I needed a quick auto detail before a big move to Fort Worth because my Subi was in really bad shape. After a year of driving 3 grandchildren around, the interior was trashed... beyond help in my words. Wow... look at the magic Romeo's Auto Spa did right at my own home. Wonderful.... Hey, now I need to find a spa for myself.... I deserve it, just like my faithful Subi! read more

He took care of my car really well and he explained everything I had to know about the products he used and its benefits. He was also so accommodating and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my car. I will sure be coming back to try more of the services his shop offers! Thanks again, Romeo! read more

This place is the best! Romeo was super helpful going over the different detail packages he offers, and what's involved in each one. He helped me find the best one for me, even though it was not a higher priced one. More importantly, he was super friendly, helpful, and prompt in his communications. And most importantly, the car looks fantastic! I have had it detailed elsewhere for more money, and it did not look nearly as good as after Romeo hooked me up! Definitely check this place out! read more

My new auto detailer !!! Went above and beyond to bring my old Toyota FJ Cruiser's paint job back to life !!! Charged a very fair price, especially considering the amount of work needed. In addition to sealing the paint, they brought the old, faded black molding back to life (and the roof rack too). Car looks fantastic, and they even detailed the engine compartment as a bonus !!! They found a $5.00 bill on the floor under the seat, and put it in the cupholder for me. Thanks !!! read more

I highly recommend Romeo Auto Spa. I hired Romeo to detail my Mother-In-Laws 2004 Avalon that was really looking it's age. She was really close to buying a new car, but after Romeo and his team washed, clay bar, waxed, removed stains in the carpet this car is in Show Room condition. My I am now my Mother-In-Laws favorite and she feels like she's loves driving again. Brad P. read more

Ricardo (the owner) stands behind his quality work. He's very responsive and efficient. Also, just like others have mentioned, he sends you updates and pictures as your car is getting worked on. Now that's what I call service! My headlights and fogs needed to be restored and Ricardo did not hesitate to get them looking brand new again. Thank you! read more

Showed up for an appointment that I had booked via email, 30 minutes after the scheduled time the door was still locked with no answer and no one picked up the phone. Had to book a last minute appointment with another detailer. Still have not heard back via email. Either they are no longer operating or they do not have a reliable way to keep track of their appointments. read more

I had a lot of dirt build-up on my Tesla Model Y and he did a really good job at cleaning! He made both the interior and exterior look good as new. If I could give 0, I would. I verified the appointment days ago. I get to the shop location 15 minutes prior to my appointment time after driving 6 hours and the shop is still locked. I called multiple times and emailed with no response while waiting for 15 minutes after my appointment time. Never received any contact from the business throughout the day. I had to book with a different company. Very disappointing. read more

I highly recommend this auto detailing business. They did a terrific job of bringing my 20-year-old pick up trucks paint job back to beautiful shine! The rates are great, they sent pictures out as they were working on it, I couldn't ask for anything more. Try these guys out. You won't be disappointed read more

I just picked my car up today from detail, and I must say they did a SPECTACULAR above-and-beyond service! I was updated with pictures to show before and after cleanings which showed they were on it and there wasn't any time to lose. Romeo through in an Aqua sealant at no additional charge to keep it fresh for the next 6 months. My car was new again! Just as if I had bought it off the lot ! Every nook and cranny was cleaned and polished ! I am very pleased with their work and will definitely be coming back for future details and other services they may have . If you want genuine customer service and great work done then give them a try if you haven't already! You will not be disappointed! To say the least I will be recommending them to everyone and already have in the short couple hours of picking my beauty up. read more

I'm super picky about who I let work on my car and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with Romeo's work. He went above and beyond for me by letting me leave my car at his business while I went out of town and had it detailed. When I arrived home, he was willing to meet me any time for me to get my car back. In regards to the detail, it was perfection as you can see from the pictures. I literally won't go anywhere else now. Thanks Romeo! read more

Awesome Job!!! Would give 6 stars if I could! This is the only place that I have ever had any sort of car work done and pictures were being tested to me as the work was being done. Brought my car in for paint correction. Romeo and his team went above and beyond my expectations! He even hooked it up by throwing on some extra wax and cleaned the exhaust for me to make the car even more glossy and shiny without charging me a dime. I appreciate honest small business owners and Romeo hands down is an honest and detailed oriented guy. The location is kind of hard to find (behind all the other shops in the same center) so make sure you drive around and to the back where you'll see their van. Used to use Soapy Joe's to wash my car but that'll be changing soon. Will be sending everyone - friends, family, colleagues, strangers, enemies, etc. to Romeo and his team if they want a deep and quality wash/detail for their cars. If you care about your cars then you need to see Romeo ASAP! Thanks guys! read more

My Prius gets a lot of dog hair and dirt in and on it with all the adventures we do together. Romeo did a fantastic job detailing it, waxing it and putting on a paint sealer. It looks as good as when I bought it 7 years ago. He has great value for all the work he puts into making your car look well cared for. I also noticed he put a cup holder insert to make it easier to clean that area. Thank you Romeo for your incredible workmanship and also your great energy. I can tell you care about your customers and doing a great job. read more

It's been a looooong time since a found a reliable detailer, but it doesn't stop there. The attention to detail here is phenomenal. I am definitely a detailers worst nightmare because I notice everything, I have very high expectations and there are certain things that bug me. I can't stand window streaks, and don't just clean the front of the wheel, get behind the face of the wheel as well and lastly, clean the door jambs!!!! I didn't mention these few things but after my truck was done, I realized I didn't have to because they nailed it all! Recently they talked me into a ceramic coating, and I can't even believe how perfect the paint looks now. Not a single swirl mark, all the scuffs are gone. It looks better than it did when I bought it, not even kidding. It's unreal. It cleans up way easier now and doesn't seem to get as dirty either so that's pretty cool. These guys know how to please a customer, even the most picky of customers. I guarantee if they impressed me, they can impress absolutely anyone! Thanks for taking such great care of my truck guys! - kyle read more

I got a recommendation from my dad to use this guy. The first appointment I made was canceled due to a "soccer game". I rescheduled and showed up with no one there. When I texted, the guy said he was in the ER. I had rearranged my day and had a friend ready to give me a ride back to my house. I felt sorry for him that he had to be in the ER. I took another chance a few months later. Went to his website, booked an appointment, got a confirmation email. Showed up and no one was there again. I texted and he had the same excuse as before, that he was in the ER. I'm sorry if that's true, but I find it very hard to believe that I could randomly have shown up two times, in different months and both using the same excuse. I think it's very unprofessional and I advise not to go to this business! read more

Nothing beats a nice sunny day in San Diego like having the whip nice and clean on a Friday ready for the weekend. All the great reviews are true. I needed my car prepped for sale and found the place on Yelp. They were responsive, easy to work with, and just overall good people. Romeo, Moises, and the crew brought my humble old car from corn-chips-on-the-carpet to showroom-ready. Great folks, lovely to deal with, and they do solid work.
