Overall this is my go to place for a pedicure or manicure. I find prices reasonable and my gel manicure or pedicure often lasts a while. It does depend on time of day if it's crazy busy or not and you may have to wait but overall a good choice for a mani or pedi, they usually have some sort of special too only con is sometimes I'm not sure if I said yes to an up charge or not when they ask me a lot of questions about what package I want. read more

Service is awful- staff is lazy and like to cut corners. Use acrylic nail to pry off old dip instead of taking time to file and soak it. 7-8 staff sitting around on phone when they could be cleaning. Very filthy- nail clippings on floor and all the tables. Dust everywhere, obviously nothing has been wiped down- maybe ever. Flooring has wholes in it, walls and sides of cabinets peeling and falling apart. It was hard for me to not say to the line of workers sitting in massage chairs on phones- hey maybe you should get up and clean. This place is disgusting. I have been here before and had similar experiences- returned today purely because it is convenient to my house and last minute decision to get nails done today but I will definitely next time remember to drive a little further to go to a salon that is clean and better managed. read more

Poor hygiene, poor quality- uneven, bubbling, excessive polish on my skin. Something I could do at home with my opposite hand. The place is filthy. They used a dirty towel on me, table was disgusting and nail technician beside me was clipping her toe nails as I was getting my nails done. I'm not sure what has happened here but this is not anywhere near what it has been in past visits. My last visit was downhill but I decided to try again. My mistake. The manicure stations looked like they hadn't been clean recently. All of the towels looked awful and weren't changed between clients. The equipment wasn't cleaned up. The manicure tools used weren't changed for me so I can't know if they were sanitized or not. My nail tech was rude as he$&. I had a shellac mani. One hand wasn't give a top coat but he insisted that he had and wouldn't do another coat. When I checked out it was $5 more than on the menu. I won't go back. The day that I am writing this is a week later. Three of the nails on the hand without the top coat have cracked. I won't be back. read more

First and foremost, this was my first time going to this nail salon and I didn't make an appointment because they take walk-ins and they're close to my house! I was sent to booth #16, the name on the UV light said Tina! She was a older woman who never greeted me, or said anything to me at all! I am 6'1" with extremely long legs so I had to sit sideways because my knees couldn't go under the table! As I was placing my items down, she was acting impatient and asked me to scoot up ‍! I was confused because she saw how tall I was! She was roughly flipping my hands back and forth and I told her "It's fee to be Kind, it doesn't cost you anything"! She thanked me , I said "NO, I'm not saying you're KIND I said"You are NOT KIND" then she laughed! She kept pulling on my fingers, halfway through I asked her if she could please stop pulling my fingers and she ignored me so I told her "I asked you nicely to stop pulling my fingers and I'm trying to be patient with you" , she just kept this creepy smirk on her face finally finishing. I got to the front to pay and she had the audacity to ask for a tip , I said "NO". She's lucky I only had to pay $40, they look alright nothing to brag about!!! I see imperfections and the left side of every nail is higher than the right side (not straight but angled, polish is lumpy in spots!!! Save your frustration and go elsewhere, I understand now why there were 7 to 8 techs sitting in the pedicure chairs with no customers to service!!!! What a whole!!!!! 1 time visitor from out of town. I came with my sister, unfortunately they don't know how to take of gel nails so she could get her nails done. Ive lived in the Bellevue area for almost 10 years now. I remember when this place first opened. I was initially impressed with how beautiful the facility was, all fresh and polished and organized all the stations looked. It felt like an expensive treat to get my nails done here. Fast forward to now. The cupboards are wonky half hanging on the the wall and stained, all the work stations are dirty looking, the foot basins and massage chairs are so worn out it makes me cringe when I was told to pick a chair. It didn't look like anything had ever been cleaned in there, at least not for a very very long time. Then there's the employees... does anyone care about their appearance anymore? Dirty, sloppy, looking clothing and uniforms. Like I get it that when you work in the service industry you are going to get dirty... but I came in at the beginning of the work day when all the employees started clocking in. They came to work looking disheveled. Maybe they overwork their employees. It doesn't really look like anyone is ever very happy to be there. Its just sad. Also, of all the times I have came here I have only liked my nails ONCE. Every time after, they either slapped the shellac on so sloppily that the finished outcome looked bumpy and uneven or the person filed my nails lopsided or they filed them down way too short. I do not get acrylics anymore because of this place! Ive let my nail techs know that I have thin nails and to please SOAK off my nails (I am there to PAY EXTRA TO SOAK THEM OFF) but every dang time they want to be in a rush and rip them off. Well it also shredded off parts of my nail from my nail bed. And now upon viewing my most recent credit card transaction someone decided to add on an extra $5.00 charge backhandedly after I signed my receipt. The cost was $30 I left an $8 tip (because I ALWAYS tip even if I don't like what I got, Im just that type of person). So the final bill was $38, which is what I signed for. But looking at my bank account statement today someone has tacked on an extra $5.00 charge bringing the total to $43.00 now!!! Im so done with this nonsense. Worst place ever. I dont care how convenient you think it is to just drop in here at the last minute IT IS NOT WORTH IT, I promise you. And for the record all I asked for was to have the old polish soaked off and to have new polish put on. I told my tech NOT to file my nails because I LIKED the length and the shape. Well now they are short and uneven, shellac is lumpy and not only did I get OVER charged for a polish change I was also stolen from. Being that it was only $5.00 I won't be filing charges with the police, but I am gonna blow them up on here for stealing so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I am 18 years old and know how to run a business better than any of the fools working there. What happened to caring about your appearance in the workplace? There are constantly workers not doing anything with their shoes and socks off sitting in the massage chairs watching movies and playing video games on their phone. The whole place is filthy and disgusting with nail shavings on the tables and all over the floor. Maybe if the workers took there eyes of the phone screen and actually did there job and swept the floors once a day none of this would be an issue. I have been many times and had a good experience but today I left upset, I had Sam who I think is new. His pedicure was not pleasant but painful and I had to ask him to do another coat as it was a light color and my nail was still showing, I was not happy when he was also doing my nails, dip. He took a very long time and was not very skilled at it. In the end I just wanted to be done! My daughter at $5 down on the work station by me to help with the tip, Sam looked at me and said $5 not enough I do both feet and hands!!! I've been coming here for years & usually I'm pretty satisfied...Today was pretty dissatisfying. I got a dip manicure, which I've never had and a pedi. My pedicure was just ok-rushed. They removed my old shellac by ripping it off-not ok. And didn't even remove all the polish, so you can see it showing through some with my new polish. Once sat down for my manicure, it was fast and just ridiculous. No soaking my nails, no cuticles removal and barely filed them! A couple nails he didn't even touch. They were crooked and not at all shaped. When I called him out-he handed me the file and told me to go ahead!! Ummm, I'm paying for you to do this. The final product was ok-but the dip was way too thick, not blended in to my regular nail at all. Looks like a "puffy nail." Apparently they close at 7 in the winter, but yelp says 8. We got there at 5:55 and left at 7:30. If they weren't going to have time, say so...totally fine. Don't say you do, rush through it and take our money. Also, my niece and I went together and asked to sit by each other...nobody was there. They literally told us no! Would not recommend...waste of money. read more

