Decided to check them out. Bought the Exclusive Package (4hr job) and they did not honor the promotion of detailing the engine. The exterior and interior were detailed nicely but not the engine. I also had pointed out a stain in the trunk they said they could get out and later saw that my trunk wasn't even touched. But the areas they did touch, they did a clean job. Mind you, the Exclusive Package does not include polishing... it was basically just a nice wash down with some coating. Victor is your guy when it comes to detailing. My car had these scratches and swirls that wouldn't go away and he worked his magic. He did a paint correction and topped it off with a ceramic coating. All those swirls are now gone! Truly saved the paint of my car! Thanks Victor! read more

Victor and staff were very professional and really took care of my 2018 BMW 340i. It was the first time I have come here and they really gave a personal one on one touch to the car. Its hand washed and waxed (they have full detail packages) but I just opted for the exterior detail. They wiped down things inside including the windows at no extra cost. The facilty is in the back near some other collision repair businesses so it looked questionable at first. But an employee came to greet me and showed me where to go and where their facilty was. It doesn't look like a luxury car dealership but more of a family owned business which is how I felt after talking with Victor and saw his passion for what he does. Took about 1.5hrs. They have a couple chairs if you would like to wait there. You can see from the pics that their work Is excellent and they do a good job. Thanks guys! read more

Worst customer service !!! I first contacted this place and the guy seemed nice and very reassuring that he would be able to leave my car clean . I needed a very detailed clean with my seats shampooed .When I showed up he advised me that my seats were a little more dirty than expected so he said it would take too long for them to wash my seats . Instead he offered me the steam cleaning which I agreed on! I left my car there at 11am and did not pick it up until 530 when they called! When I picked up my car the guy that initially told me was going to clean my car was not there, so another guy came out and I paid him . While I was driving home I noticed that the dash board was left unclean !!! It was like they just took a wet rag and lightly just cleaned the top of it!! I paid for my car to get detailed !!!! Smh ! I called him , no answer!! So I texted him and sent him pictures of the mess I had found!!! He then texted me the next day apologizing and saying I can bring in my car sometime next week and he could do it over again !! Well after many calls and text he finally texted me and told me I could bring in the car in about a week ! Apologizing because he had been busy !! it took damn near a week before he actually gave me a day ! The night before I got called into work so I texted him asking him if I can bring in the car sometime during the weekend because I had to work last min !!! I have yet to get a reply !!! This was damn near a month ago !!! I'm a single mother of 2 that works a full time job and works hard for her money !!! I don't even care to go back to get my car detailed again !! Most unprofessional thing that has ever happened to me when using yelp!!! When someone does exceptional work, they really deserve a shoutout! As a mom of 4 kids, I had a seriously disgusting minivan that we wanted to get detailed because I have never cleaned it in 4 years. Shhh don't tell anyone. LOL. BUT Victor and two other guys came to our house, which is a win right there, and spent 3 hours making our van look sale ready. They did an EXCELLENT job detailing our Vue. We moved from Ohio to San Diego and you can image how much crap is on your car after that drive. Two of my seats had stains. One from from a spilled soda and the other was from a leaky diaper. They managed to get both stains out. There were some mystery drops on one of my rear tail lights that were there since we bought the car. I had no luck removing them myself. He managed to remove that too. Victor went above and beyond in removing a wrap from my MINI Cooper. It was supposed to be a simple job, but we discovered that the old wrap was applied with adhesive. Total nightmare to remove! Victor rose to the challenge and did an amazing job removing the wrap. He didn't even charge me more than the original quote, even though it was a much bigger job than expected. This team did a great job on a full paint correction. I recently bought a car with heavy scratches, swirls and left side of my vehicle was completely dull looking. I was hesitant about a full paint correction because I didn't know if that dull look could be cured. But after a very informative conversation they assured me it would be fixed. I found Exclusive Auto Detailing on Facebook advertising an interior/exterior detail special for December. Victor got back to me right away to schedule an appt. I have a BMW X5 with white interior....and it was very dirty. I got a few before/after text pictures during the detail, I was surprised they could get it so clean.
