The wait. Well, they say me I. The chair immediately. Where I waited for 25 minutes. No water, no color choices. It was an OK pedi. The gal was new and just took forever. Plus, I didn't get the pedicure I was paying for, for which they apologized, but come on! When I request the $80 pedi and you give me the express? Your loss! The manicure dip? They do not use the electric tools, so the soak and scrape took forever. Put the wrong color on my nails. Had to re-do it, since he didn't show me until one hand was done. I picked a pink... how did you get orangey-brown? 3 hours later I was leaving, vowing to NEVER RETURN. It obviously is meant for the caddy ladies who meet there on Tuesdays ACH week and know each other. For what so got, I just shook my head. read more

Called and reserved and it was pretty easy to get an appointment. Its located inside of a mall and so it took us a couple minutes to find them especially because we didn't enter from the side they are located. . We arrived and were attended to immediately. The staff was sweet and fast and gave suggestions on what would and wouldn't look nice since we were going to be doing the cat eye on our own nails instead of shellac. The end results were very similar even though both of us chose very different shades . Pricing seemed fair. read more

This is the best nail salon that I've been to in Omaha, and I told the owner so! I walked in on a weekday morning and was able to get a pedicure immediately. I had a grown-out gel pedicure that the technician removed with a soak and nail file and not the dreaded drill which I loved! Great polish selection, unique colors that other salons don't have. High-quality massage chairs too. I loved that they used little foot bowls instead of the built in motor ones you typically see at nail salons. It felt more sanitary. 10/10 I would recommend (and have recommended). read more

Personally I won't be going back. I've been there twice for nail dip. They soak your finger tips in scolding temperatures. I asked for an ombré design and the tech said no. And the last coat of clear polish looked streaky on half the nails. They broke 2 days later. I don't have this problem at V Nails at Village Point so I will continue going there. Half the nail techs were also doing their coworkers nails. It was not professional in my opinion. I will say, the salon was very clean. Nice ambiance. And we'll organized. Still, won't be going back. read more

good vibe, horrible nails. didn't have the colors i wanted, the man who did my nails didn't really help when i asked for what would look good together, the tips before acrylic weren't even on my natural thumb nail. price was 100 and ive never spent that much on such simple nails. never returning. went somewhere else to get them removed and got a new set. read more

Needed a nail appointment on a recent visit to Omaha and was able to get in here for a "dip" manicure and gel pedicure. That was three weeks ago... and the only reason I called to schedule again for today was for the growth... the nails still looked terrific! Carmen is the absolute best dip/powder technician I've ever had. There is no drilling to remove a previous dip manicure - they take the time to do it right and soak. And the way Carmen layers the powder is meticulous and fabulous. No super-thick fake-looking nails when she's done. Tom is great at working me in with a weird schedule, Quan is excellent and knowledgeable... and of course Carmen... Highly recommend. read more

I really love the space here and had a great mani/pedi experience. They offered me bottled water and my tech was very kind. I am disappointed though because my shellac only lasted 5 days before peeling near the cuticle and chipping at the end of a few nails. The pedi has lasted so far, which is nice. Guess I am still on the hunt for a shellac that works. read more

Very cute, reasonably priced nail spa. They do walk-ins, but I recommend making an appointment to avoid any wait. They can get busy on weekends. My nails looked good, though the tech was very preoccupied with the other tech sitting next to her working on a set of gels. I couldn't tell if it was because she would rather have done the gel, as opposed to the shellac she was doing on me? Or maybe the tech was new and she was just watching her to make sure the gel was done correctly? She was pretty quiet the whole time, and I didn't feel like making conversation. Because of this, the hand massage was very subpar. When she did the pedicure I thought maybe the foot massage would be better since she wouldn't be sitting next to the tech and would be able to focus. Not the case, the foot massage was weak. But my toes did look good. So that's my rationale for 4 stars instead of 5 - the massages were meh. Hopefully, this is not an ongoing thing. Perhaps if I have someone different next time? I'll be sure to update once I've been back. read more

I'm Always nervous when getting shellac manicures because if it's not perfect you're stuck with the mistake but there's No need for anxiety with Quan. OMG he's got the steadiest hands!..what a precision painter! My nails are perrrrfect! The salon is quiet and peaceful. The pedicure chairs are comfy and massaging. The music is chill jazz (No blaring TVs, thank god). Oh and there's lil rose petals in the pedicure tub water. Most importantly though I can Relax bc I know my manicure will be Flawless. read more

I've been coming to NSV since they were located in Countryside Village. They do a stellar job on pedicures and manicures. My one complaint is from my last appointment a few weeks ago, and the severe judgement and jokes that were made by the staff as I rolled my leggings up for my pedi to reveal...wait for it...my unshaved legs!!! (*clenches pearls* THE HORROR) It's still winter Nail Spa Village, and no person who identifies as a woman should be held to the standards of shaving ones legs. Has anyone looked at a man? They have hair everywhere too. I can take the judgement and jokes fine, and will continue to come and have my nails done here, but it might be better to have your staff be more discreet when they're making my hairy legs the topic of judgement and jokes. (; Just a thought. read more

Good pedicures, sometimes walk-ins are welcome (if there aren't others waiting or appointments). And services won't break the bank. Ventilation could be better but that's true for about 90% of all nail salons. I was originally referred here by a friend specifically for their cleanliness. And I'll continue to visit because so far, so good! read more

