My problem was that my haircut was a partial haircut- meaning she didn't really give me a hair cut and just trimmed the ends. Also after she colored my hair she blew dry my hair, but didn't bc I left with my hair half wet and looking crazy. So they don't style your hair here and make you feel pretty, they just send you out the door with wet not styled hair! I also left with hair color all over my head and cheeks so that was fun to clean off! Won't be coming back obviously
