I initially came across this service on Yelp and thought the price was reasonable. I scheduled service on their website and Andrew promptly came out on time. I have a 2021 F150 with surprisingly soft exterior paint. Dali did a fantastic job with their waterless cleaning service and even removed a couple minor surface scratches. Great service on that end. Where the 5 stars comes from and me being unable to get my jaw off the floor is the interior detail. My mind is actually blown at how clean it is. The vehicle had beach sand and dog hair all over the place. I walk out to check and literally cannot find a spec of sand or hair. I really was not expecting something like this. I had 2 cars detailed by Andrew 2 days apart a week ago. The first car was just general detailing (inside and out) and the second car was for the System X Diamond ceramic coating. I was cautious at first since Dali detailing is relatively new, but his price was 30% cheaper than the closest competitor. I decided to give him a chance since he will be the one doing it, so I am sure he will work his hardest to establish his reputation. Andrew is young, soft spoken, very easy to work with and will try to accommodate everything you reasonably ask for. Both of my cars turned out great! the first car cleaning took him and his partner 5&1/2 hours! For the second car, the red paint really popped out with the ceramic coating (ultra slick!) and I do hope that the coating will last (Lifetime warranty -with *- but I'd be happy with 5 years). I used a big name company, (review later d/t unfinished job) for my car windows, windshield tinting, and that proved to be a big disappointment, and will have to return for a third redo. Give Andrew a chance and you won't be disappointed, especially when he doesn't charge extra for coming to your place. You also will appreciate his effort. read more

There was no way I was doing it myself cause I don't have a mobile vaccum, and the dog hair was so caked in the seats. It was everywhere!
