That in and of itself tells me they're just a business and don't care about actual skincare or clients, just getting more money. In the room, I've never gotten a facial before where I didn't get into a robe and the girl stayed in there while I got on the bed. Again, never in my life have had that. She didn't once explain the product she was using or why (just the tool that she was using) or examine my skin prior to working on it. Huh? Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". Listen we all make mistakes but this place is unprofessional and clearly here for profit not because they care about skin health. Their cheaper prices represent the quality.

I learned a lot, and had a lot done, taking closer to an hour than the 25 minutes planned, which was totally fine with me (she asked to make sure)! My skin is very sensitive, and I had some small scratches afterward that healed in 2-3 days. My skin is still very smooth 2 weeks out, so I can tell the exfoliating and other procedures really made a difference. Definitely recommend trying it out!

So I decided to start waxing again and to finally make my overdue return. Unfortunately, the tech doing my waxing from several years ago is no longer working here so I made my appt. with Patricia, who was available in the time slot I needed. She was very polite. But she would do large chunks of waxing at a time, which was the most painful experience I've ever had. EVER. And even when I had asked her to apply pressure with her hand after a large batch (to help reduce the pain), she did it for the first few and then stopped. I know she was trying to be efficient and while I appreciate that, it was a horrendous experience. Not only that, but when she was done, I still had leftover wax on my legs!!! See atttached photos. It was all over and I had to peel off my leggings when I got home because they were stuck to me. Ironic because I was just telling her about the worst waxing experience I've ever had (from another salon) where there was leftover wax on me. After peeling my leggings off, I noticed two things: patches of skin where she had literally broken SEVERAL blood vessels (2-3 patches of this - see photo) and patches of hair that she missed entirely. So I didn't even get a good waxing after all that pain! I can't begin to voice my disappointment in this establishment. But when I have to shave my legs the day after an incredibly painful waxing, I know I won't be back. There are too many other salons in Omaha that offer waxing who do the whole job efficiently, thoroughly and with minimal pain to their clients.

Poor customer service/communication from management…read more Long story short: A few months ago I purchased a package of 6 for a service. After 2 treatments their equipment broke which resulted in postponement of 2 treatments. During this time I found out about an unanticipated move for my husbands job. I called to ask about a partial refund from the package since I had only used 2/6 treatments. I asked if I could be charged for the higher individual service price for the two used and refunded the rest that was unused (a difference of $300). This is where my frustration begins... I called twice, a week apart and left a message to ask about the refund. No call back. I stopped by for my 3rd attempt, was told they were in a meeting and someone would call me back. Nothing. I finally called a 4th time and asked them to make me an appointment with a manager to discuss and resolve the matter. I was put on hold and finally told I could come my and pick up a check for a partial refund (relayed through receptionist, still never spoke to a manager). When I picked up the check, it was $50 less than anticipated. I FINALLY talked to someone in management, but they did not have an explanation as to where that extra $50 went... While I am grateful for any refund at all and I am annoyed about the $50, my real frustration was lack of communication. If someone had simply gotten on the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with me a lot of that frustration would have been avoided.
