the delivery method. The wings were ok, once we got them out of the messy boxes. First time at this location and it did not start out well. Went in on a Friday night, not too busy. Make eye contact with hostess and she continues to mind her business in the dining area. The lady behind register asks if I've been helped and I said no, so she steps up to the plate asking the hostess where to seat us. We proceed to the booth and get our drinks and food orders ready, no server. In comes Matt, asks if we've been helped and I said No. He sighs as if he's annoyed at the other server. He's super nice and helpful and goes above and beyond the rest of the meal. The manager came by and said Matt told him what happened and he was very apologetic for the delays. Matt asks us if we were ready for dessert on him and we politely declined. He later came by with bill and took $10 off anyways. What could have been an awful review was saved by Matt!!!!! Finally getting around to write this, but Management is horrible at this location!! The older gentlemen I've experienced when coming in have been good, roam the dining area, come to check that we are good, make sure people are getting sat quickly and attentive but the younger guy and younger girl are useless! Our previous experience was awful. It took us forever to get sat by the hostess because she was too busy chatting to what seemed to be the girl manager (only reason I assume is because of the different shirt) because other wise she seemed like another server standing and talking. 7:50 we were standing at the host stand and didn't get sat until 7:55, when standing there that's a long time. After being sat it took forever to get greeted (not surprised!!!) manager walked through the dining area to the patio and saw us and didn't ask if we had been taken care of after she clearly saw we were waiting to be sat forever!! Never saw her walk around the tables and check on people. There's no sense of urgency, or care it seems like the waiting staff does whatever they want. Please hire a better, more experienced management staff and maybe service wouldn't be so bad, someone that enforces the rules and makes sure guests are being taken care of not just chatting to the waiters. read more

We have been coming here for years, and things just keep getting worse. Yesterday was the last straw. We came in with a group of 5 and stood at the door waiting to be seated. The place was nearly empty at 5:30 pm. Several employees saw us but no one even acknowledged our presence. Finally someone went to the back and got a hostess. She came out and led us to a booth but I could see grease and crumbs on the seat. I asked if it could be cleaned up but then decided it would be better to just get a different table. Every one of them had schmutz on the seats. We accepted the third choice, so the hostess tossed the menus on the table and walked away. Then we sat there, un-acknowledged, for another ten minutes. I watched many servers walk by, including one who, as I was told later, was ours. She never even said hello. We finally just got up and walked out. As we were leaving, someone stopped me and said, hey, she is your server, while pointing. I told him that I couldn't tell. As we walked past the hostess stand, I saw our "hostess" engrossed in whatever was displayed on her phone. She never even looked up as five customers left. So, we got in the car and drove 300 yards to a packed Pluckers, where we waited for a table and had wings, sandwiches, drinks, and more importantly, friendly people and a good time! Done. read more

went to the BWW in Grapevine on a random Tuesday and the bar server Jonathan was overwhelmed because he was the only server there. Got there at 2 pm and the place was filthy with dirty trays all over the bar, menus strewn everywhere, and receipts waiting to be entered into the POS. Waited over 10 minutes before re even knew I was there. Usually a good experience there, but a manager has to step up and help when the servers are overwhelmed because they get zero help. Luckily it wasn't my first time there because if it was I wouldn't go back, but I know it's normally better. Kudos to Jonathan for keeping a good attitude. read more

The chairs are falling apart, the vestibule smells, the floors are sticky, the bathroom was nasty, and the table was dirty.
