CLEAN WORK (3.8 stars) Promo Exclusive Package + paint protection coating (last 6 months) = ~$200 Seen some friends posting on social media of this car shop that had eye catching graffiti as their shops backdrop. Decided to check them out. Bought the Exclusive Package (4hr job) and they did not honor the promotion of detailing the engine. The exterior and interior were detailed nicely but not the engine. I also had pointed out a stain in the trunk they said they could get out and later saw that my trunk wasn't even touched. But the areas they did touch, they did a clean job. Mind you, the Exclusive Package does not include polishing... it was basically just a nice wash down with some coating. Had I paid attention, I would have gotten a polish (worth around the same price) over this Exclusive Package. Until the next review... read more

Victor is your guy when it comes to detailing. My car had these scratches and swirls that wouldn't go away and he worked his magic. He did a paint correction and topped it off with a ceramic coating. All those swirls are now gone! Truly saved the paint of my car! Thanks Victor! read more

Victor and staff were very professional and really took care of my 2018 BMW 340i. It was the first time I have come here and they really gave a personal one on one touch to the car. Its hand washed and waxed (they have full detail packages) but I just opted for the exterior detail. They wiped down things inside including the windows at no extra cost. The facilty is in the back near some other collision repair businesses so it looked questionable at first. But an employee came to greet me and showed me where to go and where their facilty was. It doesn't look like a luxury car dealership but more of a family owned business which is how I felt after talking with Victor and saw his passion for what he does. Took about 1.5hrs. They have a couple chairs if you would like to wait there. You can see from the pics that their work Is excellent and they do a good job. Thanks guys! read more

Hands down the best my BMW has looked ever! I've had it detailed many of times before but i left the X5 with Victor for a few hours and came back to a brand new looking car! I'm very meticulous with my vehicles and its hard to impress me but he did just that! Very communicative honest and cool guy. Verry happy with the service that I'm taking my other car to him tomorrow to get detailed as well! read more

Worst customer service !!! I first contacted this place and the guy seemed nice and very reassuring that he would be able to leave my car clean . I needed a very detailed clean with my seats shampooed .When I showed up he advised me that my seats were a little more dirty than expected so he said it would take too long for them to wash my seats . Instead he offered me the steam cleaning which I agreed on! I left my car there at 11am and did not pick it up until 530 when they called! When I picked up my car the guy that initially told me was going to clean my car was not there, so another guy came out and I paid him . While I was driving home I noticed that the dash board was left unclean !!! It was like they just took a wet rag and lightly just cleaned the top of it!! I paid for my car to get detailed !!!! Smh ! I called him , no answer!! So I texted him and sent him pictures of the mess I had found!!! He then texted me the next day apologizing and saying I can bring in my car sometime next week and he could do it over again !! Well after many calls and text he finally texted me and told me I could bring in the car in about a week ! Apologizing because he had been busy !! it took damn near a week before he actually gave me a day ! The night before I got called into work so I texted him asking him if I can bring in the car sometime during the weekend because I had to work last min !!! I have yet to get a reply !!! This was damn near a month ago !!! I'm a single mother of 2 that works a full time job and works hard for her money !!! I don't even care to go back to get my car detailed again !! Most unprofessional thing that has ever happened to me when using yelp!!! One thing is to apologize and redo the job but another thing is to ignore a customer and get away with their hard working money !! read more

I was recommended to Victor through facebook and saw his work profile, I was highly impressed on the extreme attention to detail that Victor posses. I brought in my 2013 infiniti jx35 for a desperately needed paint correction as I've been washing my vehicle wrong for months and caused numerous swirl marks. Victor was super determined on making all of it disappear and he definitely didnt disappoint. He made my crossover shed 6 years off the age and it made my vehicle look way more appealing I am extremely satisfied with his work and recommended him very highly. read more

Victor did a beautiful job detailing my car! He responded to me immediately and was able to work with my schedule and get me in asap! He was professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I was rear ended a few months ago and no hand car wash has been able to buff my scratches out but when I went to pick up my car from Victor I thought he had replaced my bumper haha It is beautiful! When someone does exceptional work, they really deserve a shoutout! As a mom of 4 kids, I had a seriously disgusting minivan that we wanted to get detailed because I have never cleaned it in 4 years. Shhh don't tell anyone. LOL. BUT Victor and two other guys came to our house, which is a win right there, and spent 3 hours making our van look sale ready. It looks like it did when we bought it which we are completely satisfied with but then he told me that when we get our new car they have a deal where they'll come out to our house every month and keep it always looking new at a price where I definitely can't say no to!!! Seriously, call these guys. You will not be disappointed. read more

They did an EXCELLENT job detailing our Vue. We moved from Ohio to San Diego and you can image how much crap is on your car after that drive. Two of my seats had stains. One from from a spilled soda and the other was from a leaky diaper. They managed to get both stains out. There were some mystery drops on one of my rear tail lights that were there since we bought the car. I had no luck removing them myself. He managed to remove that too. These guys are friendly and are very good at what they do. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys! read more

Victor is great at what he does, hands down!! He is an honest, very passionate, and professional detailer who gets the job done right the first time around. He gurantees his work 100%, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. His prices are more than afforable, and only uses top of the line products (the end result proves that every single time!!) But most importantly, he provides great work that won't break the bank. He's the only guy I can trust to work on my car. I've been doing business with him since he first started his detailing business (approximately two years) and not once has he or his helpers let me down. If your car needs to be brought back to life, Victor is the guy to do it!! =) read more

Victor went above and beyond in removing a wrap from my MINI Cooper. It was supposed to be a simple job, but we discovered that the old wrap was applied with adhesive. Total nightmare to remove! Victor rose to the challenge and did an amazing job removing the wrap. He didn't even charge me more than the original quote, even though it was a much bigger job than expected. Very impressed with his integrity and quality of work! read more

This team did a great job on a full paint correction. I recently bought a car with heavy scratches, swirls and left side of my vehicle was completely dull looking. I was hesitant about a full paint correction because I didn't know if that dull look could be cured. But after a very informative conversation they assured me it would be fixed. So I dropped it off and let them do their magic and here to say this car came out better then I thought. No more scratches, swirls, and dull look. thanks guys read more

Victor is hands down the best Detailer in San Diego with reasonable prices. If there is a problem with your paint or interior he will do everything he can to repair the issue, unlike other Detailer's who are afraid to tackle tough problems. From a car wash to a full paint correction, Victor will make sure that the work is completed and finished in the correct manner. I have been using his services for about a year now and won't be stoping anytime soon! read more

My car looks amazing! This was my first time getting it detailed and I will be going here for all my future detailing needs!

I found Exclusive Auto Detailing on Facebook advertising an interior/exterior detail special for December. Victor got back to me right away to schedule an appt. I have a BMW X5 with white interior....and it was very dirty. I got a few before/after text pictures during the detail, I was surprised they could get it so clean. The location is very close to where I live and easy to find. I will be telling all my friends about Exclusive Auto Detailing, and this will be where I take my car from now on for washes and detailing! Thank you Victor and Alex for taking care of my baby and making her so pretty again! read more