I was really excited to get my nails done here but the service just wasn't what I was expecting. I went in an hour before they closed (and had a reservation), and the women seemed really mad that I was there. I was getting a mani and pedi for my graduation the next day, and while I was getting my toes done, one woman came up and started doing my fingers at the same time. To save time, I get it, but it was extremely uncomfortable having to stretch all over for both of them to work. I didn't understand why they couldn't do me separate, as I watched many others come in AFTER me and get worked on by nicer and happier workers. But I was more upset when I went to go pay and they charged me $20 over what their services listed. I won't be going back. 2 days later my polish cracked and one of my toe nails actually broke. It didn't seem like they were putting quality into my services. read more

Wow! What an awesome experience I had here. I came the day before my engagement photos were going to be taken, and obviously was concerned with how my nails were going to look. I was lucky enough to be paired with Helen, who convinced me to try the nail dip for the first time (I've always been a shellac person). Not only did it look fantastic for our pictures, but it is now going on 3 WEEKS after my photos and despite them obviously being grown out-they still look great. They aren't too thick but haven't chipped AT ALL and almost look like acrylics without all the upkeep. I'm going there again tomorrow before my medical programs head shots. If you are looking for a professional nail job-this is the place to go. read more

My mom and I were looking for a perfect place to get our nails done, something not too expensive but quality work. We wandered into this place, and after the most amazing experience, I will never go anywhere else! We got the basic pedicure, and the technicians took their time to give a great experience. The massage was wonderful! I got a shellac manicure, and I wasn't very impressed. My cuticles started bleeding, and they had bubbled within an hour of leaving. I went back to get one nail fixed, and they ended up redoing all of them. Now they look perfect! This salon does everything they can do to make you a happy customer!!! read more

While the staff is very nice, and the place very clean, I received a shoddy set of nails. I didn't notice till I was home but the top coat wasn't even placed right. The nail shapes are off and it feels like I got my nails done by a child or someone who is not very experienced. My Boyfriend got a very nice pedicure but we will be taking our services elsewhere as I will have to take my nails for repair at another salon. I absolutely do not recommend it. It's a cute space and clean. You can also text for appointments which is a great option. I made an appointment and still had to wait awhile. The lady who did my gel nails was nice but didn't spend much time on the application, therefore one of my nails chipped within a week. read more

This was my first time going to Nail Spa Village and I got a Village Pedicure and a shellac manicure. The color selection was pretty decent and the only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the pedicure I got was pretty good. The chairs were clean and comfortable, they use one-time use tools, and the stone massage was really nice. However, my nail person didn't give me toe dividers (while they gave everyone else them) or foam shoes (bc they don't have them) so when I went from the pedicure to manicure stations, I had to walk across the floor with my bare feet. With my manicure, she didn't remove all of my cuticles so I had some awkward nails with cuticles and some without. She left nail polish on my fingers too. I went with my friend too and her nail person didn't fully paint the corners of her nails so it was lighter in some places and darker in others. But the main reason I am making this bad review is because how inappropriate my nail person was. She chose a conversation topic that made me extremely uncomfortable. I'm a bigger person and she tried to give me tips about losing weight (without my prompt) and staying away from carbs and not eating too much because I'll have knee problems later in life and I'll get diabetes and I won't be depressed from all the vitamins I'll be getting. She doesn't know me and doesn't know if I exercise on a daily basis, lost a bunch of weight already or eat healthy so she had no right to give me advice on things she doesn't know anything about. Then she tried to give me tips on how I could do my eyebrows more attractively which was the perfect cherry on top. Needless to say, I won't come back here. read more

I have been to a lot of nail salons, and this one is by far my favorite. The salon has a peaceful environment and is extremely clean. Some of the staff give a very generous long massage during pedicures.. I typically have them do my nails with no polish, only a neat manicure with 1 clear coat. This week, I wanted shellac to spice it up. I get the basic pedicure regularly, and its always wonderful. They take their time on the work, which is great. The shop is well ventilated, which is another great perk. I also love that its extremely clean. read more

Great quality, relaxing mani-pedi experience here. So clean and the staff is super professional. I actually met my boss here for a "working mani-pedi" and we were able to relax in the comfy chairs, talk quietly about business and get our nails done without moving a muscle or disturbing the other customers. Such a great alternative to the crowded mall nail salons. read more

I never have any complaints about nails spa. Some salons can be loud and stressful but this is my favorite place to come to relax. Prices are always reasonable (some of the best I've seen in Omaha) and customer service is amazing. Don't waste your money anywhere else. read more

Prices are more than fair and parking is great. Definitely plan on taking Mom back on a regular basis. Definitely recommend. read more

So I was super excited because it's hard for me to know when I will get free time, and that night I knew I could get my nails done and have my kids watched a little later. So them telling me yes was awesome. I got there and I had gotten Eden doing my nails. I get them done regularly, but am used to not asking for too much so it's not complicated. I showed him a picture I had found online. Told Eden that the colors didn't need to match exactly but something close. He went to work and was super gentle and fast. He is very good at his job. He did run overtime and I apologized for keeping him past close. He said No, don't apologize I'm okay and we are okay. It was very reassuring. I'm so used to being rushed by these places, but not here. Then I also LOVED that because he had to stay late, his wife sat by his side and waited for him to finish and also watched. Love a family atmosphere and just felt so cared for and relaxed. The facility was also very clean and busy, but their atmosphere is so welcoming. I can't even explain it very well on here. But when a place goes above and beyond, I love to leave reviews! And they did. Would definitely recommend.
