Very bad customer service! Ordered chicken wings they came out raw. Wait additional 45 minutes never got my food. No GM at Location went online to call customer service phone number not in service. I've always like coming to BWW for their wings - they're sauces are great. However, this was my first time at this location and it was a less than stellar experience. Our waitress was not good. She would disappear for long periods (read empty drinks). We ordered an appetizer and our entrees, she wrote it all down, and then asked "would like to add maybe some mozzarella sticks or potato wedges?". Considering we just ordered an app, and you just wrote it down 30 seconds ago, I would say no, no we don't need to add another appetizer. :/ Same sort of thing happened when she dropped the check: she had already asked we had "saved room for dessert" before she went to get the check, then she literally placed the check on the table and then asked if we wanted to order some such and suches or other such and suches. Like really? I get that waitresses get in autopilot mode (I used to be one), but that was ridiculous. Now, the food. That app we ordered was spinach artichoke dip. First of all, it was tasteless. Second, it was runny. Like liquid. It's called a dip, not a soup. And third, the worst offense, they microwaved it for way too long and it was served scalding hot. Like burned my tongue and it's still raw two days later hot. Like still not edible even after entrees were served hot. Definitely will stay away from that one again. The wings were great, but I would expect nothing less from a place known for its wings. We got honey BBQ, spicy garlic, and wild. All were great flavors. This was literally the worst restaurant experience I've had in my foreseeable memory. We eat out a lot too. It was not terribly crowded there, and there were at LEAST 6-7 people working the floor, probably more. We waited 10 minutes once seated just to have someone come to our 2 person table. We ordered drinks and food immediately. Then we waited 45 minutes for the food without our server stopping at our table once to check in. Also never told us there would be such a long wait. We were about to get up and leave and then the food arrived. My husband's boneless wings were lukewarm and drenched in sauce, not at all pleasant to eat. My bone-in wings were warmer and not terrible, but not spectacular considering how long we waited. After we were visibly finished with our food it took about 20 minutes to get someone's attention for the check. During this time about 4 employees were just socializing and goofing around in our line of sight at the front of the restaurant, and one of them I believe was a manager. This restaurant is clearly very poorly managed and unfortunately Buffalo Wild Wings has lost our business. Do yourself a ginormous favor and if you're in the area wanting wings - do not go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Go to Pluckers. Man, I really hope Buffalo wild wings can turn it around. We used to go there weekly and with prices escalating, we slowly started cutting back and then things started going downhill. We went to this location because we had a gift card (I hate to say it but that's probably the only time we would go). Ordered the beer of the day (a nice craft beer) and even though it was only 12:30 they were already out of the beer of the day but they offered a domestic for more money. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and while it tasted good the buns looked like they came out of a 89 cents pack of buns that got squished. It's supposed to have Challah buns which look pretty fancy online. I asked if they could turn on the football game (there was only one football game on at the time) and they said "which game?" and I sat crooked so I could watch the 1 tv they turned on. This is the weirdest Buffalo that my family has ever been to, the service was so strange. Our server was taking orders on his phone, saw another server taking orders down on his hand. Also can't forget when we walked in the entire restaurant was FILTHY, every table full of crap that servers didn't want to pick up and that the host was cleaning until the manager came out and saw how gross this restaurant is. Bww isn't my go to sports bar/restaurant and so I want to couch my review with that because I know there are a lot of people that love the franchise. In contrast to it's compete across the street you can get through the door just fine and typical be seated quickly. I'd also day that in observed that the dining clientele at BWW was much more family centric whereas the guys across the street was a millennial fest. Not judging, just describing. Service was Curt and direct. Beer list had a couple of local choices but was mostly the usual suspects from a national buyer. Chips and salsa ... Ugh. Wasn't pace, but it's an industrial picante I've had before.... Just can't place. There isn't a salsa+queso option, so if you have a non cheese eater on your party like I do, it's a $12 deal to get the two ..... Or you have to deal with just the blah salsa. Or perhaps or server was just wrong and not too concerned. :) Who knows. Tried the Santa Fe salad, black and blue burger, cheese burger and some wings. Entrees turned out to be really good. We really liked So bottom line, some good, l some lacking but overall it's family friendly and as long as you aren't expecting gastro pub experiences you'll probably walk away pretty happy. For the most part I've learned it's better to get Togo from BWW as the service at every location seems to be hit or miss ... usually more on the having to sit for long periods of time for one part or another. Sometimes it's the food, sometimes it's the waiter to come check back in with your check, sometimes it's to take your drink order at which time your ready to order, or sometimes it's waiting for them to comeback to take your order after drinks because either they had to dash to take care of something else or you had someone in your party not used to having a million flavors. (I'm looking at my friends who go to the owl place near by with only like 3 wing sauce options.) Regardless they still tend to be our favorite of the wing places food wise. This location had better service than bedford for the longest time but our last two visits to Bedford was better than our last one to Grapevine. So ... anyway ... do your research online if your new to BWW and order Togo if in any sort of rush. Otherwise understand it might be a bit. read more

