Left feeling fresher and relaxed. Eye lash lift looked amazing. Looked so natural. I now see Michelle regularly for my facials and eye lash lifts. Highly recommend. Athena joined the salon a year ago doing structured nails. Thought I would give her a try. I've been trying to strengthen my nails. Athena does amazing work. She takes her time and does such a great time to do quality work. Love that fact she enjoys what she does and is military. Anyone looking to strengthen their nails I recommend Athena. Faye does an amazing job on hair. I see her everytime I go into the salon. She always greets me when I come in. I see first hand almost all of her hair cuts and styles. They all look fabulous. Base on what I've seen, I decided on getting my hair done with her. Wanted something new and spontaneous. Scheduled on line with Take Five and they squeezed me in right away. Deep tissue and stretching work was superb. Been back multiple times and seen 2 of the therapists who were both helpful in getting things loosened up and pressure off the nerve. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage and for therapists who know what they are doing and listen to where you hurt at, go to Take Five. Really good at helping to alleviate the pain. We had a conversation about what I do, repetitive motions I preform, if I wake up with neck pain and from there she found all of the areas to focus on that I would never have thought of. She knew which leg I rested on the most, (causing lower back pain), which arm I overused and which side of my neck had the most resistance. At the end, she showed me stretches to help with all of the issues in my body. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back.

My nail tech & the other one doing my daughters pedicure were both pushy & kept asking if we wanted more services. I'm like no, we don't have time, not today. Then proceeds to ask me if I want more... I'm like no I said I don't have time today. Neither one of the children's pedicure chairs worked. So my daughter sat on the edge of the seat uncomfortable the whole time as the nail tech splashed water all over her pants. I think bc I only wanted the express pedicure the nail tech was unnecessarily rough on my feet. I asked her 3 times to straighten the nail on my big toe bc it was crooked. Finally she just handed me the nail file & I straightened it myself. When my toes were drying she kept bumping the dryer on my toes messing my toes up even more. The whole time the nails techs talked back & fourth & seemed like they were more concerned with their conversation than actually doing a good job. Like damn yall don't see each other all day while yall sit here waiting for customers ?! Never going to this place again. They don't seem to care about the customer experience or about doing a good job. I doubt they make any money or will stay open for business if they keep this up. So glad I didn't spend anymore money or was getting my nails done !

I was looking around Yelp for the popular men's barbers around town and they wanted double the price. Y'all can keep all those overpriced hipster places with super long wait times. In fact, the owner will come up to my stylist on a regular basis and ask for input. Where else do you see an environment where associates are encouraged to seek one another out for assistance? It happens all the time at JES. In fact, it makes me feel proud that it happens when I'm there. If you love your stylist, great, awesome.
