The tech who did my toes did a great job, and I was really happy with how they turned out. The work itself was solid, and I'd definitely want to book with her again. The only thing I didn't really care for was how loudly some things were communicated. When services were being recommended, it felt like it was announced pretty loudly, and when I paid, another employee called out my tip across the room to the tech. I wasn't embarrassed, but I do prefer a little more privacy when it comes to personal or financial details. Overall, I did appreciate the quality of the service, and I plan to give them another try -- especially with the same technician. If the volume thing happens again, I may just politely mention that I prefer things to be communicated more quietly. Other than that, good work and a positive experience overall.

My nail tech & the other one doing my daughters pedicure were both pushy & kept asking if we wanted more services. I'm like no, we don't have time, not today. Then proceeds to ask me if I want more... I'm like no I said I don't have time today. Neither one of the children's pedicure chairs worked. So my daughter sat on the edge of the seat uncomfortable the whole time as the nail tech splashed water all over her pants. I think bc I only wanted the express pedicure the nail tech was unnecessarily rough on my feet. I asked her 3 times to straighten the nail on my big toe bc it was crooked. Finally she just handed me the nail file & I straightened it myself. When my toes were drying she kept bumping the dryer on my toes messing my toes up even more. The whole time the nails techs talked back & fourth & seemed like they were more concerned with their conversation than actually doing a good job. Like damn yall don't see each other all day while yall sit here waiting for customers ?! Never going to this place again. They don't seem to care about the customer experience or about doing a good job. I doubt they make any money or will stay open for business if they keep this up. Left feeling fresher and relaxed. Eye lash lift looked amazing. Looked so natural. I now see Michelle regularly for my facials and eye lash lifts. Highly recommend. Athena joined the salon a year ago doing structured nails. Thought I would give her a try. I've been trying to strengthen my nails. Athena does amazing work. She takes her time and does such a great time to do quality work. Love that fact she enjoys what she does and is military. Anyone looking to strengthen their nails I recommend Athena. Faye does an amazing job on hair. I see her everytime I go into the salon. She always greets me when I come in. I see first hand almost all of her hair cuts and styles. They all look fabulous. Base on what I've seen, I decided on getting my hair done with her. Wanted something new and spontaneous. Honestly the place was packed so I was thinking it was going to be a much longer wait. The guy taking care of me had to move me twice in order to get seated at a table. Once I was seated he started my manicure instantly. I wish manicures were included with getting nails does because of the wear and tear on your cuticles/ nails. Overall I was seated close to an hour, but I walked out loving my nails. I recommend making an appointment as close to opening as possible.
