I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.

The technician was seated and got out a filthy little box with nail bits in it. As well as the electric file was filthy. Also used an unsanitized hand file on me. When I left I had 3 cuts on three of my fingers. Very concerning to me as what I had observed being used on me. My bill was $50 instead of the $45 you have on your menu for a fill. Not sure what that was for. Come on Legacy, you can do better than that. I am a licensed nail technician and have been for 32 years. My nail buds were left raw and some bloody as they removed the top coat to fix the issue.
