I have passed by here so many times and after eating here I am so disappointed I never stopped in sooner! We stopped in and were greeted and found a table right away. The server was kind and friendly and was outstanding throughout our entire meal. The service here would not be out of place in a luxury restaurant. After looking at the menu we decided on the Bee Sting NY Pizza and a Classic Burger with Fries. The pizza crust was quite good and the toppings really complimented each other. The burger was the star of the show! The patties were cooked perfectly with crispy edges and the overall flavor was outstanding. The fries were also top notch. The restaurant is clean and inviting and our experience was great. Highly Reccommended!
Once again this place delivers some of the best pizza and definitely THE BEST smash burgers in the metroplex! Then add in top of that their incredibly friendly servers. Natalie was absolutely stellar. Very friendly and quick to give us 5 service!
Gotta warn ya, if you try showing up later in the day on a Saturday, just give a call and reserve a spot or order for pick up, or else you'll be waiting for a seat for quite a bit. And it's worth it in my opinion. Their Texas style pizza (which I never heard of before) was pretty great. The margherita and honey pep were great. Their burgers were pretty good too. Bourbon Jam and their regular cheese burger were the best. Fries were pretty great too, but salty... Which I love.. so no issues for me haha. Stop by if you're in the area. Worth a visit.
If I were writing this review the day I came here, I probably would have given it two stars because I was so frustrated. Today I'm feeling a bit more generous, so I'll give it three. The good news is that the burger is absolutely delicious. The pizza, on the other hand, is just okay. Most of my issues were with the service. I do know the servers name but will not mention it. We visited around 2 pm on a Wednesday, and the small dining room had a couple of tables that needed to be cleared. They stayed that way for quite a while. It also took some time for the only server working to come over and give us menus. Most of the time we were there - she was in the kitchen talking shit in the kitchen. When she returned, we ordered the lunch special of two slices. She asked if we wanted drinks, and we said we already had water. What she did not mention is that the lunch special comes with a drink, and of course we would have enjoyed a soda if we had known. The burger came out first and we planned to split it - I asked for a knife, that never came after about 5 mins, I saw them over by the register and grabbed one, about 3 mins after that she brought a knife over (and she had SEEN ME go get the knife, so this was totally passive aggressive) . It was a fantastic smash burger on a classic roll with onions and a slightly spicy sauce. It comes with chips, and you can upgrade to fries for $3, but we didn't. My husband's pizza slices took much longer. We had finished the burger and were still waiting another 15 minutes for the two slices. I finally asked about them, and the server said they were coming soon because they had to make a fresh pie for our order. As a former New Yorker who knows her slices, I can tell you they were NOT from a fresh pie. You can tell by the way the cheese is set on top of the pie, it is much looser if the pie is fresh/ It was frustrating to wait that long and then be given an excuse that didn't feel honest. A simple, "Sorry, I missed that, I'm on it," would have been better. The pizza was fine overall, and I did appreciate that they use real sausage crumbles and fresh mushrooms. That burger really was excellent, so I might come back for that alone, but the service had me boiling, and I'm usually a pretty mellow and forgiving person when it comes to restaurants.
First time but it definitely won't be our last! The wings were delicious! The pizza and fries even better! Can't wait to try something new next time! Customer service was very prompt and attentive! Ambiance was nice and causal! Very good playlist as well!
It's a super small place! Just a few tables . But this place stays packed! The pizza was good not the greatest but good and the burger was good too! Not like OMG amazing but I have to say the service I got here was off the hook. He was on top of everything! I can't wait to go back to try more pizza and different burgers!
Love sauce'd Sundays! My friends and I do fiber day at the yarn shop down the way on Sunday afternoons and we LOVE sauce'd!! Everything here is amazing! Pizza, wings, and the smash burgers. And the fries. They are so good and family owned/run. It is a great spot
