The guy was a little late coming but it was worth the wait! My daughter had moved in to my finished basement while she was going through a divorce. She has 4 cats! One of which isn't very well behaved when it comes to the litter box. Needless to say it smelled down there. The guy came in and treated the spots using a black light to guide him. It took him about 2 hours to do about 600 sq ft. It took his time and did it so well. The smell is completely gone!!! I highly recommend this company! Cliff did a great job on my carpets! I found Come Clean Carpet Care through Living Social. We had just bought our house and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. I bought the 4 rooms + hallway deal, plus had 2 sets of stairs and our entire basement cleaned. I thought the price for the additional areas and stairs was very fair. He showed up on time and ready to work! He took a quick look around, confirmed where I wanted cleaned, and got to work. Even though the carpets were newer and in pretty good shape before the cleaning, I was VERY IMPRESSED by the job they did. I have used many carpet cleaning companies and they are the first ones who actually cleaned everywhere there was carpet (including the closets and stair risers)! Cliff and his assistant were very considerate of not scratching the walls or hardwood floors as they moved around from the upstairs to the basement. The carpets looked amazing and dried within the time he stated (about 4+ hours). The basement took a little longer to dry, but that was to be expected since it had less airflow. **This is my review from Thumbtack, but I wanted to make sure it was seen here on Yelp as well** If you're reading this and considering hiring Cliff to clean your carpets, do it. He has an exceptional eye for detail, works hard, and will make sure that you're more than satisfied. I hired Cliff on a day when I had company flying in and needed the carpets cleaned that day. I have two big dogs and a cat, and they'd made a mess of things so getting pet odor out was a big requirement. Cliff didn't have any reviews yet on Thumbtack (in fact, this may be his first one) but he had a professional web site and the other two companies that responded had some questionable feedback. I called Cliff and after a brief conversation decided to hire him. I am so glad that I did. Cliff showed up and walked through the house with me to find out where the accidents happened, then went through again to see if he could find any other potential spots that I may have missed or that had a residual smell from previous accidents that had been cleaned. After meticulously going through the house he began treating and cleaning the floors. He spent the next five hours cleaning an area that other companies would spend an hour on, working hard the entire time. He took no breaks, just treat, clean, test (smell), treat and clean again. He got up every stain and removed all pet odors. The house smells wonderful now and the carpets look like they did six months after installation. If you've made it this far and you're still not convinced I will offer up one more reason to hire Cliff. He's just a good guy. I had a plumber out here at the same time who's car wouldn't start when he went to leave. Cliff helped us try to jump the car with his van, and helped us push the car into the driveway. He didn't have to do this, but we didn't even have to ask. You're making the right decision if you hire him. read more

First let me say, Mr Dorsey is a very reasonable man. I had a series of bad circumstances and he was very patient with me. I ended up calling him to come out at the last minute and he was able to fit me in so I could show my rental the next day. I cannot thank him enough. My carpets are a beige color and due to a tenant, they were dark grey with stains everywhere. We were going to pull the carpet and leave bare floors they were so bad. I used to clean carpets and I really felt they were beyond saving. However, he felt he could clean them, and clean them he did. I hand scrubbed the LR carpet to spot treat prior to his arrival, however there were still large sticky spots he removed that I could not. He did each room and cleaned each one to where I didn't want to rip out all the carpet. Particularly the LR , hall and stairs. I'm telling you this carpet was bad. He came at 6:30 and stayed until almost 10pm working the entire time, he was more than fair worked hard, provided excellent service and took the grey out of my beige carpet. I cant recommend this company enough. I couldn't have done this work. I would give him 6 stars if I could. read more

Very unprofessional. Appointment scheduled and cleaner did not show up. Called twice and was told on the way. Waited for 4 hours. Husband and I did a lot of prep work with moving furniture for cleaning. Next excuse was truck broke down and wanted to re-scheduled. No way!! Very frustrating. Once scheduled he was very professional. He explained the process to me and what product he would be using on my carpet. I was incredibly impressed with this company. I have used Oxi fresh (I would not recommend) and Chem Dry companies in the past and neither compare to this company! I have 3 kids and a dog that still is not housebroken. Needless to say, I had my share of carpet stains! Cliff Dorsey was incredibly professional from my first interaction on the phone with him. He quoted me a more than fair price (better than what was on Groupon for other companies). He was on time, polite, efficient, and even cleaned an extra room of mine with no expectation for payment!
