Where should I begin... Hostess took 5 minutes to seat us on a slow evening. Half of the tables had trash on them. We placed our order, and the Mac & cheese sides arrived quickly. Then the waiter tells us the cook just walked off the job and left the kitchen short handed. 20 minutes later, our wings finally arrived, and at least they were hot. Avoid this place on UFC fight night... There are a bunch of pissed off roiders looking to get drunk and kick some ass. True story... You must try the Mango Habanero wings! They are addictively INTENSE hot wings with a kick mellowed out by the mango. So delicious! If you can't handle the spice go with the asian zing or italian garlic. Tall beers for 3 bucks. Not bad. This place has yet to disappoint me when it comes to the food. The management there isn't too friendly and the wait staff is average but again, go for the food, not the atmosphere. read more

I've actually never had the wings, but the buffalo chicken wrap is to die for! Great sports atmosphere. Also never do the Blazing Hot Wing challenge at this location. Usually I don't do reviews on chain businesses but this location deserves more than 3 sad stars. I love this location. I always go to the bar to be waited on by the bartenders. Cass and Eric are both awesome! I come at least once a week during lunch if not more. Bathrooms are well kept, managers are friendly and are constantly on the floor greeting customers, food has always been spot on with temperature, size and out quickly. We always get HUGE MEATY traditional wings. Mmm, *mouth watering* I want to go right now! BWW will always have my heart. I've been to BWW MANY times and I've tried different foods each time and have found everything to be so sub-par I"m not sure what the fuss is about. We tried to watch a UFC here, to my objections, and go there before the preliminaries and the place was still full. They do have plenty of TVs for viewing options, but not worth having to get there sooooo early, and especially since the food is below expectations (IMO). Specifics...I've had sliders (blah), wings (too thick of a coating for the breading and sauce feels too thick and slimy, had veggie platter where the hummus and sauces is bland). As long as you go on Thursdays for boneless and Tuesdays for bone wings you will be pleased with just about everything here. Go on the wrong days and they have some absurd rules for ordering certain quantities and numbers of sauce types. *ugh* They are glorified chicken nuggets people! Lets keep this in perspective here. This is a great place to go on game day but you and your buddies need to make sure to be there AT LEAST half an hour before the game starts. This place gets packed and you don't want to be waiting to get in as the game is going on. A big complaint of mine is the lack of parking. There are some nearby restaurants that specifically prohibit non-customers from parking there. Again, GET THERE EARLY. That being said, the staff is usually pretty good about checking up on you. They often have to take care of 4, 5+ tables at the same time, so if it takes them a little while to get you your refill, it's understandable. The food itself is pretty good. I typically don't like bone-in wings, but this is one of the few places where I will make the exception. Unfortunately, their fries aren't all that. In fact, unless you just really love regular tasting french fries, I suggest getting something else. Maybe another order of wings? read more

I come at odd times when I travel to Dallas on business. Usually late late lunch time so 2 - 3 pm. They've always seated me promptly and taken great care with the service for such an odd time. Haven't been there normal time to compare but in my experience when you hit them at off times and they treat you right they're pretty good during a rush. read more

It's football season, which means we gather up the friends and hit Buffalo Wild Wings for food, friends and football! BWW is smoke free now! Yay!!! We boycotted for a long time because they had smoking, but all of last year we spent pretty much every Sunday here. We love the wait staff here. They know us by name, are so attentive, we never even have to ask for things. I always start with their special Bloody Mary. The wings are great! My favorite sauce is the Asian Zing. BW's is one of our gotos for football season. I happened to be in town long enough to catch two Cowboy's games and on our second we ordered a party pack to go with tons of wings, celery, carrots, and pretzels. B-Dubs is a chain much like any other. I normally only go here after work for a drink or two, and it's a good place to catch up on Sportscenter and down a beer or two. I'm not much of a wings fan (I know, then why come here, right?) so I tend to get the pulled pork offerings, and they do it well. I've been going to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings for a significant amount of time. Over time I feel as if the brand and the location in question have deteriorated. On this last visit, I tried the new Crimson Crush flavor. The wings weren't even crispy, and the sauce was lackluster. They do however redeem themselves with their decent selection of beers on tap, and limited edition custom labels, such as the Stone Scorpion Bowl IPA. Service has always been satisfactory. I always liked the burgers here until recently, they have somehow regressed, and become unimpressive. I feel as if they've lost the minutia of their particular craft. read more

