Let me begin by saying I chose this company due to the overwhelming good reviews. I wish my experience was 5 star worthy. Upon calling, Fernando was very prompt in taking my call, giving me a quote and scheduling an appointment . However, on the day of service he was 30 min late (1st flag) but no big deal. He introduced himself and I showed him around...identifying heavy traffic areas and any stains. His reply was no problem. The carpet looks pretty good. if you keep with regular cleanings the carpet will last you for many years. After the job was completed and he was long gone, I noticed a yellowish stain in one of the bedrooms (hence his anxiousness) and later found the wood on the banister was chipped...I assume from him being overly aggressive with the steamer. Lastly, he missed cleaning the corner area on the side of the couch and never gave me a receipt. I contacted him about the stain and nothing he said made any sense. I know the stain wasn't there prior to him cleaning because I had just vacuumed the room prior to his arrival. Not a company I will be revisiting in the future. This business owner lacks integrity, and not a company I would recommend...this review is solely my opinion and is based on my experience. read more

Fernando was great! He came the same day I put in a request to clean an 8x10 area rug. When he was on his way, I realized I could probably also ask him to clean the wall-to-wall carpet in the basement.
