Worst experience ever! Do not waste your money here. Took 30 minutes to get chips and queso, and it wasn't what we ordered. White queso with hatch green chilies should not be orange with chili. Waitress said all the queso is the same. Took another 30 minutes to get our food, then they tried to charge for an extra beer that we never got. Spoke to manager, who obviously could care less about customer service. Switched servers because ours was "trying to leave", yet was still there when we left, after all of our checks had to be corrected. I liked the wings, and my husband liked his double meat cheeseburger. My single "cheeseburger" (they forgot the cheese and the onions) was just ok. Our server was great, friendly, efficient. The thing that bothered me the most about this location is the smell. It smells like a sweaty gymn or indoor rock-climbing place. Also, things were sticky, and that is one of my biggest pet peeves at a restaurant...anything sticky. Sticky = dirty, as far as I'm concerned. We went at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, and the place was empty. Disappointed their HH is over at 6:00. We won't go back to this location. This was my first visit to a BWW. read more

This used to be the go-to happy hour place for myself and many others until the no-smoking ban went in (thanks Corporate hacks...meh...) I don't smoke, and I don't miss the smell that hit you when you walked in the place, but other restaurants like Flips and Bostons do a good job of blocking the bar smoke from the rest of the restaurant. This Grand Poobah decision created a disporia of regulars that sadly have moved on. Many thanks to the barstaff for great memories there. read more

Buffalo wild wings is always a safe bet for wings, games and beer. This location and every other location I have been to are pretty good. They do have UFC fights which is a little hard to find at sports bars in this area. Cleanlyness and service was excellent here. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE reviews, I would! I ordered to go, got 2 salads and 2 orders of boneless wings. My boys liked the wings, but the salad was DISGUSTING!!! It was WILTED, SMALL, and not worth my money!! I couldn't even eat it!! I was BEYOND PISSED!! I called the store right after I got home and discovered this disgusting, sorry ass food and demanded it be removed from my CC!! I give them three stars for the naked tenders which are grilled strips served with accompanying sauces. I also like the name. The sauces provide plenty of flavor and if you like heat, the mango habanero on up are pretty hot. Plenty of beer and tv screens to take in your favorite game if that is what you like. read more

This place needs more help, after we were seated and we were offered a taste test to make sure we got the right amount of heat on our wings. They took more than 25 minutes to bring them out and got the order wrong. The manager did come to apologize. I hope we have better luck next time. read more

Got here at 10:30pm on a Sunday night. Almost all wait staff was doing their closing sidework. They close at 1am though. Was promptly sat but waited almost 10 min for someone to ask me if I'd been helped. (I was alone). Thankfully that had given me enough time to know what I wanted to eat - 12 traditional wing, drums only. Wings come out in a timely manner BUT was all flappers. I ordered drums. I have no clue where to even start with this place. So I drove from the location off 635 in Irvint to this location because there was bad service in Irving. We get here and had to wait to be seated after the people at the door pretty much just looked at us. Then once we were seated the waiter was so nice im like okay this is going to be great. Nope I was so wrong!!! We waited 30 mins for our food. Once the food came out, only my husband sandwich was brought to the table. The waiter said your wings will be done in 4 mins. After another 20 mins, no wings. I had to ask the bartender to check on our food and a manger. So my order of wings and wedges came out but my 12 yr old daughter food didn't. Then. The manager came with her food. First off, the manager didn't care about the fact we waited so long and my husband ate without us so that his food wouldn't get cold. All he could say is "we're busy with online order" he only offers to replace my wedges. So after he walks away my daughter has hair in her dipping sauce. I called the waiter and showed her. The manager only comps the wings. After that experience ill never go back there and I will also tell my entire family and friends not to eat at Buffalo wild wings. I've never been treated this way. No customer service. The waiter cared more than the manager so I do than her but that manager was a nasty mess with a very nasty demeanor! He definitely doesn't need to be a manager handling things in that manner! read more

Favorite place to go when I want to grab a drink with my best friend. We go here constantly! The food is great, the service is great, and the bartenders are hilarious. Go during happy hour on Friday nights and try the mozzarella sticks. They're only $3! Why not? Love this place! read more

Here on a Sunday night, seems to be well staffed and not too full. Food was good as usual but service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes for our dinner and 20 for dessert after. Awful. Came here new years eve. The place was almost empty. There were 10 of us. I had unsweetened tea. After one cup, the waiter said they weren't brewing anymore, so I could have sweetened tea since I put sweetner in my tea anyway. I just took water. Our food took over an hour to come out, and over half of the orders were wrong. Our drinks weren't refilled for the last 45 minutes. Horrible service, cold food, awful. Our checks were all mixed up. I was a walk in today on Sunday, I ordered from the 17 year old girl at the front named Kylie, she argued with me when I told her I asked to replace the fries with tortilla chips and salsa, she insisted on charging me extra. I waited 20 minutes, I asked her 3 times to check on my order, but she was too busy texting to help me. When she finally brought my order, it had greasy cold fries and no tortilla chips, she took the order back and 10 minutes later I asked to talk to the manager. A 16 year old girl came out and apologized, she told me Kylie was new and did not know, I told her how long I had waited, she went in the back as I waited another 5 minutes, the cold greasy fries were still there, the wrap was cold, the tortilla chips were so greasy we could not eat them. This store is operated by a bunch of teenagers that were having a party in the kitchen and served horrible food, when you complain to the manager, nothing is done in your favor. Do not eat here if you want hot food, if you want your order correct, or if you expect good service. read more

