Our cleaning was schedule for Sunday, June 14thm at 8:30am and she showed up nearly 9:44am after having contacted her about 3-4 times and eventually getting through. This would've been fine as long as there was communication, but there wasn't. Personally, I was already on the road travelling to a different state however my mother was there by herself who had a flight to catch later that evening. We even offered her our furniture for free (two love-seats, coffee table, lamp and a small dining table) as we weren't able to take them with us as a courtesy. She brought moving people with her to take the furniture and even though they were continually instructed to not touch certain items in the house, they still tried to take those with them, causing confusiong by trying to mix them up with the garbage to be taken out. Again, my mother insisted many times for them not too touch items, some of them STILL tried to take them and acted as if they didn't understand even though there was a younger girl who translated for them just fine. This seems like they truly tried to take advantage of my mother and that is something I won't stand for. During the cleaning they even asked my mother for garbage bags; why would we hire a cleaning crew if we were able to do this on our own? You'd think they would show up prepared? I also had trouble getting the receipt from her as it is required from my landlord. It was not until over 24 hours later, from me continually messaging Ms. Yesenia, that I received receipt of services. After all of this, I am still giving her two stars because she showed up on-time the first day and the cleaning was good. This may not be your experience (I hope not) and I wish Ms. Yesenia good luck with her business but I had to share my experience. Choose wisely.

After they left, we found old mouse poop on the floor of our kitchen from when they rushed to clean the oven tray at the end of the job, old mouse poop around our fireplace on the tile grout, beads and other debris on the floorboards, dust on top of each closet rack, cobwebs in the corners of our bathroom and dust on top of the shower head. We continue to discover areas that were never wiped down, including the insides of drawers. I called to let them know and ask for a rebate, and they were only able to offer $25 or half off a future cleaning. Given how much was missed on the last job, we don't feel we could trust them to clean our home in a future job. If you hire them, be sure to ask to check everything before they leave.

The construction workers were done and gone when it was time for you to go and clean the basement where most of the construction was. Did you say you needed the house completely empty for you to clean!??? NO YOU DID NOT!! If you were a professional cleaning company you would have professional cleaning equipment not a vacuum from Walmart that probably costs $40 and proper cleaning solutions not water mixed up with a tablespoons of dishwashing liquid or comet.
