I can't say enough positive statements about the service Eric provides. His diligence and honesty makes this gentleman a pure gem in his line of work. I discovered his service via Yelp after making a decision not to trust the HVAC vent cleaning service via Groupon. The service technician of company I found via Groupon spent less than 5 minutes in my home and immediately upon inspecting my return intact vent said I had mold in my system and that he couldn't perform the vent cleaning unless I sprung for a $750.00 mold remediation service. He should me the black cloth lined box beyond that vent and told me that there was mold in it. I couldn't see it and told him I wanted a second opinion before laying out that kind of cash plus the cost of the Groupon I would need to redeem for the regular vent cleaning. The more research I did the more I was convinced that this technician was trying to up-sell me a service that I did not need. So I went on Yelp and was totally impressed with the reviews and ratings given to Eric's service Sanitize 4 Serenity. Eric advised me that many companies associated with Groupon sell their services for far less than they should just to get the jib and once there try to up-sell you a much more expensive add on just so they can actually make a profit on the job for which the low cost Groupon doesn't! Sure enough, I hired Eric and as I thought there was no mold in that black cloth lined box beyond that vent. Eric went on to clean the HVAC vents, a process in which he meticulously removed all of the HVAC registers cleaned the HVAC vents, sanitized and deodorized the system and vacuumed the floors where debris fell during the process of removing the registers. He did find mold but not directly in the HVA system but at an inspection/access port which he remedied and sealed to prevent further mold growth. All for a price considerably lower than the Groupon company wanted to charge me for their "expanded" services. I am so glad that I went on Groupon to find this very reputable technician. Our landlord requires a yearly carpet cleaning upon renewal of our lease, so, at the last minute mind you, I went scrambling to find a carpet cleaning service. I read over the reviews here and decided to give these guys a go. Despite my procrastination Eric went out of his way to help me out, squeezing me into his hectic schedule so that I could meet the deadline. Unfortunately our carpet is a faded mauve color so Eric's job was to essentially polish a turd, and boy polish a turd he did! One is never quite aware of how filthy a carpet is until one either cleans it or shoves some massive piece of furniture out of the way revealing the supple and untouched virgin carpet beneath. However, after Eric was done we quickly realized how filthy that chromatic abortion we call a carpet actually was. He is speedy, professional, amiable and most importantly good at what he does. As we must do this yearly we will definitely give them our business again next year if we renew. read more

We had Eric from Sanitize 4 Serenity clean the carpet in my in-laws' basement, and I'm honestly blown away by the results. This carpet hadn't been cleaned in 30 years -- it had survived kids, spills, and even a mouse infestation -- and we were mostly just hoping to make the space usable again. Eric completely transformed it. The carpet went from nearly black back to tan, and even old highlighter and mouse stains came out. Eric came to help us 2 weeks ago. Put simply, my husband and I highly recommend Sanitize 4 Serenity. Eric is clearly passionate about his work. He was eager to communicate with us, upfront about cost and expectation, and arrived at our house promptly. We asked him to clean two main rooms for us, as well as two large staircases. By the time he was done, stains were gone that had plagued us for years. Everything was dry again within an hour or two, so moving furniture around was not a huge hassle. While I can't say that our carpet has been restored to new (it's been under years of heavy use), Eric definitely turned back the hands of time. Eric Brice did a fantastic job on the stairs (25 of them) and hallways in my very narrow Federal Hill rowhouse. I bought a LivingSocial Deal for $49 and that covered all of the work. He was here for over an hour and did an extremely thorough job. The stairs are steep and tough to vacuum, period, much less with a heavy, not-particularly-portable device. I have a cat, and the stairs hadn't been cleaned in the ten years I've lived here. They were thick with all kinds of dust and debris, and now the carpeting looks and feels great. I just used Eric this past weekend for the third time, and I am just as enthusiastic about him and his service as I was the first time he cleaned my carpets. Highly recommend! Very honest, explains everything. Had dryer vent that needed to be reconnected which was in a difficult spot in attic and he didn't charge extra for having to fix another company's mess up. Eric was so wonderful! I called him very last minute to have my carpets cleaned. We were moving into a new home and the carpets had not been shampooed and cleaned like they said they would do. So Eric was able to come the next day AND it was a Saturday! He worked hard to get up as much pet odor and dirt that he could. My carpets look amazing now and smell wonderful.