Congratulations BWW of Grapevine, you earned my first negative review. I went there to enjoy an afternoon football game. I asked the manager if my game was going to be shown on the bar big screen since there was only two other games being played. He was nice about it and said let me check with the bartender to make sure he hasn't promised someone else already. Afterwords he came back and said we were good to go. After the game started it wasn't put on the screen as promised. I patiently waited figuring the manager was busy and would get to it. Then another patron came in and asked for the same game to the bartender. The bartender, who's name was Marshall, was very dismissive. Trying to be of help, I said to both of them, "I spoke to the manager and he said the game would be on this TV". Marshall the bartender immediately became irritated and said "I have no idea what's going on, not my problem". I said, "but your manager told me that he spoke to you?". Marshall became increasingly hostile and I said "I dunno what to tell you I'm really busy". The manager did put the game on as he promised and on we went. The entire 3 hours I was there watching the game, Marshall ignored me, and when he did attend to me he was very rude. He wasn't too busy to flirt with the female patrons though. Priorities I guess huh? Then comes the check. I always mark "0" on the tip line and write (cash) nearby it. Why? Because it HELPS the servers to receive cash instead of on the card. Even after this horrible experience, I was trying to help the kid out. The manager happened to be back there and picked it up and put it on Marshalls register. Right before I left, Marsahll walked by and got very nasty with me and said "thanks dude for the 'ouch', real nice". Huh? I had to ask him 3 times what he was talking about before he would tell me. His manager told him his tip line read 0 and said "ouch" and asked what that was about. I explained "that doesnt say ouch, it says cash, I always tip cash to help you all out.". He just walked away, nothing. No apologies or contrition for the assumption, the sarcasm, or the insult. I spoke to the manager, he laughed and walked away. Even after this embarrassingly awful undeserved insult of events, I still pulled out enough cash to tip him with that it exceeded 20%, even though it was in no way deserved, because I wanted to make it clear that I'm not looking to rip people off or get freebies. I simply demand the respect that I deserve and that I was giving. As I laid it on the bar he said "keep it I don't want it". Of course I left it and walked out. I've never been treated so badly and insulted so greatly by a service staff in all my life. Marshall, you really need to grow up. I will amend this review if a management member reaches out to try and resolve this, although I HIGHLY doubt it. And to be clear, don't reach out to me with offers of comps or discounts on future visits, that will do nothing but further insult me. I don't want freebies or discounts, I want resolution. From their history here though, I doubt anyone will care enough to reach out. I would give negative stars if that were an option. read more

I am honestly shocked by the service I received at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I am a regular at other wings places when I stop into the DFW area, such as Wing Stop, or even hooters. I honestly don't usually try BWW, but I thought it would be worth a go. So I ordered some wings, they came out, they weren't very good. Mild oddly flavored buffalo sauce, and undercooked "not-crispy" bone-in wings. I told the waiter, after trying to find him for 5 minutes that they weren't good. He said that he couldn't do anything and that the manager would have to come over to take care of it. Then I waited 15 minutes while my friends finished their meal. Then I went over to the counter by the door and asked where the manager was. I sat down and waited another 5 minutes, and then the manager arrived. She claimed she was on a conference call, and they she "couldn't be expected to drop the call to come speak with a customer". Then I told her the situation and she said "find we'll take that off the bill"... and she literally walked away. That wasn't what I wanted anyway. I sat their another 5 minutes and seeing that they didn't offer me a replacement I began eating my cold wings. Suddenly the waiter shows up and says "my manager said to come and take the wings, since you're not paying for them." I told him that I was waiting to get something else, but since no one came I had to eat them. Usually at a restaurant they offer to replace the item, and sometimes offer a refund too, but never just a refund. He then asked if I wanted to order something else, and I reminded him that we were about to leave. The manager, and to a lesser extent the waiter were two of the most baffling, and frankly inept customer service providers I have ever encountered. I will never eat at a BWW again, and I hope that others will have better service than I did, or avoid this location all together. I'd love to hear from top management, because your manager is a impedance to the success of this location. read more

That being said I will NOT be returning to the Grapevine location again! Today was the second time that I watched the lady mananger verbally abuse her employees while on the floor!!! 1. Do that in your office...thats why you have an office (back of house) area 2. MANAGEMENT is meant to be helpfull not aggressive or threatening to their employees. they are supposed to pick up the extra slack, help run food, great tables and work the floor none of which this manager seems to understand. I watched one of her servers and another lady slip on some ice or fall outside the building and when the server came back inside to, i would assume, tell her manager about the problem the "lady manager" ripped her a new one. If Buffalo Wild Wings had their best intrest in mind they would fire whoever that lady is immediately! read more

Good wings and I like to be able to try different sauces. I think they let you split sets of six wings and have different sauces. Good selection of beers and drinks. TV's everywhere. You can find your favorite game and seat yourself in the bar. Helpful staff. Outside seating, but you'll have to contend with the noise of the highway. read more

I ordered three mango habanero, then asked the guy to change one for spicy garlic instead, he was just getting them from the side, he told me that he couldnt do that, that I couldnt change my mind anymore! It is what it is. A franchise chicken wing place. But the servers were very nice and funny the two times I was here.

The service was great, the food was good, but none of that matters when you can't enjoy any of it because as soon as the food comes out its a battle between you and the gnats that immediately swarm your booth or table. We were constantly swatting away the annoying pests and were about to switch booths for the second time when we just asked for a to go box. The manager took care of the bill for us (minus the drinks), but pretty much told us there's nothing she can do about the bugs. This is the second time we came here and the second time we had an issue with gnats. The first time, they brought out lemons that already had a gnat on them. I just hate to think about what the kitchen area is like when the eating area is already that bad. read more
