They were timely in getting back to me. On the day of the appointment, they were punctual and arrived on time. It took them about 3.5-4 hrs. Sonya made suggestions on what cleaning products I should use and how to properly maintain them. I had been using bleach products, which she suggested I no longer use. Instead she recommended clear or light colored products. They offer a one-year warranty so I called them a few days later as I needed them to come out to touch up a few spots. Comes in with a no nonsense approach while smiling and remaining friendly the entire process. DBT was easy to book and Doug is VERY meticulous with his work, arrived ON TIME and didn't leave until I was satisfied.