Came to Sauce'd on a Wednesday around 12:45 pm. It was VERY busy, which is exciting to see! Love to see local businesses THRIVING! The person at the front greeted us right away and asked us how many we had. There were 5 of us, so we always expect to wait. They went over to a table that could seat 5, but only had 2, and asked them if they minded moving to a different table; they did, and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was full and compact, so there was definitely some noise, but it wasn't so bad that you couldn't have a conversation. The bathrooms were very well kept and clean. It looked like they only had one person waiting tables, but there were several people running food out, so it wasnt too bad. She was able to get to us fairly quickly, and it allowed us to look through the menu and get our order sorted so that by the time she came to us, we were able to order our food. Wanted to try their pizza and their burgers, so we ordered a Honey Pep, a Margherita, and a Jalapeno Burger. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! Like SO good! The lattice on the burger was great, it was seasoned really well, the jalapenos had some good spice to it, and I really liked the Dad's sauce that was on it as well. The pizza, SUPER crispy, not too much cheese, which is great, awesome flavor as well. The service was fantastic, the food was EXCELLENT, and the restaurant was great! Especially for a lunchtime rush. Prices are not bad at all, and the food is definitely worth it! If you are in the Grapevine area, check this place out, we will be back for sure!
TOP 3 BEST SMASH burger in DFW! It was incredible! I wasn't sure what to expect cause I've never had a burger at a pizza restaurant but I was wrong! Wow this burger was so good! I had takeout on a Friday night. Took about 20 minutes ordered online. There is a small walk up window as soon as you walk in and it looked packed and I know why now. Pizza was good as well! Solid spot for all your cravings! I will be returning no doubt!
I have been seeing this place on social media for quite some time and was so excited to finally swing in and grab a Smashburger. There is definitely limited seating inside so be prepared for a small wait, especially if you're with a large group. The restaurant is very casual and has a large variety of menu and burgers to choose from. I went with the classic smash burger and although it was tasty, I could not get past how greasy it was and how it was dripping grease and that they were charging three extra dollars for fries on top of a $14 burger just seems a little absurd because they know everybody will charge to fries instead of taking a bag of lays. The special sauce was more chiptole heavy than I expected. Overall good- wouldn't get the burger again, I would try the pizza.
Has a good burger but I'm disappointed with the management. I ordered delivery, got the wrong burger and had another item missing. Management said they will rectify and call me back. I've called twice out of courtesy and it's the same story. They'll call me back and fix it but never do... disappointed. Do think they have a good burger but lot left to be desired in other areas. I've ordered a few times from here not sure I will again. Pizza was mediocre though. Stick to the burgers
Menu is not very clear. Had to ask difference in NY and TX style. Still not sure what the exact difference is. Menus advertises NY by slice. We were told they ran out? Yet they are cranking pizzas out left and right. The pizza it self (tx pepperoni with honey) was disappointing. My son liked it. But it was greasy and nothing special. I usually like crust and left their tx crust on the plate. Was waiting on water refill for most of the meal. But I will say the waitress was very friendly. Just wasn't very engaged with our table. I also heard another waiter drop a couple of FBombs about a poor tip. It was just casual to another waiter but not good for a family friendly place. The place has some good music playing and lots of neat movie themed jerseys. Happy Gilmore was playing on mute on a tv to complete the theme. Only reason I gave a third star was my son seemed to like it more than I did. P.S. If you are digestive sensitive to fennel like I am. They lean towards using it more heavily.
Okay so I've been itching to try this burger spot since I saw it on TikTok and finally had a chance to. I initially ordered it to go but it smelled and looked so good I ate it right there instead. The burger was that good that I ordered another one right before they were closing and that was good as well. Definitely a 5/5 spot and lived up to the hype! Saw this place on TikTok, they were raving about the smash burger so I had to give it a go. I didn't expect to be greeted by a server so that was cool and she was very nice. I went around noon today and it was pretty packed in there. I ordered the regular smash burger and got the fries. That smash burger was 10/10 no question. Seasoned well, perfect smash, perfect size and the house sauce SLAPPED. It had a little spice to it as well. The fries were a 10/10 as well. They seasoned them with some type of special season that took them to the next level. The inside is cool, sports themed with some cool jerseys hanging. ESPN was playing on the screen and I can appreciate that. They did turn it off and put some country on though. Womp. Country is cool I'm just kiddin. I think the owner was there, some guy in a red hat. He was walking around asking about everybody's food. I wanted to show love and let him know how good the food was but he didn't get to me. All in all, good food. I wanna try the pizza next. Definitely check them out and get that burger. read more