This was the only place I could find open until 8pm after work one day (most others closed at 7pm), so I tried it out, and I'm happy I did! I had Danielle and she was great. She was gentle with my shellac removal and all the maintenance that went with it (cuticles, filing, ect.). I've had somewhat painful experiences before but she took care of me. After painting my first nail, she asked if I liked the color. I've tried at least four salons over the past year and only one other place asked me that question before painting all my nails. Not to mention out of all the places I've tried, this is the least expensive for a shellac manicure. I'm going to see how my nails look after a few days and weeks, but so far I'm impressed and will be back! read more

Clean, friendly. There is a wait during rush time if you don't have an appointment, but I've never waited more than 5 minutes with an appointment. Had fine experiences here with various techs and would go before events, and then had the best mani of my life with Halle. Now I go Schedule appointments with her every time I walk out- my nails have never been in such great shape. If my nails grew slower, I could go longer between, but I end up going in to fill the gap about two weeks. The dip doesn't chip or come off. I usually would ruin my nails within days, even with dip. She is so friendly and remembers everything I tell her about my life. So happy to be her client. read more

Ugh.. I got a French tip pedicure. I was cut too deep on my big toe as well as filed way too short. Nail tech didn't completely take off my previous blue color and didn't clear off the polish on my skin surrounding the nail. The pedicure ended up being uneven on a couple toes (see photo of pinky.) Overall, the staff is very friendly and i love the big space. I came to the salon because it had decent reviews on Google and it was closest to my house I got a pedicure and a manicure and it is the worst manicure I've ever had in my life and I've had a lot of manicures. They use bath and Bodyworks products for their pedicures which is really weird to me because it's not the best lotion. Do not communicate with your clients at all they were running around playing games. It's 10:05 (the sign says they open at 10) door is locked and lights are off. Not a good start... They arrived a couple of minutes later and got my spa pedicure started right away. The leg and foot scrub and massage were nice and I suppose the hot towel wrap would have been had it been warmer than room temp. I think that 70.00 for a pedicure plus tip which made it 80.00 is ridiculous. I picked the 4rd package, under the first two packages it said plus 15.00 to polish your toes. Mine said polish of your choice. I was charged 70.00 I asked for clarification and was told the manager said to do it that way. I brought my own polish since they don't carry the color I like. So I guess the 15.00 was to apply it. I did a review and the manager answered my review with a fabricated answer. He said I asked for a discount whi h I never did and I had someone with me. He said the extra 15.00 was explained to me before hand so I was ok with the cost. No one ever explained anything. The nails were fine but now that I see how they operate I wont be going back. I have already contacted several salons with a smidge lower pricing and no extra cost to have them polished. I didn't realize women in Nebraska had so much money. Me and my friend went here Friday evening to get a broken nail fixed and she wanted a new set. So I got my nail fixed and during her painting she continued to smudge it with her hand, while this was happening my friend was asking for her nails to be long and coffin shaped she got squared clunky nails which were shorter then her original nail. She was left with cuts and dried blood on her fingers. We decided to go somewhere else (Top Q nails) Did the best ever they were so angry. And fixed them for us quickly. Definitely worth the money. I came here one Saturday morning with my friend and we got acrylic nails for Prom. Since it was prom weekend I made us appointments as soon as they opened. They opened their doors at 10 but the other employees were late so they started my nails before my friends. But the people were quick with it and it looked fantastic!! They weren't very chatty with us though, but I didn't mind to much. I think I paid about $40 after a tip. Getting the nails put on didn't hurt, which is what I was worried about since it was my first time getting then done. The nails stayed on for over a month, I just took them off two days ago actually, they were extremely hard to get off and really mess up your nail buds! But that isn't the salons fault. THE. