I got a basic pedicure and the service was great. It was an older lady and she was very nice and did an excellent job. I don't get pedicures often but I have had some poor ones. But this whole service was great and included a massage, hot stones, and a hot towel. The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge. The next time I decided to get my nails done I will go back.

I think bc I only wanted the express pedicure the nail tech was unnecessarily rough on my feet. I asked her 3 times to straighten the nail on my big toe bc it was crooked. Finally she just handed me the nail file & I straightened it myself. When my toes were drying she kept bumping the dryer on my toes messing my toes up even more. The whole time the nails techs talked back & fourth & seemed like they were more concerned with their conversation than actually doing a good job. Like damn yall don't see each other all day while yall sit here waiting for customers ?! Never going to this place again. They don't seem to care about the customer experience or about doing a good job. I doubt they make any money or will stay open for business if they keep this up. I got two of them fixed and then two more broke off the next day. I live 25 minutes away but I was fine with the drive because they always did a great job. Finally went back in today and asked if I could just get all of them fixed because they keep breaking and they expected that I would pay $85 for a full set after paying $80 a week ago.
