Carmen is the absolute best dip/powder technician I've ever had. There is no drilling to remove a previous dip manicure - they take the time to do it right and soak. And the way Carmen layers the powder is meticulous and fabulous. No super-thick fake-looking nails when she's done. Tom is great at working me in with a weird schedule, Quan is excellent and knowledgeable... and of course Carmen... Highly recommend.

I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here.
