I wanted an interior clean including shampooing of carpets, upholstery, etc., odor removal (dog and cigarettes), headlight polishing, exterior clean. He went above and beyond to nail down an appointment that was convenient for me, suggested and handled an interior cabin filter, the headlights look great (he did more than polishing and not quite a full restoration due to condition of headlights), and just overall a positive experience.
