Left feeling fresher and relaxed. Eye lash lift looked amazing. Looked so natural. I now see Michelle regularly for my facials and eye lash lifts. Highly recommend. Athena joined the salon a year ago doing structured nails. Thought I would give her a try. I've been trying to strengthen my nails. Athena does amazing work. She takes her time and does such a great time to do quality work. Love that fact she enjoys what she does and is military. Anyone looking to strengthen their nails I recommend Athena. Faye does an amazing job on hair. I see her everytime I go into the salon. She always greets me when I come in. I see first hand almost all of her hair cuts and styles. They all look fabulous. Base on what I've seen, I decided on getting my hair done with her. Wanted something new and spontaneous. I first when to Faye about a year and half ago. On my first visit Faye recommend that I try a camouflage/demi technique to blend my gray. We did this until last week. At that appointment I told her I wanted a color and highlight. We then picked a light brown, which Faye said was in the blond family. She said "I don't recommend doing this". I said that I didn't want to see my gray and was ready for a change. She then proceeded to color my hair. When I looked in the mirror I was appalled. She colored my hair a stark BLACK. I asked why my hair was black and she told me it's in the blond family and would fade. I went home and looked in the mirror. I then sent her a message stating that my hair was black and how do we fix it. Faye never apologized or made any excuses. I couldn't believe she intentionally did this to me because she didn't agree with my decision for a change. It shows a total lack of integrity and professionalism. I have since gone to a different stylist in an attempt to fix my hair. I would NEVER recommend Faye to anyone. This is not how a professional cosmetologist acts. My goal is to prevent this from happening to anyone else. FYI.......I'm not sure she is licensed in the state of Nebraska as I couldn't find her name on the DHHS website and neither could DHHS staff. read more

I went to this salon based on a friends recommendation. I was scheduled to meet Tiffany to get my hair trimmed. She was amazing!!! Super friendly, talented, and eager to make sure I got the style I wanted. I have been a faithful customer at Studio 25 ever since I moved to Nebraska. I read great reviews and made an appointment with Michelle to get my brows done. They turned out fantastic and have been back every month since! Today I went for my first haircut with Sari and that girl knows what she is doing! I appreciate her honesty and recommendations. She was very attentive and ensured we were on the same page during every step of the haircut. I love how she took care of me! Getting a haircut at a new salon is always nerve wracking specially when you are cutting more than a few inches off. Best facial I've ever had! I was due for a facial and being new I gave this place a shot. Glad I did. Michelle was my esthetician and she's the owner as well. My appointment started 5 min later because she was finishing up a customer (this will be become important later so continue reading). Michelle is extremely knowledgeable on all things for your skin and immediately knew what treatment to get looking at my skin. She was talking through the facial and explained everything she was doing, normally I would've been irritated as I like to relax during facials but her explaining the product and why she was using it made me feel comfortable and made me trust her even more. I also received a shoulder and scalp massage during the treatment, which was a nice little treat. At the end she asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax to which I answered yes.. My eyebrows looked incredible after and Michelle is a perfectionist! She made sure not a hair was out of place and kept at it until it was perfect! We heard a knock on the door from her co-worker and she was running behind for her next appointment.. she makes sure the customer is happy and will not stop until they are. After about a year and a half of having blond-highlighted hair, it was time for a change. Julie, my stylist, was incredibly helpful in choosing the best color to match my eyes and skin tone. I am so picky about my eyebrows and Michelle does an amazing job! She asks you about any medications you may be on or any skin sensitivities you may have before applying any product. No one will ever touch my eyebrows except Michelle. Julie did an amazing job with my hair cut, I chopped about 8 inches off and she did exactly what I wanted. This is a little overdue since I've been busy out of town but let me get to it. I LOVE SUE! I usually have a friend who is a retired stylist do my hair but we were both busy and I looked in the mirror a few weeks ago and realized my hair was out of control. I needed a pick me up and it was a Saturday afternoon. I called around and somehow got in to see Sue before close. The woman who answered the phone was helpful in getting me in asap. So I go in thinking highlights and a trim. I meet Sue who is just a beautiful soul that emits sunshine! I'm not kidding, I immediately adored her! She said she had just gotten back into doing hair after a long hiatus. I'm not picky so I wasnt worried. She blew my mind! She made sure she knew EXACTLY what I wanted and went through options and the process and suggested some options until we decided on highlights, lowlights, some natural and then a cut. My outgrowth was disgusting and somehow she fixed it and made my hair look AMAZING! Even better, she made me feel AMAZING and I needed it so badly that day. I said thank you before I left and got a little emotional bc it had been such a terrible day and she really picked me up in so many ways. I may have cried a few happy tears and she gave me a hug. I have had SO many compliments since then. She has a customer for as long as I live here! She is extremely knowledgable, she listens, she's talented, her prices are more than fair and she is an awesome woman. I couldn't suggest her more! read more

Julie did a fantastic job on my hair. I couldn't have been happier with the way my hair felt & looked-- however, she was very shady in her pricing. I saw a promotion for "new customers $69, cut, color & style." I thought great, I'll give them a try. I called to question the promotion & possibly schedule an appointment. Julie answered the phone & confirmed the promotion & scheduled me for an appointment. I asked Julie several times if the person doing my hair had any experience with ethnic hair, because I have very long & thick hair. She said "yes, she would be the one doing my hair & she had over 30 years of experience" I felt confident she would do a good job! And she did not disappoint, however when it was time to pay for my service, she charged me $100!!!! I asked why didn't I get charged the promotion? She said because my hair was different? I explained to her when I called, I verified my hair type & asked for the promotional rate. At no time did she mentioned there would be additional charges based off hair type! The promotion was advertised in the front window, so I went back to check, maybe I missed something?!?! But no! Even the promotion didn't say anything about hair type. Allow me to say this, I know my hair is not that of the average client, but when I called to SPECIFICALLY ask, about my hair type and the promotion, it should have been stated THEN that I would not qualify based on my hair type. It's disappointing because she did a fine job, however due to the shady pricing & swindling me on price. I will not return. I suggest anyone considering this salon, make sure you go over with your stylist several times on pricing. I don't know if all the stylist are like that, but it was very shady! Needless to say after I challenged Julie on her pricing and her poor reasoning behind the frivolous charge, she went from $100, to $80, to $75, to $70?!!! I don't want to negotiate price when I get my hair done. It should have been $69 with no conflict. read more

Love Julie! I have curly out of control hair; Julie's cut, color, and styles are second to none. She does miracles with frizzy hair and she is fast. I started getting Brazilian blow outs from her and that has changed my life.. It makes my hair so much easier to blow out style myself. I've had the hardest time finding a quality shellac manicure in the Bellevue/Papillion area, and as a super busy woman on the go I'm not trying to drive too far if I can avoid it. I'd given 4 other nail salons in the area a try, and although I was super pleased with one of them, the "cash only" option was not the most convenient since I don't always carry cash. When I tried out this place last week, I was very impressed. It's a quaint and adorable salon. Super friendly service. Michelle, the owner and nail tech, is fabulous! She takes her time, doesn't ruin the nail with filing or drills to remove old shellac, and is very careful and meticulous with the application of the polish. By now, my shellac from other places would take on a dull look. Today, a week later, my nails look like they were just done. No chips or cracked lines in the nails of my dominant hand. If they prove consistent, I'll be a customer for life!! read more
