Great spot with a good patio and happy hour every day until 6!! Chips and two salsas come with the table, had a carboy wine (they are connected next door) , Molcajete and tacos with beef and they even have vegetarian and goat options!

Though I adored Logan Street, I am happy with this new iteration of Pancho Poncho! You really can't go wrong with mexican, in my opinion. Hubs and I dropped in for HH and an early dinner on Saturday (since PP continues the everyday HH tradition) and started off with the house margs and chips and salsa. The chips could be a tad salty with the seasoning added, but I still gobbled them up. The creamy green salsa is delicious! The margs are really tasty too and we had another round! We also tried the carne asada and pastor torta sliders (carne asada is better- but I don't know that I'd get either one again), the pastor tacos (very good!), the elote corn dip (delicious), and the nachos with carne asada. Their carne asada is quite tasty and the nachos had a fair amount of toppings for HH. I'd definitely return here for more HH and other treats.

super fun vibe in here, and very spacious. there's plenty of seating, organized in different sections. the decor is nice and i really enjoyed the lighting. the happy hour is seriously worth it... 2 huge tostadas for $8!! and $7 margaritas :)) and very timely service. everything was delicious... my friend and brother really enjoyed their meals as well. the refried beans were especially yummy.

Stopped in yesterday evening for happy hour drinks and dinner. Showed up at 5:30 in time to take advantage of the HH menu. We were seated right away. This spot is in the previous Logan Street restaurant location (and previous before that, Governors Park). The decor has been updated a bit to reflect more of a southwestern vibe. On a Thurs night for dinner service, it wasn't very busy. Our server took good care of us and recommended a few things on the menu. We had frozen margs, carne asada nachos and then for dinner the quesabirria and fish tacos. Our margs were yummy and I loved the carne asada on the nachos. Super tender and well seasoned. My fish tacos were good. My son enjoyed his quesabirria. The rice and beans were okay. Being plain, everything was good. No complaints about the food, but the issue is that I could have gotten everything we ordered at a number of other Mexican restaurants. I am sure it's a bit of sour grapes on my part, but the previous menu at Logan Street was unique and you couldn't find it anywhere else. The new menu is very similar to things you can get all over town. I'll come back to try more of the menu, but overall I'm disappointed.

I've only been for happy hour, but it's great! A great selection of food and drinks. We sat on the patio. It was perfect, but the inside is super cute as well! We cannot wait to go back and try their full menu! Service was slow, and they weren't that busy, but to be fair everyone has an off day so it wouldn't stop me from going back.

Tried this place 6:30pm Saturday night. It wasn't crowded for that time and we were seated right away. Got chips and salsa to start. The green is super spicy , the red was just ok. I got the enchiladas with chicken and green sauce. The plate was a mess to eat, the enchiladas were falling apart and just overstuffed. Also didn't love the green sauce it had a bit more spice than I like. The rice and beans were just ok. My guest for the Branzino with green and red sauces on side and also was just ok. Not anything wrong with it but not amazing my any means. The standard margarita was tasty. Pricing wasn't terrible my enchilada were $16 and the margarita was only $9. Would I come back here? I don't know, wasn't blown away but maybe just off night?

The best new Mexican spot in Denver! Everything was amazing. The service 10/10, the chips and salsa 10/10, the drinks 20/10, the entrees 10/10. The margs were so delicious and they make their own tajin! We also enjoyed some of the Pinot Grigio they have - highly recommend pairing it with the jalapeño crema. We loved our server. She recommended the fish tacos which were the favorite of the night! All of the proteins were marinated very well. Joe came out several times to check in and make sure everything was going well - he's the best! Their queso is the best queso I've ever had. I would go back just for the queso and chips. The elote and shrimp ceviche were also amazing. We were lucky to get the last table outside! The patio was full but plenty of space between tables so it didn't feel overcrowded. I can't wait to see this place thrive. Going back asap!

Wow is all I can say. Pancho Poncho is the perfect addition to the neighborhood. My roommate and I decided to stop in for dinner since we were craving Mexican cuisine and noticed this location had just opened. We are so glad we did even though there might have been some lower reviews prior. Our experience was great and we enjoyed everything from food/service/ambiance. Everyone has their own experiences but I believe everything that was presented to us as restauranteurs were excellent. We were immediately greeted upon entering and sat immediately in the beautiful patio space along Logan St. Our waitress Lilly/Lily (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was great, friendly and outgoing. We ordered several items - Amargo De Pomelo - Blanco Queso w/ Chorizo addition - Carne Asada Enchilada Plate w/ Red & Green Sauce - Camarones Momias - Horchata Brûlée Everything was DELICIOUS. I could have drank that queso it was so good. The carne asada in the enchiladas were great and the choice of double sauce was perfect to enjoy. The shrimp wrapped in bacon were cooked perfectly and topped with a savory seafood poblano cream that topped it off. You MUST get the Horchata brûlée, my roommate only had two bites because I couldn't stop eating it. This location is a beautiful brick building at the corner of Logan and 7th. Plenty of tables and space to enjoy your dinner with friends or family. We will be back to try more items soon!

I saw my friend post the watermelon and burrata and HAD to give it a try. Not going to lie I was a little disappointed, but I think it would be a really good combo if it's seasoned correctly. The rest of the food was really good! We got to sit outside on the patio which sits on Logan street so lots of action. Our waitress was super friendly and made conversation with us. She said she had been there for a while and really enjoyed working for the company which is always nice to hear from the employees.

Amazing flavors. The chips and salsa they brought out were outstanding. Service was optimal and the music and atmosphere really made the place pop. Wonderful place to eat with a good crowd all for a fair price.

This is the Michelin restaurant that you go to if you like a more casual / less stuffy experience. Food: 4 Every dish that we ordered was delicious, but slightly on the heavy side without anything light/acidic to break it up. Perhaps it's because of what we chose to order though! Frijoles Puerco: This was a play on refried beans and chorizo. The chorizo has a little kick to it. The sourdough tortillas were delicious and served fresh and warm. Callo De Hacha Al Horno: The scallops were a flavor bomb served in a serrano ponzu and tomato butter. I'm unsure why the scallops were cut into smaller pieces instead of left whole... Enmoladas De Pollo: This was essentially chicken enchiladas cooked in mole so I was skeptical if I would find this dish worthwhile. They proved me wrong as this was one of the best dishes of the night. The mole was flavorful, not too heavy, and the chicken enchilada was so well cooked. Birria De Borrego: The lamb shank was cooked until it was fork tender. After taking it apart, wrap it in a fresh and warm tortilla with refried corn beans and salsa. The lamb was well cooked and made for a good balanced bite, but it did feel special. Service: 5 We set at the chef table and was able to watch as they finished and plated each dish. The chef was attentive without being overbearing/annoying and we had a good conversation with him. Food came out at a good pace. Ambiance: 5 The restaurant is small and cozy. It didn't feel stifling or pretentious as other fine dining restaurants can sometimes feel. This would be perfect for a date or dinner with friends.

Nestled away on a small street corner of Clay Street and 32nd Ave. parking can be scarce, but I'm sure with the right time and a little bit of walking you will find and manage your way here. Outside the restaurant, they have a small seating area which now is winter too cold to enjoy, but I'm sure in the spring and summer and fall time is super enjoyable.
