Conversations about farming or home remodeling are just as welcome as conversations about style and fashion. 2. The stylists support each other as a team. I haven't noticed any of the backstabbing and competition which ruin some salons. 3. The ventilation is excellent. I'm unable to even walk into many salons because of the heavy chemical smell. In fact, the owner will come up to my stylist on a regular basis and ask for input. Where else do you see an environment where associates are encouraged to seek one another out for assistance? I left a message twice but never got a response. Finally, I physically went to the location but the business is behind an electronic lock. I did not know the code. I looked through the window and only one person was working and she had her back to me. I was too embarrassed to rap on the window as obviously I did have the secret handshake. Oh well, so sad for me.
