I went in for a dip manicure and they had 3 giant books with lots of choices! The nail tech was nice enough to help me pick between a few colors since I could not decide! Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! Still appreciate their apologies and dedication to making everything look good!

So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

I got a basic pedicure and the service was great. It was an older lady and she was very nice and did an excellent job. I don't get pedicures often but I have had some poor ones. But this whole service was great and included a massage, hot stones, and a hot towel. The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge.
