I just got my nails done yesterday and lI was extremely satisfied with their work! I made an appointment with them on Tuesday and they were able to fit me into their schedule for Wednesday. I have never been here but let's just say when I'm in town, I will continue to go to them. the person that did my nails made conversation with me which I really appreciated. he was super kind and really cared meeting my needs. I told them what color I wanted and he matched it to the picture I had. he also filled my whole entire nail bed, which most nail salons I've been have failed to do so. the price was also reasonable for my set being at $50! You would never think that a salon in a walmart would be any good, well think again! This place is amazing!!!!

I cannot say enough about this nail salon. Four of us went to get our nails done and four of us left as very happy customers. My nail tech was the most gentle nail tech I've ever had. I never leave a nail salon without a cuticle or two bleeding. That didn't happen. And the polish job is beyond amazing. We are from out of town and I am sad that I won't be able to go back to this salon regularly. And I would love to know the brand of the cherry blossom lotion they use. It smells amazing. read more

My first experience here was pretty interesting. I arrived there and was greeted right away. But though I scheduled my appointment at 7:00 I waited about a half an hour until I got my nails started. Someone else's appointment ran late I believe. The staff are pretty friendly but they like to joke hard and this can rub people the wrong way if they don't understand where they are coming from in their sense of humor. The regulars were throwing jabs with them. They seem to have a pretty steady client base and the finished product is great. Though they didn't do ombré they showed me their changing polish and I appreciate that they gave me an option and I love the color. There was a mixture of Spanish and Vietnamese being spoken and my nail tech was teaching me some Vietnamese words as well. It was a fun time. I believe I will be back. The price is right and the work they do is high quality. read more

Tracey was gentle, she took her time, & her manner was very pleasant. She didn't try to talk me to death but she had very polite conversation. My nails were in a horrible condition when I went in, so I wasn't expecting much. They came out better than I could've hoped! She even offered to give me a 3rd coat of polish (the usual is 2) because she thought that would bring the color out more. (It did). Prices are reasonable as well. If you're looking for a spa experience this isn't the place but if you're looking for a quality job & a pleasant experience? Here's your place. read more

My girlfriend is on vacation and she is actually a nail tech. She didn't have the equipment to change her shellac color so she went into regal nails. With in two days the nail polish already has chip in places. Shellac nail polish should last up to 2-3 weeks. The crazy part the base coat stayed on but the color itself didn't. The workers did not acknowledge me or even spoke to me. The workers spoke among themselves in their language. read more

I was skeptical about nail places in the area as not many have been worth the price. Regal nails are inexpensive as well as worth it. The wait without reservations isn't too long and when you make a reservation they're true to it, walk in & get served. Hoan (I hope I spelt that right) did my nails, amazing. My nails were messed up after going to another local salon, they were gentle here and really took there time to ensure it was to my liking. I love going here to get my nails done. I usually get the acrylic nails, which are $25 for a full set and $15 for a refill. I've never found prices like that anywhere else. If you bring in a picture of a specific design you want, they always try to match it perfectly or ask you if you want any changes done to it. About all the employees speaking in their own language, they are allowed to do that. I have never had them not address me or ignore me the whole time. They are always polite and if they're speaking in a foreign language, it's not like you're hearing their "life story" if you don't understand what someone is saying, don't automatically assume you know what they're speaking about. There have been times one of my nails was ruined or broke and they always offer to fix them for me free of charge. If that happens, I recommend just going in and explaining the situation and I know that they will make it right. I have yet to get a pedicure from them, but judging that based on the amazing job they do on my nails, I would not hesitate to get one if I needed it. With summer coming up, I will probably get pedicures regularly as well as manicures. Bottom line, great prices and amazing work. read more

I would rate this a 5 star because John does an amazing job doing nails. However, I would have to drop them a star because all the other nail techs I will not allow to touch my nails again. They push too hard on the sander/filer which causes those infamous ridges and rivers near the cuticle. One was so bad that my pinky nail disconnected from 3/4 of my nail bed due to the trauma of it. John has a light hand and actually spends time ensuring the nails are attached correctly without doing more damage than having fake nails does anyway. Price = fair read more

The website said open not to mention someone was in there doing someone nails and just looked at me and turned their head back to the customer. We used to love this place. After today we won't return. We were a walk in. We signed in and not one word to use about the wait. Yet while we sit outside the door we see everyone is told the wait time and asked for their number. After 46 minutes of waiting, one lady comes up and ask if someone in particular was open. She said she can get her in 29 minutes and said they would call her. No communication. Not once addressed the way other people were. After an hour we decided we won't return. Took my crying daughter some where else. I understand we didn't have an appointment but it was the point of them never talking to us and letting other people get their nails done before us without an appointment. This nail salon gives excellent and cost effective pedicures! I've gotten my nails done too and was pleased with the results, however, the nail tech was a bit annoying and the price for a shellac fill was rather expensive. Terrible. There were 3 nail techs, and 2 were so rude. My husband and I showed up at 7:15pm (they close at 8pm), and the 2 rude nail techs were pissed when the other nail tech greeted us and asked about what services we were interested in. My husbands water was cold, and when he asked for warm water that seem to have really pissed off rude chic #1...luckily I had the nice nail tech. Once my husband was done rude chic #1 said she was ready to go home. We won't go there again. read more
