I went in for a dip manicure and they had 3 giant books with lots of choices! The nail tech was nice enough to help me pick between a few colors since I could not decide! Sadly the dip was not picking up and my nails ended up looking super grainy. She was nice enough to offer a coat of shellac to cover up the odd coloring, but it was extremely painful. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. I'm really sad this was my first experience because I've heard great things and I hope this was just a one time occurrence! So I was super excited because it's hard for me to know when I will get free time, and that night I knew I could get my nails done and have my kids watched a little later. So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. They are quick, they do a great job with shaping and painting and as long as you ask for someone who can do specific designs, they can always do the designs I ask for. But this whole service was great and included a massage, hot stones, and a hot towel. The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge. The next time I decided to get my nails done I will go back.

There's a 50/50 chance the gals at the front desk will be nice to you, so just be prepared for anything. They also got a new front desk now that is literally 5 ft tall and me, barley making the cut, felt like I was a little person in a big persons world ** cue a picture of my eyes barley peeping over the counter like a 5 year old ** I've been to legacy multiple times before with my mom and honestly haven't liked it because my nail tech just hasn't ever done a great job, so it's definitely going to be a different experience for you solely based on your nail tech. However, I am no longer going to remain a customer. Lonie gave me a gel manicure. She overfiled the sides and left me in terrible pain. The owner gave me a 15 dollar gift certificate. I went back and Lonie was my nail tech again. The electric file hit my skin and over filing again. This place feels more like a chop shop than anything else. Nail health is too important to leave with technicians who are careless.
