His professionalism, deep expertise, detailed explanation of what to expect, and straightforward quote (no surprises), made an excellent impression. Most importantly, the results he delivered exceeded our expectations. We are exceptionally pleased and will recommend Sanitize 4 Serenity to everyone we know. Thank you for a great experience, Eric!

I called several places and, other than Shamrock, I was told there was a two or three room minimum. Oh, they'd still come out but would charge me the minimum for rooms I didn't have! Tim quoted me a very fair price, and set my appointment within a week of my call. He was prompt, polite and even wore shoe covers in my house. He was here for a little over an hour, doing the room & stairs. He told me if my stains came back, I should call & offered shoe covers for my kids & me! Sure enough, as the carpet dried, the worst stain reappeared. I called Tim & he came back at 7:15 the next morning to tackle it again! I would recommend Tim & Shamrock to anyone looking for a fair, thorough, dependable carpet cleaner! 6/5/18 update: All the thumbs in our house are up for Tim at Shamrock! After our 2 floods over the last 2 weeks, our family room carpet was a mess! We've used Tim's services on same carpet before when our ancient dog was peeing on it for sport! Tim came 3x to get rid of pet stains, which he got out & they stayed out! So, post-deluge, I called Tim again! My appt was this morning at 7am. Tim arrived at 6:59! 40 minutes later, our carpet looks good & smells even better! Kids can have sleepovers again! Woohoo! Tim said stains might reappear and that I'm to call & he'll comeback & retreat until they're gone for good! Based on our past experience, I know he will!

Johnnie and Reggie came over instantly, ensured our water was turned off, set up powerful wet vacuums and sucked out over 200 gallons of water. They were able to save the carpeting and items on the floor. Upon leaving day 1, they left 2 industrial fans and a dehumidifier on, knowing they would be returning the next morning on Thursday. I was asked to move the fans around in a few hours to help with drying. Return they did....at 7:30 a.m. ...a time convenient for both me and the men. They moved the fans and the dehumidifier as needed and checked out the drying progress. We would meet again on day 3 Friday at 7:30 a.m. if needed. However, progress was so good, it wasn't necessary and we met at 7:30 a.m. on Monday instead. Not only did they come to check on the progress, they cleaned everything up, did additional sanitizing and returned all items to their place. Pricing was as quoted on day 1 and that was the price kept and honored. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning related services.

Myself, my parents, and my brother heard the owner say the cost would be $150 for two rooms, stairs, and living room. When he was finished he charged us $250. THE CARPET LOOKED THE EXACT SAME!!! The issue was he lied and tried to bully me, a young woman. He became aggressive and knocked on my window saying he'll need to follow me for the money. My brother is too nice and said just give him the money but I do not like liars! He attempted getting aggressive with me in the Bank of America parking lot and I started screaming at the top of my lungs. I'm a young single small woman faced with two old aged white men who were larger than me. He was aggressive and not kind. What baffled me the most was his ability to lie. Thankfully I was on the phone with the police the entire time. If it were me I would not have paid but because my brother instructed me to do so since I was alone I did. If you choose to work with this business before he enters your home make sure you confirm the cost and do not let him come until you have received an invoice. Not a great start to my day. Not a genuine business. Scam and poor cleaning.

I'm a 10+ year owner here at the Ritz. I've had my carpets cleaned successfully every year as…read moretenants move out. For years a preferred vendor took great care of me, but as his health declined I was looking for someone new. Big Al a.k.a. Alfred was recommended. He took 4HRS to clean 3 area rugs + headboard. Unfortunately he ruined one of my rugs. I've attached pictures. He immediately apologized and said he'd replace it. He offered to come over to remove the rug, I was uncomfortable with my personal experience with him so I opted for the building maintenance team to help. It took 4 of us to remove the area rug. He knew the Ritz was removing the rug, we communicated regularly. He knew I was communicating with the interior designer who did the decor. When I got the estimate to replace from the designer he then refused to pay for the rug and asked for make, model and original receipt, all of which he didn't ask earlier. I eventually got the make + model but due to a server issue at the Ritz they couldn't get the original receipt. (We bought everything from the model and it's a custom rug only sold to interior designers and it's super expensive). Bottom line he promise to replace, he will not. I provided, after back and forth with the designer, the make and model. I even went with a lesser option to save him money, my rug border cost 30% more. He didn't refund me what I paid for cleaning, he won't replace what he destroyed. I've felt unsafe as a single woman. He destroyed my rug. He refused after promising to replace it to replace it, after he found out what it cost. He didn't offer to refund my cleaning. The rug had normal wear and tear, it had no stains. I have before and after pictures, I've included. I have always counted on the building recommendations as an owner who didn't live on site. I just don't want anyone to experience what I did. I signed nothing not guaranteeing his work. He told me to get an attorney and he'd see me in court. I am a small business owner, this is never how I would treat a client. I would have provided steps and what I would need for an insurance claim up front, not after I realized how much the carpet cost. He then tried to intimidate my review with a defamation lawsuit. My only hope is to share what I've endured and hope you don't experience the same. REPLY TO HIS RESPONSE: Stapleton Consulting Services and Anita Lee Stapleton are the design firm used by the Ritz Carlton. Please google her. She comes up easily. Her phone number and address are on the invoice. The make and model was provided. The GM of the Ritz would provide a letter why the original receipt isn't available as I bought all the model furniture from the Ritz. The back and forth only came based me conveying what the designer said as the rug is sold only to designers not in stores. He asked the race of my ex-husband, I would never share that. It was awkward and unprofessional. We were speaking about a head mark he cleaned on the head board left from an athlete tenant. I commented my ex-husband slept here for years without the issue. People can be dirty. It doesn't matter in this situation what race any of us are. You notice he mentioned it I did not. My issue is he used the wrong chemical on a rug and destroyed it. I have the texts as well.
