Cheeseburger (single) comes with the tater tots
Marco N.

Running low on time in a busy airport is usually a nightmare when traveling. Heading to my boarding gate saw Santo and some spots to sit down by the bar. The handicap seat has a handy outlet with USB as well. Service was quick and efficient. Had the single Cheeseburger with all the fixings. Was fresh and yummy before a longer flight. Came with tater tots. They use Toast for table side payments so that great to get business receipts emailed and tap to pay. Saw they have various beer and drinks, but I stuck with yummy red Hibiscus ice tea for some detox :-)

To go or full service restaurant

Way too much time to kill at the airport on a Thursday am. We ate in at Santos. Everyone was super friendly and didn't mind that we only ordered 1 Chorizo burrito to split. The burrito was excellent and the salsa bomb! I would definitely stop here again.

Best breakfast burrito I've found at DIA. There is a bigger chain across the hall the serves burritos but Santo's are tastier.

It was pretty packed. The place itself is incredible, definitely more of a "coolest mall I've ever been to" vibe than your typical mall. There are so many unique shops, from books to specialty stores, a liquor store, and even a lounge with a pool table. We tried Maria's Empanadas, which I've been wanting to try forever, and it definitely was everything I hoped it'd be. So many delicious varieties. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also had a watermelon drink and a pistachio cookie, and everything was perfect. We also had some smoked mac and cheese at the barbecue spot, it was okay, a little too peppery and not as fresh as I'd hoped, but overall the food experience was nice. Walking around and exploring all the different spots was a blast. We'll definitely be back!

We came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, before heading to Coors Field to see an afternoon Rockies game. The market mainly consists of an indoor food court, with indoor and outdoor seating options. The crowd is mostly local. The vibe is casual. For our first visit, we were impressed with the food we got from Izzio Bakery, and the coffee we got from Crema Bodega. I have reviewed these separately.

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.

The city lights just glistening at night from that vantage point... The food court features local eateries and usually covers every flavor for a lunch or dinner palette. The staff is great, friendly and efficient at keeping the tables clean for seamless table turnover. The wine list is refreshing... parking does stink on weekends because the area is so popular. It's got a lot of screens to watch games or open seating to catch up with friends.

When I politely brought this to the staff's attention, instead of addressing the issue or offering a replacement, I was handed a bowl of sugar, as if that was an acceptable solution. I tried to explain again that the dish itself was not right, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. Rather than resolving the concern respectfully, security was called on me for simply voicing a complaint. The entire interaction felt dismissive and deeply uncomfortable, and it raised concerns for me about how customers are treated in that space. I'm sharing this because no one should feel disrespected or shut down for raising a valid concern about their meal.

It's basically an elevated food hall with a few different restaurants, so it's perfect if you want something quick but still good quality. What I liked most is that you're not stuck choosing one place; my friend and I could each pick what we were in the mood for, and you can even mix and match from different spots. I got fish and chips from Rooted (upgraded to truffle fries for an extra charge) and a fresh lemonade from Boychik, and everything was delicious. From first glance, you could see that there's three floors of which the food court is on the first floor and you could sit on a second or third floor for better views. Upon first glance, the chicken looked hand breaded and fried, so it was definitely going to be good. I got the Nashville hot, but it wasn't hot at all. I did not taste any spice. That's OK though because it was very flavorful and delicious. It also had a slaw on top and the bun was very soft. I also love the fry on the french fries as it wasn't too heavy or too light. I would definitely come back and try other foods. It was quite busy for a lunch during a weekday, which is a great sign that it's high-quality. I also love a food hall, which is something I don't see very often so it definitely catches my attention when there is one available.
