Don't fall for their 12 month locked in membership. Everything is an upcharge, they don't credit unused months like they say, and they increase the auto monthly charge if they feel like it. If you try to cancel, they'll fight you by saying not allowed and keep your unused months that you already paid for. Been going to this location since the pandemic restrictions started lifting in 2021, always had great service! I chose this location because I wanted to experience a massage and float therapy together since they are in close proximity to each other it works out great. I've had outstanding and highly professional services from Jorge and Tony (the tiger) for massage and Kyla for facials. Would highly recommend them. The front desk staff and managers have always been friendly and personable. I've had my Massage Envy membership for almost a year. I travel a LOT for work so I've been to many different locations. Haven't had a bad experience anywhere. What a great experience! High point of my week. Nicole is great, caring and super therapist. Don't understand bad rating as far as results are concerned they are great. Manager was kind enough to work with me on credit when spouse dropped membership but it's corporate America. They have rules too. Have back problems and they are greatly improved with regular massages. I would give them six stars if possible. read more

They are in a huge class action law suit for a reason. I cancelled my contract and they STILL tried to get more $$ out of me. Men therapist are creepy. I don't want to get to graphic but I don't like my therapists to breath heavy on me and rub up against me with something other than their hands I've tried numerous therapists..... Massage Envy will auto-renew our membership and make it difficult to cancel. You can't just call the location. You have to email "Juanita" at a gmail account. Don't bother asking for Juanita to call you. Apparently she's too busy. read more

The membership contract is a joke. DON'T DO IT Good luck trying to cancel without losing more $$ during the process--better plan on being a life member. If you have unused massages and need to cancel you can transfer 1 massage per month to a friend for a cost of $10. AND that friend is only eligible for 1 transfer each 6 months. When you cancel, they will take 1 more payment (even if you just paid the day before) ....so you are charged again even though you can't use your existing stockpile of massages. In my case I have 8 unused. I am allowed 1 month after cancellation to use them. hey...if I've got 8 I haven't used in the past year...???? Good times!!! How can ya not get frustrated. **the masseuse staff excluded from all negative comments about Massage Envy. (I bet they too are getting cheated too in some way) DON"T DO IT. What a WASTE!!! Well, I have one of the BEST Massage Therapists ever! He is professional and cares. He always asks me if he is giving me enough pressure or does he need to change it up. I have been going to him for years and I have to say he is the BEST of the BEST! I have had facials at Massage Envy also and Love them. Both of their gals that gave me a facial are knowledgeable and professional. My skin feels amazing afterwards and I can't wait to go back. I have a number of prepaid massages/facials in the BANK....but that is because of my schedule and my job demands. This month I am having 4 one and 1 1/2 hr massages and an 1 1/2 hr facial. . That is 7 1/2 hours used up. I am excited that I had them banked and now I can relax and enjoy! read more

The therapist honestly didn't know what she was doing and spent the whole trying to work out knots that didn't exist - and it was NOT enjoyable. I think her name was Darcy. I bought a gift card for a couples massage which cost me $200. When I went into use it, they charged my credit card even though I confirmed with them before the appointment that it was to go on that gift card. I was not given a receipt nor was it confirmed that it was going on my credit card. They gave me $100 credit on the gift card, but never reversed the credit card charges and so I still have paid $100 on the gift card and $100 on my credit card for one couples massage. Make sure you check your invoices, because I never got that amount reversed, and therefore I was charged twice for my massage! read more

I wanted a Swedish massage, however, I was paired up with someone who only knew how to do deep tissue massages. I didn't really need a deep tissue massage, so I left in pain and unrelaxed. I won't be returning if my therapist is a hit or miss. read more

They charged me for massages I already paid for. They told me I must talk to a manager but every time i call one isn't available. I would never again get a membership with this organization. The last massage I had was horrible. There are a few good therapists but you will waste money trying to find them. Horrible unethical business practice. read more

I had a hour and a half hot stone massage with Tony today and it was AMAZING! I was a little nervous because of the stones, but it turned out to be just what I needed. Tony applied just the right amount of pressure and didn't try to talk to me too much as I relaxed. Outside of the stones, Tony's hands were also great. My husband bought a gift card for me for Christmas for an hour massage last year and then again this year. He was not asked if the person he was buying it for had been there before and was charged $55 on the gift card. I redeemed it today and was told I owed more because it was my second visit, even though it's been over a year. The manager would not wave the extra amount and they tried getting me to buy a membership, so the massage would be cheaper. My husband called them when I told him and was told the manager was busy and would call him back. We will not be going back!! read more

Worst place ever!! The "PRE-PAID" massage and contract is a total joke and rip off. They pressure you into the contract and DO NOT fall for it. The manager is unhelpful and could careless. My first visit was a disaster. Terrible customer service. I get a call 20 minutes before my appt that it would be about 20 minutes late because my therapist was late. I was on my way so I continued, and it was 35 minutes late which I could deal with. It was a decent massage from a fine therapist. When checking out we had a misunderstanding about the cost. I thought it was an intro rate, but no, I was told it was $95. I won't go into all the details, but it was very upsetting to deal with these people. I had specifically told her on the phone I would not pay $95 for a massage and was given the pitch about the intro rate and the membership. When I was checking out she accused me of calling her a liar when I said I did not expect to pay $95. Then when I asked for the manager, the young lady next to her said that was her. She didn't introduce herself, and apparently had no authority to address the problem. I thought I was getting a $45 intro massage and she had the gall to try and sell me on the membership. Then she tells me the going rate around Omaha is $95. Really, there are lots of places you can get a massage for one hour in the $60 range. In fact that is the national average. So unless you want a nice waiting room, there are plenty of alternatives around Omaha. They knew I was really upset when I left and she said she would check with her management about the price. Very disappointed. We signed a contract that was not well explained and under pressure. Our mistake! They would not honor a PRE-PAID massage that had to be rescheduled due to illness. My daughter called to cancel the day before the massage, because of complications from wisdom teeth extraction. She needed to delay the massage a few days, but that landed a few days after the contract expired. There is NO GRACE PERIOD. Not a good business practice. BUYER BEWARE!
