Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. That level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, just a great experience, efficient, thoughtful, and really high quality work. Highly recommend!

I was able to track his location on the way to me, so I knew exactly when he would be at my house. I was able to pay and add a tip using the same system, which made it so easy. My car looks so nice! I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service. Staff was friendly, knew their stuff, and actually took their time with it instead of rushing. The screens in my car are kind of awkward, so I didn't want to mess it up myself, but they made it look PERFECT! No bubbles, no missed spots, just clean. For a small fee, totally worth it. We chose them because of their great reviews, competitive pricing, and their positive attitude when we first called them. They educated us on everything we needed to know related to tint, wrap, and ceramic coating and gave us some options that weren't even on our radar. No high pressure sales tactics, just knowledge presented in a confident manner letting us make the choices on what we wanted. We went with a vinyl wrap, tinted the windshield and front windows, then topped it off with a 3 year ceramic coating. These folks are expert wrap installers and clearly take pride in their work. They turned our truck back over to us looking like brand new. Cleaner than when we picked it up from Tesla a week ago, and they got it done quickly!! Communicating with them and booking was super easy through the yelp app. They got there within the…read moretwo hour window they gave me and the whole thing took about an hour. I took off a star because what I got was an excellent surface level cleaning of the inside of my car, but I would not consider it a full car detailing. They shampoo'd the seats and cleaned up everything very nicely but I've still been discovering pretty significant spots and splatters that they did not get. They also forgot to vacuum the backside of my third row seats. I have two young children so we have lots of food crumbs and random food spots pretty much everywhere inside the car. Some things require a little bit more scrubbing than others but I would've expected them to get those off because they were blatantly visible. For $125, I appreciate the level of vacuuming and wiping they did--I certainly would not want to take the time so do it myself. But I thought I was getting a full level inside detailing for that price...I guess you get what you pay for.
