Jo Kesselring who is the lead massage therapist, took the call and worked with me to get seen the same day due to an earlier cancellation. Booked for 60 minutes of deep tissue work which will run you $65.00. Jo is very pleasant and professional with a great knowledge of the body. She has strong hands and uses her elbows to really work out the knots. It hurt, but it felt good with the release that came along with it. The business itself and clean and spacious and without a doubt I would recommend Jo to anyone who needs the kinks worked out of their back. Superb!!

As you enter, there is a spacious waiting area to fill out paper work (new clients). Then you are escorted into a tranquility room with infused water, mints, dim lighting, and soft music. Your therapist picks you up from there and your start you session. There are many hallways and I would guess 15 massage rooms. Tabitha was professional and asked frequently if temperatures and pressures were ok. She was willing to tailor the session to target only the areas bothering me. A 50 min introductory massage there is discounted, $49.99 instead of $79.99. There is also a membership club that you can join for $59.99 a month and it counts toward a monthly massage and some other perks. Emmy did a great job and I left feeling much more relaxed. However, the entirety of the experience and front desk staff seemed to put more emphasis on getting me hooked into a monthly membership than having a great experience whether I came back or not. This spot is extremely convenient to go to, but I do not appreciate that I verbally declined making a decision to join the membership that day, and still was pushed to make a decision to start a contract. It felt similar to the experience of buying a new car where they try to blatantly push you into adding on or buying more than you had planned. It felt desperate on behalf of the company, unsure if this is a corporate issue and push or an issue at this specific branch. The business was overall clean and well-kept, but I have a hard time wanting to come back with all of the pushback.

Scheduled on line with Take Five and they squeezed me in right away. Deep tissue and stretching work was superb. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage and for therapists who know what they are doing and listen to where you hurt at, go to Take Five. Really good at helping to alleviate the pain. One Note - don't come to your appointment too early, there are no seats inside the waiting area.

We had a conversation about what I do, repetitive motions I preform, if I wake up with neck pain and from there she found all of the areas to focus on that I would never have thought of. She knew which leg I rested on the most, (causing lower back pain), which arm I overused and which side of my neck had the most resistance. At the end, she showed me stretches to help with all of the issues in my body. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back.

Every time I tried closing the door, she would hold on to it hard and refused to let me leave ‍ TERRIBLE service and massage, the place itself is sketchy and hard to find, and they only take cash so they WILL turn you away if you can't pay in cash (oh but funny enough, tips can only be left using a card, they don't accept cash tips)

My experience was awful, LADYS PLEASE READ ALL OF IT. if I could give zero stars I would, I entered…read morein the spa to just get stared at by the front desk workers then one worker says "hello, how long". This is my 1st ever massage so I was expecting there to be deals or specials told to me instead I was just stared at and told "how long" I responded with a confused look on my face saying " ummm I guess 30min" the worker then replies to me saying " how much tip" she says it twice with everyone behind the desk staring at me. so uncomfortably I said "$10" but I don't understand why am being asked for a tip if I haven't even had my service yet because I most DEFINITELY would have tipped $0. I had a strong feeling to leave at this point and not pay at all I wish I would have listened to my instinct. I was then walked into my spa room which again THIS IS MY 1ST TIME I made this very clear when I entered the spa but when I was walked to my spa room I was told nothing but a gesture hand pat on the spa bed. I was then left standing in the corner of the spa room wondering if I take off just my shirt or do I take everything off but leave the under garments on or do I take nothing off and just lay face down?. These are things that should be told to a client especially if they state they are new to this. I had my massage person peeking through the curtains to see if I was done I then opened the curtains to ask what am I supposed to be doing she then say" take off, lay down" and leaves I understand there is a language barrier but I was still left so confused at this point I am taking my shirt and bra off wondering if this is what she even meant? The massage person then walks in as I'm literally taking off my bra and she can see I am taking off my bra but yet she continues to walk in the room and I literally flashed the massage person a couple times while feeling so uncomfortable. The massage person says nothing and just lays a towel on my back the whole time so I'm not sure if I was supposed to even take off my bra. But we get to the massage it was extremely to rough for me I asked multiple times to be more softer please but it only stoped for 3 min and it would be extremely rough again. LADYS if u have Nexplanon birth control in ur arm DONT NOT COME HERE the massage person was extremely rough on my arm massage I kept asking to go soft on my arm as my birth control is there. But again not sure if this is a language barrier but it still continued to be so rough to the point where I just potentially asked for her to stop massaging that arm and move to the next please. The whole massage I could not relax at all I wanted it to be done already. but at the end I left and went to my car to check my birth control in my arm and it was sore and swollen around my birth control and that has never happened in 3 years of having it. I now have to make a doctors appointment to get my birth control checked as I am afraid it may be damaged now. This is my experience at this Spa 0/10 would never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.
