Good shop, better people. Was unsure how to proceed with my insurance repair on my car and they bent over backwards making sure I was comfortable going forward and with my options. They were very transparent and I will definitely go back if the need ever arises. 10/10 read more

A few weeks ago, I was rear-ended and my insurance recommended Fix Auto Santee. I received the estimate and promptly turned in my car. The entire process was incredibly easy and quick! I primarily communicated with Ed G., who was both professional and friendly. Surprisingly, my car was completed much earlier than anticipated and looks fantastic! I'm definitely going back to Fix Auto Santee for any future cosmetic repairs. Thank you so much! read more

Ed is wonderful! I was in a minor fender bender which resulted in a big dent and scratches on my car. The sun helped the dent to pop out, but the scratches remained. I filed a claim with my insurance company and came Fix Auto for an estimate of repairing my car. Ed talked me through the pros and cons of whether or not to pursue the auto work, and I really appreciated his insight and honesty. Ed even helped get the scratches off my car with rubbing compound for no fee. I feel so grateful I chose Fix Auto Santee to assess my car after my collision! read more

This is one of those "I hope you never need this" reviews lol. Sadly, got into a fender bender. Nobody hurt thankfully but the car needed some work. Insurance listed Fix Auto Santee as one of their partner vendors and Yelp reviews looked good. Overall our experience with Fix Auto Santee was a positive one. Our service representative, Ed, was a pleasant person. He took the time to patiently answer our questions. I'm sure he sees a lot people having to begrudgingly use his services so his welcoming personality helps ease the pain. He took the time to personally address minor scuffs and scratches that were not part of the accident just as part of their service, no additional charge. That was a plus. Ed kept us updated almost daily which I really liked. I hope you never need to get work done but if you do I recommend Fix Auto Santee. read more

I had the best experience with FIX AUTO. They were super friendly, organized and completely committed to providing the best collision service. I liked getting text updates about the progress of the repair. Ed was amazing! The end result exceeded my expectations. The shop did an amazing job on my Tesla! Thank you so much! read more

Great experience with Fix Auto! They handled my car repair after a hit-and-run incident. I just picked up my car today--excellent work! I was kept informed throughout the process via email updates, which I really appreciated. The repair was done professionally, and my car looks great. Special thanks to Ed Gorman--he was awesome to work with. He even offered to handle the return of my rental car, which made things so much easier. Highly recommend this place for their quality service and great customer care! read more

Fix Auto has been my go-to for years! Even when they were at the Cuyamaca location. These seem to be independently owned, so my review is for the Santee location only. I'm always treated with respect and their work is A+. They go above and beyond with text updates and my car smelled and looked fresh~detailed~amazing when I picked it up. Manny at the Santee location was great to work with. My car was ready a day earlier than they estimated. I'm happy. By the way, Fix Auto Santee was less expensive than the BMW recommended vendor, who checked all my boxes as well and very professional. Thank you, Fix Auto! read more

I had my Tesla in the shop for about 3weeks. I believe the guy I spoke too was Ed. Ed was VERY helpful and attentive. He knew I really needed my car asap and did everything possible to get it repaired before the estimated date to be completed. He continued to call me and give me status. We got our car today and let me say it looks like a NEW car! I definitely recommend this place. Thank you! read more

I would like to thank you folks at Fix Auto for fixing my Ford Taurus. Ed, you were open and honest with me from the very beginning and I really appreciate that!!!! The technician Manuel H was in constant communication with me and I appreciate this SO MUCH. Thank you all for repairing my car in a timely manner. I appreciate you ALL I hope no one is ever involved in an accident BUT if you are, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this auto shop for repairs. You will be treated with the courtesy and respect and your car will be repaired correctly. Ed is open and honest and you don't find that with business owners these days!!! read more

