Got my nails done (a full set) at the end of February (February 25th to be exact) was my last full set. I just got them filled a week ago and I have had almost all of them break off in less than a week. Been getting them filled since end of February. I got two of them fixed and then two more broke off the next day. I live 25 minutes away but I was fine with the drive because they always did a great job. Finally went back in today and asked if I could just get all of them fixed because they keep breaking and they expected that I would pay $85 for a full set after paying $80 a week ago. I said No and I left after they took the nails off. THEY STILL CHARGED ME 10 DOLLARS TO TAKE OFF THE NAILS. Finding a new place as soon as possible.

I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. The only critique I have is that the basic pedicure is advertised as $35 and there is an additional $15 charge for shellac, which I missed. $50 was still reasonable for the quality of service, it just wasn't clear that polish was an additional charge. I've gotten both shellac manicures and acrylic nails from her (for my prom) and they are cute, and last a while. She does a wonderful job shaping and polishing nails.