I've been to this place maybe 5 times since discovering it a month ago. The Instagram marketing is what got me here along with my other friends and family members. The pizza is top notch and their burgers are out of this world. We also took a liking to their dry rub wings (we've ordered them almost each time we've come back because they are so good). And you can't beat their lunch special of 2 slices of pizza with a drink currently sold at $7. I prefer their Texas crust over the crust used for their lunch prices but they are good. The venue isn't huge so you'll need to get there early before the evening rush or order your food to go. The servers are all amazing, the music is catchy and the entertainment on the screens have something for everyone's taste. read more

I hate to bash this place but it wasn't good. The pizza was phenomenal but the smash burgers (extremely over cooked) low quality and the salt and pepper bomb sauce didn't help. Everything tasted like it was from the frozen section from the Sysco truck. If they made ranch in house that'll brighten up the sauce game. Salad was lackluster and the wings? Dry and just underwhelming. Also, if you want to wait an hour for your food with terrible servers, get it. read more

Amazing smash burgers!!! I went there twice in one week. The burgers are flavorful, thin, perfectly burnt edges. I added the grilled jalapeños which added the let spice. Service is great! They even gave our toddler some pizza dough to play with while we were waiting for our food! read more

Place is still fine but one of our big draws to come here was the byob. It is no longer byob (even tho the staff shirts still say byob). There is no wine and only beer. The food was always a bit overpriced but the byob made it worth it. Now probably will go to other spots. read more

Everything went well. We ordered smash burgers, pizza and wings everything was delicious! Didn't even snag a pic of the burger! The waitress was awesome the service was quick. The restaurant is clean and I think my favorite part are the stickers they give kidos and the dough to play with while they prepare our order! Our new go to spot after leaving the airport for sure. Kids love it too. read more

I've been by this restaurant several times and decided to try the pizza last night. We got two pizzas, Texas style. One pepperoni/cheese and one cheese. The pizzas were delicious! The service was also great, friendly employees. The restaurant was full so that's a great sign too! We will definitely be back! read more

Finally a place that makes smash burgers right! I've been looking for a place in DFW to find a great Smash burger and after trying so many places, Sauce'd got it right with its crispy edge patties! Also tried their pizza last weekend and it's incredible too...reminds me of NY pizza, which is a bonus to find in TX! read more
If I'm out there in the Grapvine area again, this will be a place I look forward to stop at and eat. I ordered the carnivore, all meat pizza and enjoyed every bit of it! Pizza was very disappointing! Given the reviews we were excited to try Sauce'd. We ordered the Stroll in the Garden, Texas Style and wanted to add Hamburger. It was only about 6pm and they were out of Hamburger. Our waitress recommended the sopressata which did have a good flavor but it seemed weird to already be out of a protein at 6pm. When our pizza arrived, it was incredibly soggy. We chalked it up to the pizza having peppers and tried to enjoy it anyways. That was when we found a hair baked into the crust. Our waitress was gracious enough to comp the pizza. Overall- staff was friendly and accommodating, but the food was very disappointing read more

Good spot outside of grapevine main st. This place is BYOB, so if you would like a drink with your pizza come prepared. They have several different pizza options with two different crust types - a "New York style" thin crust pizza, or a "Texas style" crust where the crust is folded over with sauce underneath. We opted for the Texas style (depicted below.) The pizza was good, but a bit overdone. The crust ended up being a bit too crunchy to really experience this "style of crust." We had waited almost 30 minutes for our pizza, so the overdone-ness led to the question of attentiveness of the staff. Looking forward to try sauced again sometime in the future, but am hoping we get a true taste of what they have to offer. read more

THIS PIZZA is INCREDIBLE!!! Pizza & a Show! We were able to see the pizza guys tossing up all the fresh dough before they made each pizza. Most Delicious pizza I've had, hands down!
