The cleaners were professional, thorough, arrived on time, and completed my to do list that I asked them to pay special attention to. I didn't have time to clean before a big party and her team took care of it all. Mopped the floors (lifting the carpets and cleaning underneath), cleaned the bathrooms, dusted, cleaned the Windows, vacuumed and did all else we needed. I really like this company. They do a solid job. The ladies are so friendly. I love that I have the same two ladies every time. They're efficient and always take a few moments to give my dog some love. My house looks amazing after they're done and you absolutely can't be the price. The people who schedule appointments are incredibly nice and happy to work with you. I have used them on and off for years. Just since this summer on a regular basis. Been very pleased with their services. I now use one person every two weeks and specifically ask for her since she is so thorough, timely, and friendly. Crisis Cleaners has been coming to my house for at least 3 years. I chose them after having a ring go missing when the previous person was cleaning. Crisis Cleaners is very trustworthy! Never have had any issues. They always come early in the morning and stay for several hours. If for any reason the schedule needs to change (because of a power outage, for example), Heather calls and makes sure everything is taken care of. They have never stood me up. The pricing is also very good. It is under $100 for a three level single family house with three and a half bedrooms. Each year it has gone up $5. Nothing outrageous. I like the fact that the same people come to my house, there are a handful of people that I have come to recognize. There are minor reasons I don't give 5 stars. I am really sensitive to chemicals and smells, a few times the wood floor has smelled bad after it was mopped. Maybe the mop needs some bleach to take out the smell, or whatever cleaner they use just has a scent that bothers me. So I provide my own floor cleaner to avoid this. They dust, vaccuum, change linen if I leave it out, straighten up, empty the trash and clean the bathrooms. This is a huge undertaking in my house - with a dog, two cats, two elementary school kids and a home based business that has people coming in and out constantly. I give them a medal just for willingly coming here to clean! It would be fantastic if they picked up cushions and vaccuumed crumbs out etc. Not sure about that. This is completely minor and I feel bad mentioning it. They are very flexible with my needs, coming every other week instead of requiring a visit every week. This probably makes it harder on them, since it gives the house more time to become out of control, but they never say anything about it. I wholeheartedly recommend them. After purchasing our own home, we started using their services and are so incredibly pleased. They are worth every penny and I often want to hug the ladies after they are done. We have used them for about 10 years. They have charged $90 for 900 square feet. Crisis Cleaners does an excellent job of cleaning and are reliable. They send the same employee to our house. They underwent an ownership change several years ago; however, we have not noticed any impact to their services. We have not had any issues regarding theft. Crisis Cleaners does the payroll and social security taxes, so it is one less thing for us to worry about. Sometimes we do have to point out any places that needed cleaning. Needless to say, their employees are courteous and they do a good job. I do recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service. read more