Good location, good food. Sometimes you get the hankering for some wings but you don't wanna mess with take out or cheap stuff like some of the other chains. You just want to sit down, drink a cold beer, and eat some wings at a relaxed pace. This is the place to do that. It was close to my apartment while I was living in Grapevine so I came here pretty regularly for a while. Sometimes I came during lunch for work when I needed to get out of the office for a bit. The service is good here, better than most BWW's that I've experienced. The wings aren't amazing, but they are good. And they always come out hot (temperature wise I mean). I've been to numerous BWWs. The food is always good, but this particular BWW, the service was terrible, on this visit. Four friends and myself sat in the bar, and just were hanging out and eating with a few drinks. My wings looked like FROZEN chicken nuggets, while my dads wings looked like Roaches, as in Cockroaches. They also tasted horrible. The shrimp was undercooked, and the carrots and celery had gone bad and were brown. Our waiter served other people that got there AFTER us and we had been in there for 40 min waiting for food. I was not happy at all about this place. When we walked in the host was lazy and didn't want to sit us as it was a slow Thursday. She tried to get us to sit at the bar because it's open seating and she was about to get off work. When we sat our server was Mia and she had 1 booth next to us and a table. We waited 15 minutes for our bar drinks and when asked the manager (whom was sitting in the dining room eating in front of guest) for them he went and made them and he didn't even offer to comp off our drinks off. She only checked in on us over 10 minutes 15 minutes at a time. We had to ask for things from her while she did her closing duties. First time to one of these places and will never go back. It was during the Rangers game, and the service was terrible. Not only slow, but extremely rude servers, we had the unfortunate luck of getting Gregg. Take the extra minute and drive to Pluckers. This wild wings place seems to be run by owners who really don't care how their customers are treated. Got there a little late Friday 1-3-14. They were packed, but very friendly. Went to the bar with a group of 6 people, got served with such attentiveness. Very impressive. While we were being served, the front gal came and told us we had a table waiting. Amazing! We all got our 'drinks' and went to the table, and then right away the waitress came with menus and took orders of Hors d'oeuvre. She was kind and very attentive. Went with my son he likes the boneless wings. The Habanero Mango is a good sauce but the wings small and maybe frozen ? The place has changed over the years and is a BAR not a place for wings per se.... Service was acceptable but nothing special. The Slammers Burgers are good but have been reduced in size. If I have to get a game I don't get at home I may go back but it is now just a big public company restaurant looking for quarterly profits !!!! This was my secondp time coming to this specific BWW and...I wasn't impressed. When we asked for a booth, she told us there was one open, but it was reserved. If the lay one is reserved, then why even mention it in the first place? Anyway the next thing that needs to be brought up is the chair quality. Once we (me and three others) sat down , one chair was itchy and scratched up, one was unmovable, and one was greasy! Honestly I knew I'd write a review as soon as I sat down. Also, the men's restroom has an awful sink. It had to be practically yanked to move it, and I had to move it at the perfect angle to get it to stop. This caused me to have a person waiting behind me because of how long it took! Pros, though, were that our waitress was very polite and apologetic, and the food was quite enjoyable. It was mostly the experience that lacked, not the food. I'd give this BWW a 3 star review. Hopefully table and sink quality will be better next visit. read more

TELEVISIONS, TELEVISIONS EVERYWHERE! WOOT! But seriously, there's so many large HDTVs it feels like the home entertainment center at Best Buy. I love it! This franchise is the go-to place to watch sports, hang, eat and a get a drink with your buds! This isn't my usual BDubs, that would be in Hurst. But I like this one because it's usually not as crowded, cleaner, less dark and not as foggy. It feels more like a restaurant than a bar like the other ones. Anyways food is good, service is great. Mostly they got a lot of chicken items, fried and delicious. Honey BBQ boneless wings with Ranch you can't go wrong. I've yet to try their salads or desserts, usually I'm with my bros when I go here so a man doesn't allow another man to eat a sundae or get salad a BDubs. It's man-law. I was not offered a seat where other people could sit just due to me being single. I did not cause a scene, since I did not wish for spit or worse to be in my food or drink. I arrived during the televised sporting event (UFC) already in progress (like many times before) and there were seats/tables/bar stools available inside and outside the resturant. I was told that I could not sit anywhere BUT the railing. Last time I checked Buffalo Wild Wing is not a busline back in 1955 in Montgomery Alabama. And I can also assure you that I am not a little black woman named Rosa Parks. I have been there during these televised events before and had to stand against the railing due to no seating available. That I understand. I was told some time ago that you could not reserve seats. Saturday night, I was told they were all reserved. I typically spend $30-$40 per visit. Saturday night, I spent $16.45 plus tip($21.45). I will no longer be spending my money at any of your resturants in your chain in the future. It is not always the complaints you hear about at the time of that make people stay away. More people are quiet and just never go back. Ticket#844579.1 (the server was pleasant). Days later, I had received a phone call from someone saying they were the manager of this fine establishment and wanted to discuss my visit there. Not a good place to watch a local game. 2nd time I have been here where missed first 5 minutes of Cowboy game. Then they find game on guide and leave it on that screen for 3 more minutes.
