Moving frequently, I have used a lot of carpet cleaning services, and Sanitize 4 Serenity is, by far, the best. I have used all of the major companies, and many smaller businesses. Sanitize 4 Serenity was the first company to tell me the truth about how fast the carpets will dry, and it was quick. Other companies always say, 4 to 8 hours, maybe 12 hours, but usually, I'm dealing with wet carpets for a full day. After Eric cleaned, I'd say the first carpet he cleaned was dry by the time he finished the last carpet, which was only about 2 hours later. He worked hard, and mad sure he cleaned every square inch of the areas I asked to be cleaned, even on the stairs. The landlords had hired a carpet cleaner when we moved in, and they had been unable to clean many stains. When we moved out, we hired Sanitize 4 Serenity, and they made those same carpets look like brand new carpets. Our landlords were seriously impressed, and gave us our full deposit back, despite us having lost some drapes at the dry cleaners. As far as pricing, I had called no less than 15 other carpet cleaning services, and Sanitize 4 Serenity had competitive pricing. Eric and his partner cleaned our rental property from top to bottom, and it was a job very well done. My concerns were the bathtub, the cook top, our oven, and the outside of our refrigerator, not to mention the kitchen countertop and the hood over the cook top. Never again will I use Stanley Steamer. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and effective. I brought Stanley Steamer out for a pet stain 2 days after it happened and they said they did their best but couldn't get it out. Over a year later Eric came out and got the stain completely out. This weekend, Eric, the owner did the carpet cleaning job. I asked questions and Eric is straight forward about how carpets are clean. Some company will catch you with a lower price then, the job person comes to your house and would offer an upgrade job with a higher price which to me, is suspicious. I will not deal with the sales pitch. The job person does not have to convince me because I will show him the door immediately. I need a job person who would be up front with the pricing. Eric is amazing. We are moving into a rental townhouse. The owner had the carpets cleaned, but I could still smell pet urine in the basement family room. We were desperate for an expert to come out and see what could be done for the problem. We read the incredible reviews for Eric and called him first thing in the morning on a Friday. Our moving truck was scheduled to come the following Tuesday. Eric met us at the rental and brought his CSI gear and what we found was a disaster. It appeared as if the previous tenants had never let the dog out. There was pet urine all over the family room carpet. At that point, Eric spoke with the owner of the townhouse and arrangements were made for Eric to treat the carpets the following Tuesday. Eric pulled up the carpet and did a germicidal wash, treated the padding (Eric determined that it didn't need replacing), and did an additional shampoo, just to give it that little bit more oomph.
