Everything is super clean, they have TVs (no sound captions only) and low level chill music playing so you can still read or chat with a friend but aren't overhearing everyone else's conversations. I got the base pedicure and it was $40 (pre-tip) and lasted about 40 minutes. It was the best base level pedicure I've ever gotten. They were super busy but the technician didn't rush at all. He did a great job! The massage chairs were great and they adjust forward and back (hooray for the tall girlies!!!). Lots of options to upgrade if you're looking for a fancy spa like option. My feet looks and feel great (trust me I'm not posting feet pics).