I used their site and scheduled a quote to get my Tesla tail light fixed after a minor collision. I had gotten quotes for the light plus a very small (presumably cosmetic only) dent and they were near $3K, so I specified I only wanted the light fixed. They called me to confirm what I was asking for and advised me to just go through Tesla which would be faster, and I'm so grateful to them for their honesty. They could have taken advantage and not mentioned this option. This really made my day and I'm writing this not only to show my appreciation, but put them on my radar for when I REALLY need collision repair. =) read more

This is an overdue review - this was my second time taking my car to Fix Auto Santee and had a great experience both times! Ed Gorman is great - he is super friendly and was always so quick to explain the process, what the damages were on the car, etc. He kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle repair every step of the way. Really appreciate the great customer service and work they did on my car. Thank you! read more

FIX AUTO SANTEE - One word, "EXCEPTIONAL". I don't write many reviews, but the team at Fix Auto Santee are a group worth writing about. Manny and Ed, went above and beyond helping me getting my car repaired. The experience was simple and pain free. I have worked with many shops over the years and I would tell anyone that needed their car repaired after an accident should CALL FIX AUTO SANTEE. The Fix Auto team took great care of my car, but also made the interactions between insurance and third party vendors easy breezy. In looking at Google it's easy to see why they've received so many great reviews. read more

Ed, Manny and Alex at Fix Auto Santee took such great care of my car. The communication was continual, with updates regarding the status of the repair and delivery of parts from Germany. They did an amazing job getting my Audi back looking great. I would highly recommend using Fix due to their integrity, communication and professionalism. We went through USAA who said this was one of the Tesla repair shops. Once we contacted them, Ed requested we send pics by email to him. He was able to give us a rough estimate and we brought our vehicle in. They quickly repaired it in less than their estimated time knowing I had rental car I was paying on my own. I am so pleased with the repair and all the interactions I had with Ed! Thanks for such excellent support and service. read more

These are legit! Hands down the best repair experience I have ever had. Sometimes it can be hard to find reputable people who communicate clearly about your job, but this PLACE is totally above the crowd. Bring your car here if you want to see your car repaired right, and also know what's going on the whole time! read more

I was rear ended on a local freeway. The rear and quarterpanels of my 2017 Rogue were trashed. Ed and the gang at Fix Auto Santee did an incredible job. It looks brand new, like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. In addition to the great work I received updates a couple times per week letting me know where they were. Highly recommend Fix Auto Santee!!!! read more

Fix Auto Santee - Repaired by Fix Auto Santee. Just like new!! - Body Shops Near Me - Santee, California

Fix Auto Santee is by far the best repair/ body shop around. This is my second time using them and both times have been amazing. The work is first class and when Ed tells you it will be ready it will be ready. They stick to their word. Ed is absolutely the best. He kept me informed about my car and even saved me some money when I went to pick it up. These guys are the best... 10 stars if i could!!! read more

Took my truck in for warranty work, loser receptionist dude at the front desk tried telling me a mess of lies like cuz they moved, computer down, owner not there and so on to avoid the work. Owner messaged me several days later and got nowhere. Don't go here if you appreciate your vehicle and need work done to repair damage. They supposedly offer lifetime on paint, but that just means until they switch owners. FOH with that. Then want me to send in paperwork and all sorts of bs to get work done, nah, GFY! I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

This people are amazing Many was so helpful every thing was so smooth no hassle at all. This what a customer service should be. every single business should learn from this guys. If I could give more stars I would! Fix Auto Santee and their employees are THE BEST! The photos speak for themselves. Their customer service is top Tier. I was updated twice a week on the condition of my vehicle. When there was a issue with the manufacture (fix auto was not at fault), Ed was able to make sure I was appropriately taken care of! And to top it all off my car was detailed interior and out! I hate to admit that my car was very dirty (it's a off road vehicle). I swear, I had to check to see if they replaced my car cause that's how good the repair and the interior cleaning was. Overall a great experience with fix auto Santee and I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a repair. read more

