I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

I got a basic pedicure and the service was great. It was an older lady and she was very nice and did an excellent job. I don't get pedicures often but I have had some poor ones. But this whole service was great and included a massage, hot stones, and a hot towel. The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue. They were up front about long wait times. Everything is super clean, they have TVs (no sound captions only) and low level chill music playing so you can still read or chat with a friend but aren't overhearing everyone else's conversations. I got the base pedicure and it was $40 (pre-tip) and lasted about 40 minutes. It was the best base level pedicure I've ever gotten. They were super busy but the technician didn't rush at all.
