They were very professional and did the job pretty quick. Tim, the owner took care of me immediately when I went in for my appointment. Value? I definitely cannot complain. There were other shops that wanted to charge me double and even triple for what Import Auto Services did for me. One company I wouldn't recommend going to unless you have lots a money or only own a Mercedes or BMW is "Minsky Mercedes." When I asked why they charge so much more, there answer was quote, "Our name suggests we specialize in BMW and Mercedes, we can work on other makes but it would be the Euro pricing." Unquote. It is funny, Import Auto Service specializes in Euro vehicles as well but they did not price gouge me! Thank you very much Tim & Cindy. You guys are great!

I initially thought I needed new rotors, but Sam took the time to show me that the real issue was worn brake pads. Two other mechanics had told me the pads were fine, so I appreciated that he walked me through it and showed me exactly what he was seeing. He also helped diagnose an issue with my parking sensors, which had completely stopped working. Sam was able to track it down to a single faulty sensor that was throwing off the entire system, which likely saved me a significant amount compared to going to a dealership. While the car was there, he also replaced a fog lamp bulb that had burned out. Overall, Sam was straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair. I'm glad I found a mechanic I feel comfortable bringing my car to and would definitely recommend his shop.

I first went to them years back on the recommendation of a good friend after being disappointed in several of the shops I had been trying. I have and will only ever continue to go here. It's a family run business who treats their customers as though they are family. I can't speak highly enough about the owner and his crew! They know their stuff to put it mildly. They have always been super accommodating and have on so many occasions gone above and beyond. Where I might have price compared early on, I soon realized that was an unnecessary exercise. Not once did I find them to be overpriced or did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of. (Unfortunately that has not the case at numerous other shops I've been to throughout the years). Their level of expertise is amazing! I've probably had them do everything from minor repairs to more complex fixes on at least 5 different vehicles in my family. Not once did I ever need to go back because something wasn't right. Top notch work and super timely. Best yet, they take the time to listen and go above and beyond to explain what the necessary repairs will entail. I'm not super well versed in automotive repairs, but I do have enough of an understanding to know when a mechanic is the real deal and isn't out to gouge or perform shotty work. Put it this way; I'd have no problem sending my grandmother in with no forewarning and be completely assured she'd be taken well care of. As a matter of fact, I attend Foothills Christian Church just down the road and have recommended AA Auto to several people. Usually not a good idea to give fellow church-goers unsound or poor advice! In my years of going to them I've been able to see them grow; even moving from a smaller shop a few blocks down to their current location. It warms my heart to see such a business grow because they do it right. Thank you to the team. You guys have saved me on so many occasions. I'm not sure what they did - but I'm pretty sure it directly impacted my car catching on fire. Thank God the kids weren't in the car with me. As soon as I got out of the car (after seeing black smoke billowing out of the hood), the doors locked. I would have been trapped along with any kids in car seats. It could have been so much worse. Not only that, but we pursued legal action and discovered that the shop had a lapse in insurance coverage at the time that my car was serviced. Why did they have a lapse of coverage? Because they didn't meet safety standards. So not only did we have to buy a new car in an awful market for car shopping - but we weren't able to be compensated for the damages and trauma that we experienced as a result of what should have been a simple fix. I feel like I got an honest reasonably priced service done here and they also helped me get extra things fixed on my vehicle that were actually under warranty and they directed me to the dealer to get those fixed, I had no idea anything was even wrong and they pointed me in the direction to actually get my car fixed under warranty instead of trying to make extra money off of me.
