I went for a deep tissue massage wanting to get some of the knots in my aching shoulders worked out and I can tell you I walked out in just as much pain as I walked in with - no improvement. The massage therapist tried to sell that you 'couldn't fix everything in a day' which I understand, but when you pay for an hour long session you expect at least some trace of relief. She seemed incredibly hesitant to apply any pressure to actually get anything worked out, even when I pointed directly to a problem area. I would not recommend this place for those who prefer firmer pressure. Edit: Michelle was super fast in getting back to me which I appreciate. She offered me an appointment with an alternative massage therapist, which I've taken her up on. Very good customer support. Edit: Michelle arranged to have me come in for another appointment with a different massage therapist, Zoe, who did a wonderful job and finally got me out of the pain I've been in for weeks. A very good group of people. I would especially recommend Zoe's services.

Jo Kesselring who is the lead massage therapist, took the call and worked with me to get seen the same day due to an earlier cancellation. Booked for 60 minutes of deep tissue work which will run you $65.00. Jo is very pleasant and professional with a great knowledge of the body. She has strong hands and uses her elbows to really work out the knots. It hurt, but it felt good with the release that came along with it. The business itself and clean and spacious and without a doubt I would recommend Jo to anyone who needs the kinks worked out of their back. Superb!!

This place by far was the least expensive of the places we found online - so much so that I was leery until I read through the reviews. Upon arrival, the ladies were very friendly, and while they do try to upsell you on lotions and essential oils, they weren't pushy about it. We were led to a pretty basic dimly lit room - no frills there - but the massage itself and the hot stones were great. $130 for a couples hour long massage just can't be beat, and I plan to treat myself (and the bf if he behaves) more often.

I got a full body massage today as well as a stone massage and area focused deep pressure massage. My only regret happened at payment! She has the credit card payment app on her phone and I got tricked with the electronic payment selecting "20%" tip but it tipped on the discounted (I used a September promotion) cost, and I meant to tip on the full actual cost of service I received. I went back when I realized it....and I intended to fix the mistake but the office was closed for lunch. I'll have to make it up next time. Sorry, Becky if you're reading this!!! I highly suggest a massage there. She is great.

The therapist stands on the table while holding onto bars overhead for stability and support. Technique consists of deep compression and gliding strokes along with assisted stretching. I have consistent issues with my neck, shoulders and back due to long term wear and term and require deep tissue work to break through the knots and assist with stretching things out. Palm and Sole Massage was recommended to me by another massage therapist who when she needs work goes to Palm and Sole. Made an appointment with Saderia who has the training in Ashiasiu. Set up for an hour session. The business is not as easy to find as you might like. It is blocked by trees and is in the back corner of a parking lot with other businesses in the front. Inside the business, the area is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Saderia took my info and got my history. The session started and Saderia slowly worked up to full pressure with her feet. The compression from the feet due to weight and leverage can get deeper than other therapy techniques using elbows and forearms. It was an outstanding session and really worked things out. For the first time in a long time, my pain for significantly reduced. Will definitely be making another appointment.

I've always believed in muscle medicine through massage and always appreciate the relief I feel after a deep tissue massage. The first time I got a massage here I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff here. They immediately have you sit down near the door to take your shoes off and put indoor slippers on and they walk you to the massage room. I remember the massage being exactly what I needed at the time. More recently, I booked my boyfriend and I a couples massage for our anniversary, something we've both needed for awhile. We've both been stressed and tense lately and I thought this would be the perfect way to celebrate. They welcomed us as we got in for our appointment and got us settled into our room. Each masseuse could find easily where are muscles needed the most attention. I appreciate that they also stretched my arms to further aid in the relief of my upper back. Our massages were much needed and helpful for both of us. I look forward to heading back here for another massage soon to work through my tight muscles. This location is perfect for where we live. Not too far, ample parking and near Ital Vital as well!! If you're looking for a great massage at a reasonable price I would highly recommend making an appointment here.
