    Carnitas burrito

Good spot to stop and grab a quick bite. The burritos are premade which was convenient. Nothing crazy but good in a pinch. Definitely overpriced at 20$. Can dine in here as well. They also have tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas.

Cheeseburger (single) comes with the tater tots

Running low on time in a busy airport is usually a nightmare when traveling. Heading to my boarding gate saw Santo and some spots to sit down by the bar. The handicap seat has a handy outlet with USB as well. Service was quick and efficient. Had the single Cheeseburger with all the fixings. Was fresh and yummy before a longer flight. Came with tater tots. They use Toast for table side payments so that great to get business receipts emailed and tap to pay. Saw they have various beer and drinks, but I stuck with yummy red Hibiscus ice tea for some detox :-)

To go or full service restaurant

Way too much time to kill at the airport on a Thursday am. We ate in at Santos. Everyone was super friendly and didn't mind that we only ordered 1 Chorizo burrito to split. The burrito was excellent and the salsa bomb! I would definitely stop here again.

Best breakfast burrito I've found at DIA. There is a bigger chain across the hall the serves burritos but Santo's are tastier.

Ok here we go. I'm at the airport at 7p to eat before my 11:59p redeye. CapitalOne lounge tells me…read moreto F off, they won't let me in at any point. DIA is stupid and has no priority pass lounges. And by the time I'm looking for actual restaurants for food, they're all closing kitchens. at 7:30pm on a Tuesday when flights go out of this airport until 11:59pm. I wandered the entire A and B terminals looking for an open mid level - a restaurant, but not high end. Everyone turned me away or was already closed down. So here I am at Elway's. They don't close the kitchen until 10:30p, and stay open later for drinks. Be prepared for sticker shock. A burger is $25 without a side. Sides are $15. This place is definitely geared to the folks who don't think twice about spending $200 on drinking at the airport while watching a sports ball. I'm not the target demographic but I'm still able to eat a hot meal. Service was fine but they placed me in front of a TV next to the kitchen and employees and diners a like have been staring past my head the whole time. Very weird and uncomfortable place to put a table.

It was very juicy. You will need extra napkins to eat it! We shared the house salad. Also excellent! Fantastic service by our server Jenn. She gave great recommendations and had a third sense about being available when we needed something. We finished with the key lime pie! Dang, that was amazing too! When we left the restaurant to go to our gate, my husband remarked that he forgot he was in an airport. If you want the best burger, in or out of Denver airport, go to Elway's. And for the best service, ask to be in Jenn's section! The restaurant is in the middle section of the B concourse.

Reclaimed metal sheet walls, concrete floor, a nice looking bar and good 80s/90s music piping in. The menu offers many taco options, which you purchase a la carte. I took a risk and got the ahi tuna taco, and a steak fajita taco. Both were good - but I was most impressed with the Ahi. It was better than the sushi I have had at a sushi restaurant since moving here to CO. Nice Asian sauce with sesame seeds throughout. Super good. It's light, though. It is in a butter lettuce "taco shell", but honestly I think putting it in a true corn or flour tortilla just would not mesh well. The service was very very pleasant and attentive. We even had to move a couple times because our party number kept changing, and she was as pleasant as can be. I look forward to heading back and trying something else. Co-workers tell me you really can't have a bad taco there, and I think I might challenge that notion and find out for myself! Cheers!
