I love this place. My daughter and I went on Friday morning they got us right in. It was her first time going and we were pretty excited. They were so kind to us and made us feel special. She and I were able to sit in this little area with 3 kids chairs and one adult chair. She was able to pick a movie while we sat which was great. We did pedicures and she also got a manicure. Called ahead at noon the Saturday before Christmas, expecting them to be booked for a mani/pedi... got an appointment for 2:30! Got to the salon a few minutes early and they were packed! We ended up having to wait awhile, but they were very remorseful and it was expected with the holidays coming up! My pedicure was nearly an hour and turned out beautiful! They do such a nice job, and are a wonderful family run small buisness. You can tell they care about their customers, getting to know them and sharing stories with them. We love it here! read more

Easy to find location with decent sized shared parking lot. The store was very clean, organized and smelled good. They took me right away as a walk-in. They were very friendly and attentive. I requested a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. I told my manicurist that I wanted my nails a little shorter with a square shape and rounded corners. She cut them very short and didn't really give them a shape. The length was longer than the edge of my fingertip before she cut them. I gave their store rating a 4 star because everyone was so nice. The pedicure was amazing. He massaged my legs for about 30 minutes, cut my cuticles and gave me a great paint job. However, the manicurist did not reach expectations for the following: cut, file, paint, clean-up, and cuticle cut. I'd come back for a pedicure, not a manicure. read more

I have heard great reviews of Nouveau Nails, so I wanted to give the place a try. The nail technician cut me, causing me to badly bleed. The bleeding stopped for a few minutes, but it continued to bleed for the remainder of the manicure. It was also extremely painful. When I asked for some sort of discount, I was told that it was an accident, so there was nothing they would do. I was with two friends, one of whom is very pregnant, so I didn't want to cause a scene and stress her out. However, I am furious!l read more

Walked in, no appointment! Great service. Got in right away. Very kind and attentive to detail! Got a shellac manicure, lots of colors to choose from! Price is pretty consistent with other places! Not great. They have a lot of turn over and currently only a few decent technicians. My last three visits have been disappointing. Bad massages during pedicures... Not relaxing at all. Polish was put on so thick even two hours later was not dry. This place is not the cleanest and the wife/owner is rude. I keep trying to support a local business, but I can't go back again. They did a wonderful job on me and my three girls. They had two people working on each of us all at the same time to get our mani/pedis done quickly and every single one did a fantastic job. The speed definitely did not slow down the quality job! I can't say enough about how great they were with the kids, how cute their designs were, and how effortless they made it. Debated on giving a 2 or 3... Seemed very rushed. Not a relaxing environment. Seemed like its gone down hill from the last time I was here. Massage was not very good, the guy giving pedicure had long nails that he kept digging into my toe while filing. On a positive note, the main guy (owner) who sat by check in was friendly. For a $30 pedi I could have spent $5 more elsewhere and had a longer and much better pedicure! read more

My mom suggested that I go to this nail salon because it was close to our home. I showed up and was not welcomed by anyone. I asked for the express Shellac manicure and pedicure package and the nail technician said okay. I was later charged $80 which was not the package I had selected but they made me pay the $80. The ladies were not nice to me at all and had accidentally cut me which led me to bleed for a while. The whole pedicure and manicure took maybe 30 minutes, it was very rushed. The shellac was put on very thick and of course chipped 3 days later. I went back in exactly a week later and asked for them to fix my nails because they were all chipping and peeling off. The worker I spoke to was very rude and refused to fix all of the nails, he only fixed 3, and to remove the previous polish he just ripped them off my nails, this is NOT how you remove shellac. I am very disappointed and I would not suggest this place to anyone. read more
