Came in to get a pedicure since it was my birthday and just wanna to give them a shot since my regular place was full and was greeted nice and asked to sign in after that it was just go go go thru lady I had was very rough cut me 2x while cutting my cuticles barely gave a message and cut my toe nails in an angle. Not only that but she even grab the wrong color until her coworker called her out and said that's wrong when she painted them she kept painting my skin and did clean it up but would also smear the toe again. This is an easy to miss little nail spot. I went here with my sister for the first time today, we have been on the hunt for that perfect pedi spot for quite some time, this place is definitely going to get another visit from us! We had an apt, walk-ins were overheard as having to wait around 20 minutes so I would recommend apt if you're worried about timing. The inside is very clean, chairs are nice (I've had better, but they get the job done), and they had quite a few beautiful plants in there. Pedi price was on point 30 for basic, really everything you need in a pedi. Both my sister and I upgraded to the callous treatment for another 5. I know some places include this in a basic, but I felt the 35 was still appropriate for time and steps. I do wish I had gotten my tech's name, I didn't really think about it until we were chatting about our beautiful feet later in the day, maybe the ticket with the techs name, or name tags would help for requesting a tech for future appointments. read more

I haven't been back since Jan 2020 and the person who did my nails was very nice and took their time on my nails. The acrylic set I got was 30. 25 originally and 5 extra for shape. I don't normally get my nails done from the salon but after summer rotation and projects I felt that I deserved a treat. Made an appointment with Katie for pedi/mani with shellac and here is my experience at nails express. The place is clean and new. The message chair is comfortable and the staffs are friendly. The nail tech who helped me with my pedi was very nice. She couldn't speak English because she recently came here from Vietnam with her husband for better life and opportunity. I could speak Vietnamese so communication was not a problem here, but for someone who likes to chat stories I can see this could be a problem. The nail tech spent a good hour to clean, file/cut nails, message and paint my toenails. She really did a great job. I had Katie doing my shellac and she was so friendly. She spoke great English and really took the time to care for my nails. She did a great job with the shellac and even gave me three layers of shellac. Most places will just give two. They use Gellish for shellac. If you come here during the weekdays Monday to Thursday, you can get a regular mani/pedi for $34 and with shellac (mani) for $48. Of course tips are separated. You can pick two different shellac colors with no additional cost. Katie is a great nail designer so if you feeling fancy ask her to do something cool or different and she would do it for you. Of course nail designs are additional cost. Highly recommended this nail salon. read more

My sister in law and I went to have acrylics done before I went on vacation. Due to a misunderstanding when making the appointment (the young lady who answered the phone thought I wanted just a fill for myself), we had to wait. The salon owner was very courteous and fit us in as quickly as possible and even stayed past closing to make sure we got what we came for. It was well worth the wait because the result is the best set of acrylics and polish I've ever had. Had my first experience at Nails Express yesterday. I'll definitely be going back. Tan was great. I had the deluxe pedicure. Sometimes I pay the extra to see how it goes and a lot of the time, it's not worth it. This time it was; mainly because of the extra effort toward removing the unusually rough calluses I had acquired. A lot of the time, nail techs will apply the callus remover but not put in the work needed to actually remove the callus, even though they charge extra for the remover. Tan didn't mind and my feet are nice and smooth. He also spent the few extra seconds it takes to file the corners of my toenails. Years and years of pedicures, and it's still difficult to find a nail tech that will file my toenails so they're not sharp on the corners or the edges. The only reason I didn't put down 5 stars is because the massage chairs aren't that great. It's one of the reasons that I love pampering myself with a pedi but this certainly won't keep me from going back! read more

First let me say - my pedicures have always been great! Not rushed, polish job is perfect. The salon itself is clean. BUT, after a couple trips I noticed that the clippers and tools used on my toes were just picked up out of a bin - not unwrapped out of an autoclaved package or taken out of an type of sanitizing solution, for EACH client like they should be! Thinking back - none of the three times I had been there had they been properly sterilized!!! They spend all this money to have disposable liners in their bowls - but can't properly care for and sanitize the tools they use to clip and dig under your toe nails?!? This is not safe, this wouldn't pass a health department inspection! This is where fungus comes from and is passed along. I will never darken their door step for this reason alone. read more

I started out really enjoying the place. I had gone a couple of times and received a pretty good fill and shalac. This last time, the gentleman doing my nails was preoccupied because their was water leaking in the basement of his house. He started doing my nails, trimming and cutting them to the length I wanted. Then he received a phone call and had to leave. He said he would be back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes for a leaky basement? I don't think so.
