Second time using them for paint correction amazing work every time on time car looks like new noting ever happened

This review is way overdue! Got Detail made my car the cleanest it's ever been & I appreciate them so much! This was my first time ever getting a detail (lol my poor car...) and definitely won't be my last. My car had completed a cross country road trip the month before the team saw my car, and it was in rough shape. Gonna dig at my ex here, who the hell eats chips and licks their fingers, refuses a napkin and then puts their hands all over my steering wheel? Just one red flag of countless... Anyway, I feel so much better after Got Detail performed an exorcism on my car. I appreciate them so much. They were so kind, very thorough, and it was so convenient having them just pull up to my house. They took all day on my poor car because it was in really rough shape. They even got out all of the car and dog fur which is an impossible task. I should've taken before/after pictures, it was very drastic. They also wrapped inside of my engine to protect from rats!! Which I never knew about and was so sweet of them, I would've never known to ask and they just did it for me! They said you should do a detail every 6-12 months. It's not the cheapest so I'll probably do yearly. Totally worth the money though. This experience has made me a lot more vigilant of my car's condition, unfortunately I'm parked outside always and next to some gross pollen tree... so I'm gonna start going to the car wash more often. They gave me the tip to go to a touchless wash and ask for new rags. Really appreciate Got Detail and am very grateful for their tireless and spotless work!! Just as an anecdote, my battery died in the process of the detail (it was 5+ years old lol) so I went to AutoZone right after. The guys in AutoZone were agog at how nice my car looked, even the engine. They were asking me who did the detail and said it was flawless work. They noticed without me even mentioning, and these guys look at cars all day every day. So you know they know! read more

Both Royer and Elliott were super nice and easy to communicate with. My schedule was a little tight that day, and they offered to meet me earlier than we had originally planned to make it work. My car had been sitting for about eight weeks while I was away. Before I left, there were already a few stains on the seats, so by the time I came back they had been sitting there for months. There was also a ton of tree sap baked onto the exterior from where I had parked it. This is a person who sees all types of vehicles on a regular basis (particularly new vehicles from recent customers) and was fooled into thinking my vehicle was recently sold off the lot! Yes the work from Got Detail was spectacular! The level of effort was exceptional and the results spoke for themselves. From the initial consultation (via phone) in which Elliott sought to clearly understand the need and then provide the reassurance about how the work would meet the need (plus the overall vibe in talking with him), to the care exhibited when performing the work (during an above average week of heat), I was completely satisfied with the service. I'm fairly confident I got my money's worth from the work performed by Got Detail. I can say that this was my first ever detail for a vehicle in my possession. It's not something I would conventionally do, but if the need arises again in the future, for certain, I know who I will call. Elliot and his dad are absolute rockstars!! I had two giant green juices spill on my passenger floor, which left a terrible rotting, lingering smell in my car for two weeks after another car wash detailing service made it worse with chemicals. They came within 24 hours of my call and worked on my car for 3 hours, extracting every inch of my carpets. They went through the process a total of 9 times until every single juice fiber was gone from my floor, then they chlorine-bombed my car for 16+ hours to fully eliminate the smell which I didn't even know was thing you could do. I would 10/10 recommend them--they pay attention to every detail and treat their customers like family, following up to ask how everything turned out after the job was complete. Royer and Elliot did a fantastic job making my 5-year-old Civic and my boyfriend's MX-5 shinier than they've ever been! They were able to get the dried tree sap on the hood and the sunscreen stain on the seats off like nothing was there before. These guys are a master of their craft. They take pride in their work, don't miss a single thing and are true professionals. This is the 2nd time we have used them on my 2021 Hyundai Palisade (in 2022 and now in 2023). The 1st time I had HORRIBLE hard water stains on the side of my car and they painstakingly took the time and buffed them all out. This time I had a scratch on my hood (from a Seagull turd that had sand or something in it. I tried to scrub it off after a car wash). I keep my car pretty clean (or what I thought was clean lol) with the unlimited wash package from my local car wash. But with doing Dog Rescue, hair is just going to be there. After Got Detail, I wasn't expecting every single hair to be gone and now questioning my ability to clean my own car :) Definitely get your monies worth with them.
