Amazing experience, my party of four walked in without reservations and was a little to be seated immediately. We sat indoors, which was quite nice. We enjoyed seeing the wine barrels. We ordered the tasting menu, which came with five tastings for $20. Our server, Jordan, helped explain the wines and even helped us understand some of the notes and flavors in each of the wines. We especially loved the whites; the Sancha was a hit, a little acidic at the end, but it was very drinkable. We loved it so much that we took two bottles home with us. Jordan also served us some rose that was open when he heard we were Rose fans, which was very delicious as well. Out of the reds, we enjoyed the 2012 en gedi, which wasn't too dry and had a pleasant aftertaste. All the staff is very professional and definitely can share more about the product, grapes, labeling, and wine making process. We found this experience to be both educational and delicious. Would highly recommend this spot for some diverse and great tasting wines, especially if whites are your go-to!

We wanted a glass of wine in Tin City, and this place offered it. Unfortunately, there was t much seating here, and the staff weren't very attentive after you ordered a glass--which was odd since it was just the two of us and another couple. I was a bit disappointed by that--along with the offerings of wine... now, I am in no way a wine connoisseur...I just know what I like and what I don't...I can't taste the notes of cherry or oak or anything like that...so take my review for what it is....I gave it 3* for the three different wines I tasted...and for the service... Their current wine club offer (7/10/22): * 2 six bottle allocations p/year * 20% off all wine and merchandise * access to club exclusive wines * invites to wine club parties

Came on a Fri afternoon with party of 6 but I was the only one wine tasting. The rest of my party was enjoying the hard cider place which we were told have the same owner. Their patio tables are shared. Only $20 so thought I'd try. I went inside to start & was told they would find me on the patio for the rest of my tastings. That didn't happen as I had to go inside for all my other tastes. 2 people working with a party of 6 inside & party of 6 outside. I did see them serving the larger party outside so sadly a single person wasn't their priority. My tasting pours were so small! The spout kept stopping after a second & she kept having to tip it back & forth even to get a small pour. I didn't care for the wines as well.

Over the bridge and wine tasting we go! This place with covid didn't have the inside open, only to use the restrooms if needed, but they did have a nice outside seating area with barrels turned into tables and stools to help you get started with your tasting. We had a very nice man help us and explain the wines, serve us, leave us alone to taste and didn't hover. We had plenty of people watching to do and we just had a blast. He was very funny too, he came from around our area, so we reminisced about our town and it was a great time. They had more reds than whites, and they were very flavorful, not too heavy, or dry, they had a lovely syrah, it was just a fun time!

    So much deliciousness

This is one of my favorite wineries in paso robles, It's located right in tin city and has great selections of grape based sustenance. Their groundwork rose is delightful, and" the offering " is a must have full of bursting flavors! I highly recommend stopping by for a tasting and picking up a case or two for the collection! The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly and you might even get to meet the winemakers!

Went to their new location which was really convenient since we were going to other wineries near there. It's still a big location. Plenty of seating and they still offer food which we were happy about. Our server was super sweet and knowledgeable which I always appreciate when it comes to wine. We started a tasting and then just tried whatever she gave us which we weren't complaining. Haha. All the wine she was giving us was really good. I was really impressed by their food. I wanted more of everything. We got their bruschetta al Fresco, hummus, monte Bianca pizza, and one other pizza. I fell in love with their bruschetta. We got there right as there kitchen closed which was a bummer because I wanted more. Overall, I still enjoy their wine. Their location is really nice. Food is delicious. I booked it online and then reserved online in their website. No phone call was needed. We reserved noon on Saturday and after all of our party arrived we went upstairs to our lovely comfy leather sofas to settle in for the duration. We were given 4 pizzas of our choice and 4 salads and served buffet style so everyone could load their plate. We also added 3 orders of yummy meatballs. I cut them in half for serving. Artichoke hearts appetizer, charcuterie board and more. They provided juice boxes for the little boys in our party. The food was more than enough for Lunch. We could have fed more people and we took home a lot of pizza. The Italian sausage pizza was very good but we had the hot honey on the side as none of the group was interested in it. The wine was good, as usual. I had only whites. The rest of the group had the standard white then red tasting. The sparkling rose is also very good and upstairs you have dedicated bottle server. Service was excellent. They had live music downstairs and a market event going with vendors selling goods for the holiday season. I love this venue and will return soon. Improvement needed. Buy some large paper plates for the buffet lunch. It's a shared food event. All we had was tiny appetizer plates. We asked for larger but they had none. ** edit. Update. The manager replied and has ordered larger plates so I'm happy to hear this. We are already talking about coming back again. Dec 18, 2025 The Cesar salad had nice shaved cheese but no salad dressing.

We are the type of members who always take great care of the staff and rarely leave without purchasing extra bottles, yet today we were treated like an inconvenience. Despite being told in the past that spontaneous visits were no problem for members, we were turned away on a gloomy Monday with plenty of open tables. The host at the entrance was incredibly dismissive and wouldn't even let us finish our sentence before cutting us off. We were told our only options were to come back in an hour, a "limited" tasting, drive all the way downtown, or just pick up our shipment and leave. We asked for the Wine Club Manager to resolve the situation, but she wasn't on-site. To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw. It feels as though they now prioritize "closing" new members over honoring the people who have supported them for years. They've gone mainstream and lost the personal touch that made them special.

We compared stories and wineries, etc. Lastly, she gave us a tour of the facility as the production just ended. This was unexpected and really appreciated. Price - $18 + generous tip. It was great learning about the wines, and the area of France that they are inspired by. The wines here are a little different than most you see in Paso, they have a lot of white wine and do a decent amount of skin contact on some of them. Some of the wines reminded me of natural wine, which I'm not the biggest fan of, but I know a lot of people who love them. I ended up leaving with a bottle of their 100% Pinot Blanc, a little sweeter than something I would usually go for, but I'm excited to drink it on a nice summer day!

He was warm, very knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging with everyone--from the serious wine lovers to our six-year-old--while keeping things professional and elevated. The whole visit struck that rare balance: polished without feeling formal, refined without ever feeling rushed or "in-and-out." Dennis has been with Eberle since 2017, and you can feel how much he cares about the place. He spoke about the winery with such genuine pride, and as you look around the tasting room at the rows of award ribbons from years of vintages, it hits you--this is a place with real history behind it. That sense of legacy and care is woven into the whole experience. The historic wine caves are a must, the complimentary tasting felt generous and unhurried, and the grounds have that unmistakable Paso magic--rolling hills, big oaks, golden light, and room to breathe.
