If I could give Chris more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Chris and his crew were incredible and paid a sincere amount of detail to the work that they put into our space. Not only did my carpets look better, but they felt better after the clean. Chris was responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Upon arrival they got straight to work and were able to eliminate the pet odor that was coming from the carpets. We can't recommend Chris highly enough. I have waited a month from a carpet cleaning to see if the results lasted and they did! I had a wall-to-wall carpet heavily stained with pet urine. The cleaning was extremely thorough and the carpet is still stain and completely odor free. I thought it would have to be replaced but now it doesn't. This is very professional company: used floor mats from my front door to the carpet, explained each of several processes, and used special fans to start the drying process. This was a difficult job and they were here almost 3 hours. But well worth my time and money. I give them my highest recommendation! read more
