Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. That level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, just a great experience, efficient, thoughtful, and really high quality work. Highly recommend!

Luckily, Dalí has an open spot the next day so I booked it right away. I was very pleased with the result! My car looked so new again just like when I first got it from the dealership! This was my first time ever getting a detail (lol my poor car...) and definitely won't be my last. My car had completed a cross country road trip the month before the team saw my car, and it was in rough shape. Gonna dig at my ex here, who the hell eats chips and licks their fingers, refuses a napkin and then puts their hands all over my steering wheel? Just one red flag of countless... Anyway, I feel so much better after Got Detail performed an exorcism on my car. I appreciate them so much. They were so kind, very thorough, and it was so convenient having them just pull up to my house. They took all day on my poor car because it was in really rough shape. They even got out all of the car and dog fur which is an impossible task. I should've taken before/after pictures, it was very drastic. They also wrapped inside of my engine to protect from rats!! Which I never knew about and was so sweet of them, I would've never known to ask and they just did it for me! They said you should do a detail every 6-12 months. It's not the cheapest so I'll probably do yearly. Totally worth the money though. This experience has made me a lot more vigilant of my car's condition, unfortunately I'm parked outside always and next to some gross pollen tree... so I'm gonna start going to the car wash more often. They gave me the tip to go to a touchless wash and ask for new rags. Really appreciate Got Detail and am very grateful for their tireless and spotless work!! Just as an anecdote, my battery died in the process of the detail (it was 5+ years old lol) so I went to AutoZone right after. The guys in AutoZone were agog at how nice my car looked, even the engine. They were asking me who did the detail and said it was flawless work. They noticed without me even mentioning, and these guys look at cars all day every day. So you know they know!

I was able to track his location on the way to me, so I knew exactly when he would be at my house. I was able to pay and add a tip using the same system, which made it so easy. My car looks so nice! I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service.