My brother who is a mechanic looked at my SUV more closely and immediately spotted some flaws, especially in the quality of the paint job. The major mistake resulted in my car being towed back to the dealer (4 days after I picked it up) because my back rear tire was loose! So I was actually given an unsafe car with a loose wheel that was causing more damage to interior parts. Three lug nuts were not entirely screwed on, and the other two were both cross-threaded and also loose. At the dealership, their mechanics reaffirmed that this could have resulted in an accident or at least much greater damage if I had continued to drive my car. I had my car packed, and was on my way out for a weekend camping trip and was SO thankful my brother caught this when he did, because I could have been stuck out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and a broken car. Anyways, it's another $1k in repairs. read more

I took in my vehicle for a bumper, driver side panel, and headlight repairs, they did a good job on the paint job except that when I went to pick it up I saw that the paint on the hood had been damaged. I went inside and told them about it which they were understanding except for one of the workers made a comment basically saying that I'm making a big deal about it. I also noticed that they did not use the same headlights which I would have been okay with except that they did not let me know they were planning on using a different headlight it's not a big deal to me but definitely would have liked some communication. I would highly recommend that you guys check out your vehicle for any damages or incorrect parts before you leave the parking lot. read more

I took my car in because I had hit something in the road and not only did they keep me updated with the progress. It was done earlier than expected and my car looked beautiful! This is the place you want to go if you want your paint job to come out clean. I had my rims painted by another place only to get disappointed. They didn't want to make right by me and even charge me for the color I didn't want. Took it to Alex and his crew and the did an outstanding job. Show quality. If you get into a fender bender or if you cherish your vehicle and want your paint to look new again, just take it to them. They treat their clients like family. And that's the best way to do business. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. This was my first time having to get my car repaired to fix a broken mirror and dent from a few unfortunate mishaps. The finished product makes my car look brand new. Their pricing was very competitive and they work with most insurance companies. read more

TEN STARS! Fix Auto Santee did an amazing job at making my expedition look brand new again! From drop off to pick up they made the whole experience easy and painless. I was kept up to date with texts throughout the repair process and even with waiting on parts, the work was still completed in a timely manner. They actually stayed after hours so I could pick up my car when I got off work, despite the shop being closed already for the day. Who does that?! I was able to drop my rental car with them and they returned it to enterprise for me. So smooth! The office was clean, the staff were polite and professional. Oh also, my car was sparkling clean when I got it back :) :) YAY! Best experience with a body shop EVER. Thanks again guys!! read more

We had a wonderful experience here. My daughter was rear-ended and we got several quotes for repairs but Fix Auto in Santee was the best price! Not only were they affordable and easy to work with, but they went above and beyond our expectations. They did such a great job that a couple months later when my mother-in-law had a minor accident, we recommended she go to Fix Auto. She had already gotten a couple of other quotes...one auto body shop told her she needed her door replaced and another gave her an outrageous quote. We took her car here and they were able to fix the dent in her door with minimal cost and it turned out beautiful! She was very pleased (and she's hard to please). Once again, we were very impressed with the staff (especially Manny), and the outcome. Would highly recommend and take our vehicles here again and again! read more

I used this shop after a recent car accident and it was the best experience I've ever had with a car shop! Fix Auto sent a tow truck to pick up my car right away, they were communicative every step of the way, and gave an accurate timeline of when the car would be ready. When I went to pick up the car they were friendly, answered all of my questions and most importantly, the car looked great! Absolutely no issues! This shop really goes above and beyond! read more

Whenever I need auto assistance, I have used Alex Doria's recommendations. He has a unique knowledge of the industry. "Teslas don't go to Mercedes specialists." i'm pretty smart, but when he said this, i thought, how silly of me. Why would I send my vehicle to a place simply because my biased insurance company told me to? Alex is truly a master of his craft and is honest in the location your vehicle should be going to for repairs. Since then, I have met his partners. I'm happy to know there is an auto body shop I can trust. read more
