The tech who did my toes did a great job, and I was really happy with how they turned out. The work itself was solid, and I'd definitely want to book with her again. The only thing I didn't really care for was how loudly some things were communicated. When services were being recommended, it felt like it was announced pretty loudly, and when I paid, another employee called out my tip across the room to the tech. I wasn't embarrassed, but I do prefer a little more privacy when it comes to personal or financial details. Overall, I did appreciate the quality of the service, and I plan to give them another try -- especially with the same technician. If the volume thing happens again, I may just politely mention that I prefer things to be communicated more quietly. Other than that, good work and a positive experience overall.

Finally she just handed me the nail file & I straightened it myself. When my toes were drying she kept bumping the dryer on my toes messing my toes up even more. The whole time the nails techs talked back & fourth & seemed like they were more concerned with their conversation than actually doing a good job. Like damn yall don't see each other all day while yall sit here waiting for customers ?! Never going to this place again. I got two of them fixed and then two more broke off the next day. I live 25 minutes away but I was fine with the drive because they always did a great job. Finally went back in today and asked if I could just get all of them fixed because they keep breaking and they expected that I would pay $85 for a full set after paying $80 a week ago. I said No and I left after they took the nails off. THEY STILL CHARGED ME 10 DOLLARS TO TAKE OFF THE NAILS. Finding a new place as soon as possible.