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I do not normally write reviews. Sometimes I will give businesses the benefit of the doubt and forgive/forget- maybe it was just an off day. But no, not this. The customer service is just awful, no sense of catering to your client, no "above and beyond" mentality, no communication while servicing; just awful. I have two huge complaints within this review. One is with my friends experiencing (we went together for a girl day) and the other is when I had left my phone there and how they handled this. I went to get a mani-pedi with a friend from out of town; it was a "girl" date just catching up and we wanted to do something fun while we reconnected. The service for my friend was horrible. it started with the pedicure. My friend was asking very normal requests - some people prefer their cuticles not be cut - this lady was offended that she had to adhere to such a "ridiculous" request. She also didn't notice she had nail polish already on her feet- so we kept trying to tell her she needed to take the paint off before soaking her feet in. this took 5 minutes to explain and then finally she took her paint off. Her attitude with my friend was not great anymore and the outcome of the service showed. This wasn't the worst of it... We then go to the table for her manicure and she just started filing my friends nails without asking a shape. Good customer service requires asking what the client wants, getting to know the client to know these sort of details. My friend had to stop this technician to tell her what she wanted - and she had a very back attitude about it. No "okay" with her response. basically just stopped commumiy after the pedicure to her. she didn't finish cleaning her nails off after filing down to polish. she has to again stop her and tell her to do her job right. Again, she may be a great technician and she maybe was just "mad" about being asked for specific tasks earlier, but who wants to pay for bad service just for asking someone to not cut your cuticles?? or Just for trying to inform them of paint on your nails that they might not see?? It got worse, she didnt want to fix the bad paint job she was doing (again, maybe she was doing it on purpose, who knows) but I even asked her if she could redo a few nails for my friend and she ignored me too. she continued what she as doing and literally walked away... wtf lol. So i had to ask MY technician to redo my friends two messed up nails and she did. I just couldn't believe the audacity of some people. we left and my friend actually tipped both my technician and hers. Killing it with kindness was my friends logic. (She's much more forgiving than I am in that aspect.) So we left and I had forgotten my phone. I came back and asked if there was a phone found. They all said no, no one got up to help look for it, just stared at me looking for it everywhere. I pointed to the seat I sat in (someone happened to be in it) and I said maybe it's spmewhere in the chair. She felt around and said no- no one got up, no sense of urgency. One of our technicians said maybe it's in your friends purse.. haha okay, didnt want to take this as they were accusing my BLACK friend(and i am not black) of steal my phone, but I instead thought maybe one of the technicians put it in my friends back. After telling my friend this is what they said though, it did have my wondering if this is what they were implying. It was just disturbing, screw these people if that's the case. I go back home and use my "find my iphone" and what do you know, or located at Blue Sky. So, i went back and tried looking again. I walked in and they told me I can look around. Two employees were sitting in the corner on their phones.. could've helped me find it... no one helped me. So I walked around and tried to ping my phone and could not hear it. finally someone who was getting their toes done said she had heard it coming from one of the pedi chairs. Low and behold it had been by the chair I was in. Somewhere where i'm sure plenty of things call from customer to customer and these employees would know to check. This was just a fiasco and a half being there, having to deal with poor customer service ALL around, it was just pathetic. I will.. NEVER.. come here again. I hope anyone reading this doesn't think I'm just being dramatic; you do NOT want this experience. Getting your nails done is not suppose to be anxiety ridden, stressful, and you should feel like you're truly being pampered. This was not the experience you will get by coming here- you do t deserve to spend a lot of money for service that will not deliver. There are A LOT of nail salons and you do not need to come here and waste your money of poor service. I'm embarressed; my friend came from New York and I took her to what I thought was a great place.
