They sat side by side and while our DIL received a very short (5-10 min) pedicure and a small fraction of what was supposed to be provided, her friend who sat right next to hers pedicure last nearly one hour which is what was paid for and she should've received. How horrible is that? When my wife called them to discuss - the owner was disinterested, at times rude and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue or provide satisfactory service. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here.
