Absolutely fabulous! We came in around 10pm with 6 people for my friend's birthday and they sat us without a problem. The staff was super kind and knowledgeable (we asked so many questions) and you can tell the owners put so much love and heart into the place. The music was perfection and we were vibing all through dinner. We even got to peek into their garden space, which was closed already and they told us how each plant had a name. The open kitchen was great and Chef was checking in on us as well through the meal. Being from the midwest, it really did embody... Home. They even put a candle in my friend's burrito! Massive portions of tasty stuff. We shared the guacamole and the gooey queso dish. Super big chips are crispy and tasty. I sampled the Killer Mac, which uses cavatappi noodles, which holds the nummy sauce. I got the Christmas (green and red) sauce was blended so, I couldn't tell the difference in tastes. Nice spice, but not too rough. Not a ton of meat in this dish, too. Others had the Chicken Enchiladas, which were huge, too. I had the Warthog margarita which had a nice flavor, not too spicy. We visited friends in Brooklyn for the weekend and they ordered breakfast burritos from Santa Fe BK on the morning we arrived. Best breakfast burrito I have ever had. The eggs were fluffy and still a little wet, the hash browns had the perfect crunch, the tortilla was perfectly soft, but it was the green chilis that added the best flavor and made this burrito so freaking good! We ended up ordering a second time during our short weekend visit because I loved them so much, and now I'll dream about these from across the country. read more

Food was great, had the green chile burger, which is a double decker smash burger (prepare for mess), and the green chile mac and cheese...which is probably the best Mac and Cheese I've ever had...though to be fair, I love green chile and would prob eat an old dog turd smothered in it. That said, both were very good. My gf got the enchiladas...good, but wish for more chile to break up the flavors, very cheesy (not a judgement, just an observation). Counter - Quick, easy, tasty. These burritos are big and filling, so splitting one wouldn't be a bad idea. Sausage is a little spicer, bacon more salty and maybe a bit more balanced, flavor-wise. The burrito came apart and was a little soggy, but the flavor was amazing. The texture of cheese, potato, bacon, cheese, and salsa was a good combination. I thought it could have used some more spice and salsa, and maybe even a little sour cream. It was definitely a lot of scrambled egg in there too, which made it hard for me to finish. Wow- as New Mexico natives, we are always searching for authentic New Mexican cuisine in other states. Until now, it seemed a hopeless task, always disappointing. Now, the search is over at least in New York City. The food is spot on target, the owners John and Melissa spent years putting it together, and they nailed it. Had a sausage burrito passing by on a freezing day. Was enticed to slow down and observe the new restaurant after i noticed dried red chilies hanging outside. Peering inside offered a glimpse of a very cozy and warm aesthetic. I found myself walking up a few steps in hopes of some type of radiation of warmth. Was greeted warmly by the owners and decided on a burrito and drip coffee. I kept the burrito close to my heart in my jacket pocket as we kept each other warm until I got home. I almost didnt want to eat my new buddy i thought to myself. I sipped the coffee and to my grumpy surprise it wasnt just coffee. It was tasty too go figure. Im not much of a coffee drinker but I had enough sense to know it has a distinct toasty flavor that made me think of coffee beans and how they're processed and grown. This is the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. A fully substantial meal worth every penny of the $9 price. The thing is probably four or five times as big as a McDonald's breakfast burrito, and executed to perfection. The eggs were soft and fluffy, the protein was plentiful, and there was just the right amount of acid and heat. I came here on a Tuesday night with a friend who had been asking me to come here for weeks. Now, I get the hype! We started off with the guacamole and salsa trio. Both apps were yum! Everything is made in house, including the chips which my friend raved about. We both ordered a taco salad with pork adovada. I'm a bit of a difficult customer as I am gluten and lactose free. However, the waiter was very accommodating. The portions were large and the food was delicious! I especially enjoyed the lime cumin vinaigrette, which was substituted for the green chile ranch. The food and vibe of the place reminded me of my trip to New Mexico so it was a nostalgic visit for me. Our dessert was the traditional New Mexican dough with honey & my friend loved it. SUPER delicious breakfast burritos! Came here on whim yesterday because I was craving a breakfast burrito and it was so good I can back again today! The tortillas are, I think, what sets these burritos apart from others. Super fresh and clearly homemade- light, fluffy, and more flavorful than you'd imagine a flour tortilla could be. The contents of the burrito are also perfectly balanced- a little spicy, a little crispy, just great. Definitely will be back to try the chili soon. I like this place! I walked past it once and saw something about breakfast burritos, so I knew I had to come back and try. I haven't sat down in the restaurant, only gotten a breakfast burrito to go. They are premade and you can choose from bacon, sausage or potato. I got the bacon one and a small iced coffee, totaling $17. The burrito was tasty and I will definitely be coming back because it was a very quick breakfast option that was pretty good! I'm only giving 3 stars because the burrito was kind of a mess and fell apart as I was holding it (I don't think it was wrapped as tight as it should be) and slightly expensive for what you're getting. I felt like I was at a friend's house. Kind..., definitely defines our waitress. The owners were actively involved and welcoming. Been wanting to check this place out for a while. I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage. The house blend sausage was very mildly spiced. I expected it to be spicier TBH. This is a perfectly serviceable breakfast burrito. Tasty but a little soggy as they're kept in a warmer and not made to order. (Reminiscent of how King David's keeps their breakfast tacos warm). It's fine but it doesn't hold a candle to Ursula's. Will have to come back to dinner and try out the rest of the menu. read more

I came here just to try out the breakfast burritos since everyone has been raving about them. I planned to show my out-of-town parents a good casual breakfast, but sadly, I was underwhelmed as the burritos are pretty mid. They were expensive ($11) for the amount and quality of food. The burritos were extremely salty and not even flavorful enough to justify the extra sodium. I understand the area is premium, but it feels like highway robbery when bigger and better burritos from say, Jessi's Coffee can be had a few train stops away and for close to half ($6) the price! read more