I'm really more annoyed with myself, than them, for giving this location another shot. Service at this location has always be iffy. This time I came in for a quick lunch before a movie with my family. We were promptly seated and then waited almost 10 minutes without service. No drink order, no 'I'll be right with you', nothing. We got up and left and went next door to Red Robin. Before this, they jacked up a 'To-Go' order and the person taking the order was the Store Manager. I wrote a complaint on the Buffalo Wild Wing website and guess who responds? The same manager. Not a regional, but the same manager who then argued via email that she wasn't in the wrong. Insane. I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I really am. I office in Arlington and that location is really consistent in both food and good customer service. Tonight my husband and I wanted wings and a big screen TV to watch a college basketball game. We walked into BWW where a girl at the take out counter had her hair in front of her face braiding it. We went to the bar where a large unkept bartender took our order. He was nice enough but looked liked he had not bathed in a while. Well his shift changed and the new bartender introduced himself to everyone which was nice. Then he stated to dance behind the counter as if he were at a nightclub. He even danced as he served the food. The two big screens behind the bar are old and hard to watch, the carpet smelled like a dirty skating rink and the place was empty. Perhaps people are taking the Coronavirus warning to stay out of Public places seriously but my guess is they have learned that they will get terrible service. We order 15 wings and spent almost 20 dollars for these wings. When we opened them we were expecting them to have buffalo sauce on them, these were definitely dry wings. When I called up there the guy acted like he didn't care and that it was the correct way. When you choose your sauce it has a dry rub option or the sauce option, so if I choose buffalo sauce I expect there to be sauce on them. When I asked what I should choose so they come with sauce he said mild, medium, or hot like what the heck dude?? Probably not going back to this location again. read more

This Saturday I felt like a nomad traveling the vast dessert in search of a drink of water... except my water was in the form of a bar that had college game day so I could watch the FSU/Miami game. My search began at Flip's Patio Grill, with what I believed was a flowing river that would quench my thirst for football. When I got closer I realized it was only a mirage... Flip's doesn't have gameday. Undiscouraged I continued my trek across the vast unknown. I stumbled across huge mountains known as Hooters where I thought football would be bountiful, but again I was deceived. My withered body could take no more, I had to find refuge. In the fading moments of my desperation I saw it in all its glory... The glistening beacon of Buffalo Wild Wings calling me home. I walked in to see a plethora of flat screens and beers on tap. Most importantly of all, they had game plan and changed the tv in time for me to watch my beloved Noles stop UM. I ventured to the very edge of devastation that day, nearly missing a full quarter of the game. Only the soft sweet nectar of beer and football pulled me back from the brink. I will always love this place like a first born child for finally allowing me to spend my Saturday watching college football. What can I say? I'm a regular because it's on my way home from work, I like to play poker and have a beer. The happy hour crowd is descent enough that a woman can come in to sit at the bar and nobody is going to paw her like an animal. However, DO NOT attempt this on UFC fight nights. Happy hour 23 oz domestics are $3, which is a pretty good deal. The food is consistent. The black and blue burger is really good and the wings are, well, wings. I like the Thai curry sauce and brought a bottle home to doctor the rubber chicken breasts I'm forced to eat on this stupid diet. read more

My wife and I stopped off for a quick bite after the Rangers game. The fact that the Rangers lost 4-0 to the Oakland As did not color this review-I promise. We ordered a couple "Diet Cokes" and were presented with Diet Pepsis. Yuck. The server was very sweet and apologized, and offered to bring us something else. We don't like Diet Pepsi, but didn't want to be high maintenance and just kept them. We ordered onion rings for appetizers but they arrived about a minute before our dinner order. The Boneless wings are heavily breaded and it seems that all they do is simply toss the mass -fried breaded pieces in the chosen sauce for a moment or two. They were not even completely covered by the sauce. The other half of the order was a dry rub of lemon pepper. Most of the seasoning was in the bottom of the paper tray and the wings were pretty much flavorless. The onion rings were delicious. Perfectly cooked, fresh, served with a dipping sauce that was really good. A bit greasy, but that is what is to be expected with onion rings. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was delicious, but she said there was too much bread on the bun, so she left off half the bun. Her French fries were perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was very good. The manager even stopped by and apologized for the Pepsi vs Coke thing. No big deal. We were offered dessert and the cinnamon bites looked amazing, but we were stuffed from all that damn breading on the boneless chicken wings. As far as atmosphere, it was LOUD and quite difficult to carry on a normal conversation. There were a number of different football games being shown on several big screen TVs. That is to be expected in a buffalo wing place like this. I didn't notice much of a cigarette smell this time, but usually the place stinks pretty bad from the smokers over in the bar area. There is no physical barrier between the bar and the dining area. So we pay the bill and as we are leaving the decibel level is shattered. Some guy comes out of the kitchen with a tray, a slice of chocolate cake and a red flashing police light. He starts screaming as loud as you can imagine, walking around the restaurant, going on about somebody's birthday. Sorry, folks, but I really hate that shit. I guess we left at just the right time. Food was marginal, service was good, but I have to deduct points for our inability to enjoy our experience due to the ridiculous noise and faint cigarette smoke smell.
