AMAZING SERVICES FROM CHEYENNE AND JOn! Absolutely amazing folks super sweet! I have had my car detailed a couple of times and so does my best friend from them... They normally arrive right on time if not earlier and they are ready to go! They have all the special car sauces too make the car look spick and span! Had some hard stains (holiday ham glaze) that was gooed into my floor mats and Jon got it out. Cheyenne worked on my leather and they steemed my steering wheel...which was disgusting so they did amazing on that alone too. They got the dark sodas out the seats... I am so glad I have found them. I know it's cliche on here to say if I could give less then 1 star I would but as the cheater president elect would say, "come on man!" This "detail" was a half done job at best. The detailers showed up in just a Tesla to a job in East County where the package that was chosen was the neglect package. Being you're out of Lakeside you would think you would understand what a filthy East County SUV should be like. My first of many issues is why do you not have a heated power washer to remove loose dirt and stuck on bugs? I'm not sure you even used any water or performed the stated "foam cannon wash". The ground was dry and the temperature never got out of the 40's. Wasn't quite sure what the foam cannon wash was so I watched a video. It requires water. The hose from the house wasn't even down the driveway. There was a lot of dirt left on and around the vehicle. Around the rear lic. plate was still dirty, running boards unconditioned, bugs still on the mirrors, a dead wasp in the window jam, unpolished chrome, unconditioned plastics/rubber, and on and on and on. See some photos. The interior was another thing. The amount of Armor All was insane. You don't Armor All leather seats. You use a leather conditioner. To say some very simple of stains like sweet and sour sauce could not come up and to just replace the carpet is not only bad customer service but straight up lazy. A little elbow grease and a steamer does the trick. I know...... I've done it. Some dirt stains on the back that didn't even look touched were said would not come out. Also just missing simple dirty spots on the plastics that come off with warm water is just insane. To finish off the cleaning I asked for the engine bay cleaning. How do you clean 7-8 year old SUV engine bay without a pressure washer/steamer. I don't know and it definitely looked like you just wiped it down with ....... you guessed it.... Armor All. Your customer service wasn't much better. To point out in a condescending matter that my almost decade old leather is cracking, tell me the oxidation can only be fixed at a paint shop, and say, "a painter is only as good as his canvas" is bad customer service. A high speed buffer, compound and a clay bar work wonders. We have done the interior our selves before and did a much better job then these "pro's". We apologize if you were cold in the winter at 4000' of elevation but if your going to run a business you need to know your limitations and decline work if you can't do your best. We suggest to watch a few YouTube videos to get some tips and see what tools you should buy. Then get a proper set up on a trailer and get a cheap truck instead of the Tesla. Above all of this...... practice your craft. Good luck and I hope you get better. The detail business is competitive and with work like this you're gonna be in the unemployment line soon. They seem to be nice enough, but he is clearly unethical. My husband was in construction and used to tell me that people make mistakes, but it's how they address them that defines whether they are a good upstanding and ethical people. I tried this company based on the reviews from last year. I had high hopes. I have a small 2-seater that is in great shape, just needed detailing and the headlight lenses cleared up so I can sell it. First, they were late. Not a good way to start. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 9:30. Texted at 9:20 that they'd arrive at 9:55. They arrived at 10:30. I will say they are self-contained and that is nice. They worked for 1 hour and texted me they were finished. I was inside working. Jon had the driver's side door open for me to look inside. I saw the carpet was cleaned and the dash board appeared cleaned. He pointed out that he used leather cleaner on the seats and noted the wearing I had on the side. Yep, I know that. He then opened the trunk and pointed out that he cleaned it out. They evidently couldn't get the back window cleaned; not sure why. They said it fogged up when they tried. So, I had a smeared back window, but said I'd handle it. I opened the passenger side door and saw that rug was cleaned and seat appeared cleaned. He did hand me a piece of plastic trim that goes on my car inside somewhere. I still have to find out where that came off. He then made a point of asking me to feel the car where the clay bar made it smooth. He noted the road dirt/rock dings in the front on the lower panel that obviously won't come out with a clay bar. Yep, I know that. The headlights turned out great! Everything seemed fine. Then, he just talked and talked and talked about his mini farm. At the time, I just thought he was very friendly. I paid them $200 and then tipped $20. I customarily tip on services even though I wasn't thrilled with the price. But the job got done and it's my fault for not asking the price and how they charge. They apparently charge by the hour, $100 a piece; and not completion of the job. Now, I know why he talked so much about his mini farm; I was being distracted. They had already packed up, though there wasn't much to do, so left quickly after getting paid. So, the problem arose when I got in my car to move it back into my garage where it stays unless I'm driving it. I took a picture of the plastic/vinyl above the window and below the headliner (attached) that had a big cloudy smear across the top over the driver's side. I immediately sent him the picture (not 5 minutes after they left) and asked what product they used and what I should use to clean it up. He responded 2 hours later and began lying. He said "There was something white splattered on there. I wiped it but it looks like it smeared it." I drove the car two days before and there was no white splatter. It would have been very obvious as I drove with the top down and you can't unhook the top without seeing that area. Why didn't he text me or knock for me to come see it while he was here? Why didn't he point it out during the brief walkthrough when he was pointed out other things? Well, because he didn't want me to notice it. I followed his directions in the text to use a soft towel with water to buff it off. It did not work. I asked if he'd be back to fix it. No, he would not. Their guarantee is "100% clean or our deepest apologies". Really? What kind of a guarantee is that? It isn't one. Clean is one thing; but how about doing harm? In add'l texts, he then said his wife pointed out to him that she tried to clean that section and it smeared and didn't come clean. So, he knew about it the whole time and simply hid it. There were add'l text exchanges and at this point I'm furious and feel stupid for being duped. I told him I would find someone to fix his mess and be seeking reimbursement. He then tried to fall back on the brief walkthrough and that I didn't say anything about the smear. Really? I opened the doors and glanced in; that's it. So, if the customer doesn't find it right then, it didn't happen? Ridiculous! He then said they took before and after pictures and videos. I asked him to send me them. He didn't. No surprise here. He knows they screwed it up and won't admit it. Stay away! It is not worth risking your car. read more

Short story- Jon and Cheyanne came to us, showed up on time, and did an amazing job detailing our tundra. Long story- our 12 year old truck needed some LOVE! It's seen far too many river and lake trips without us cleaning up afterwards ( oops, sorry). We also have a shedding dog and a baby. Needless to say, there was some built up crud on every surface. With mobile detailers you always run the risk of a rush job (no pun intended) so that they can move to the next vehicle. They text me the day before to ask if my appointment was still good. I had to leave an hour and a half after they would be starting and they said they would rather reschedule. This is the first sign of a small business wanting to provide service and quality over quantity and quickness. I was able to move my schedule around and keep the appointment and to say I couldn't be happier is an understatement. They have a company car which I have NEVER seen before with their own water and supplies to include a generator should the house not have a proximal outlet (ours did). This is great for those of you living in a complex or somewhere a large utility vehicle would normally be a traffic issue. I need to first say that I am ashamed at the fact that it had been close to a year since I had my vehicle washed. My wheels had a devilish grime that not even a power washer would remove. So when you see the picture you should pretend that the before made them basically black and not just from a normal amount of brake dust. My plastic was almost devoid of its original color and had taken on that white gray sort of black appearance. They worked all that out and got it looking great.
